Greetings from your Center Chief. All right, recording this message from my office. All in the Christmas mode. Around the Voffice and the Qi family and all of you around the world. I'm here to remind you that it's okay to celebrate Christmas, but not to lose focus. Alright? So this is my very special Christmas Eve message. My Wednesday message. All right, firstly guys, if you're watching this video on Wednesday, you have two more days, Thursday and Friday for the early birth of the Start Living Incentive. Okay? Now, I don't know what you have done, but if you haven't qualified for a share of the Start Living Incentive, there's something seriously wrong with you. So I grant you a wish that you will qualify as long as you work your ass off on Thursday and Friday. All right, get out there. Okay. Push yourself like you have never pushed yourself before. Okay.

Keep your organization focused on the early birth deadline. Don't allow them to get distracted by ridiculous issues, negativity, all that nonsense. Keep them focused on their goals that they are supposed to achieve. All right? Now, my message this Wednesday is very simple. Now, today is the 24th of December. That means there's seven more days left in 2014. And then we cross over to a brand new year, 2015. And I realized that a lot of networkers get very busy towards the end of the year that they don't plan what they're going to do for 2015, they don't plan what they're going to do for 2015. And I realized this is a fundamental mistake a lot of people make that they wait until the incentive is over and then everyone loses focus and momentum for a while. Then you struggle to bring them all together and start planning 2015. And you almost lose the complete month of January and the first half of February. So most networkers only start building back the momentum post incentive post new year around February 10th, February 15th. Now, I don't want you to repeat this mistake for 2015. So 2014, in between your presentations, in between your targets for the Start Living Incentive and your leadership training, your meetings, your system, all of that, find time to sit alone first a loan and plan your 2015. Alright? Now, I've done this many times with you, and I'm doing this with you again. Firstly, you don't spend hours looking back at 2014 and crying over spilled milk. Don't talk about all the challenges, why I didn't hit my target, blah blah blah blah. Why you didn't hit your target because you didn't hit your Target. Guys, there's no excuse, right? There's no reasoning. Maybe you didn't work hard enough. Maybe you're distracted by negative nonsense, all right? Maybe you didn't build strong enough relationship with your downline. Maybe you didn't counsel your uplines enough. Maybe you were not sending me your weekly check goals, target and achieved enough. All right? Or consistently. Whatever the reason, 2014 is coming to a close, alright? You should spend 10 minutes and think of all the lessons you have learned in 2014. Not to repeat the same mistakes in 2015. Now going into 2015, whether you are a new sign up, alright, or max out, king or queen or whether your check is 2,000, 5,000, 10,000 U.S. you need to decide what 2015 is going to be for you. So what will 2015 mean to you guys? Will it mean a completely different year as Dato Sri said? Dato Sri Vijay told me that 2015 Patman, I want it to be a game changer. That means we change the way we do everything. We change the way we look at the market, sustain the network, create tremendous network growth, help more people max out, help have the highest number of people in the history of MLM earning commissions and checks. And qnet. And the V has planned out so much exciting news for you. So many exciting new strategies, new products, enhancements to the comp plan. A lot of things are going to happen in the first quarter of 2015, but ultimately you have to make some tough decisions. All right? You have to make a decision whether 2015, are you going to give more? Are you going to sacrifice more? Are you willing to pay a bigger price? And ultimately the most important question that you must answer to yourself the next seven days before we cross over to 2015 is what is your commission going to be for 2015? Are you going to make a million dollars? Blah blah blah blah blah. Are you going to make a million dollars in 2015 or $2 million or $3 million or whether it's $100,000 doesn't matter. You have to make that decision and break it down to the 52 weeks that you're going to go through this journey and this time every week you should have the attitude and mindset or do or die that you must be willing to risk everything to achieve your goals, to make your dreams become a reality that the past one year, if you did not achieve your goals, it's okay. Consider it practice to Prepare you for 2015, the year that you will achieve your goals, that you will set out to achieve. Every commission you decide to Achieve every week. And you will do it at any cost. You will risk everything to achieve it. That you will not slow down after New Year. That you will celebrate New Year with your team and your loved ones. And 1st of January, you will be.

Because you are a warrior of Dato Sri Vijay. You don't need a break. You don't need rest. You don't need to sleep. You don't need to slow down. You need to roll up he your sleeves, pull up your socks and work even harder in 2015 than you did in 2014. Alright? My advice to you in 2015 guys is stop thinking and start doing that. If you should not have any time in 2015 to do anything else except this greatest opportunity in your life called qnet. Now the V is is going to have an unbelievable VCon. Unbelievable RevCons. We are launching a program called VE Educate Certification Program. All right. You're going to see the V ambassadors in every city. Okay? We're going to rock your markets. But you have to make the decision that who will you be in 2015? Are you aiming to be a V Council? AVP VPartner. What are your dreams that you are willing to die for? That you will achieve in 2015? That these last remaining days of 2014 push yourself. Early bird. Go crazy. The last two weeks of the Start Living promo Go Crazy year. Alright. But still make the big decisions of 2015. You need to plan. You need to have clarity. Because without clarity, your journey makes no sense. Without weekly goals, you will not know how hard to work. Without that big dream on December 31, 2015, you will not know the meaning of sacrifice. So my advice to all of you, my lovely brothers and sisters, who I love dearly from your heart, who I love dearly from my heart. Alright, remember this. 2015 is the game changer that you will do whatever it takes to achieve the dreams and goals that you have set out in these seven days. Take out a piece of paper right now watching this video and write down 2015. Think look at your tree left and right and decide what is your target total commission for 2015? Then write number one to 52. That's the 52 weeks. What's your target for week one, week two? Week three? Oh. Week four is a holiday season in India. Oh, Kazakhstan. Oh. UAE. Oh. Malaysia. Oh. Indonesia. Oh. Sri Lanka. Oh. Myanmar. All right. Oh. Turkey. Russia. Whichever country you come from. Cote d', Ivoire, Burkina Faso. All right. Egypt. Morocco. Tunisia. If you think that week is a slow week, change Your commission for that week be real, alright? Then next week back again. Then you know that Vcon is coming. Will your check drop or not? Do you have a plan in place to maintain that commission? Then go to the next week. So have 52 weeks with numbers which totals to your 2015 goal. And then sit down first with your family and have a heart to heart chat with them on New Year's Eve and tell them that listen, 2015, I have made a decision that I'm going to work even harder and push myself harder than 2014. And I want your support. I want you with me that you will start bringing prospects. Tell your mother in law, alright? Tell your wife that you will be more supportive. Tell your kids that you won't see papa much, all right? Or mama much. But I'm doing this for your dreams. So we can go to Disneyland in Florida and have an unbelievable trip at the end of 2015, alright? After you have set your goals then you sit down individually with all your leaders on your left and your right and set their goals for 52 weeks in 2015. Have everything. Keep a copy of their goals, all right? Make sure they duplicate it with their first line of leadership. And then in 2015, the 1st of January, you kick off, alright? Like the three true warriors of Dato Sri Vijay Iswaran that we will make him proud in 2015. We will show the world that the greatest network marketing company in the industry is qnet. We will show the world that we have the highest number of maxed out kings and queens in the industry. We will show them that we have the highest number of Czech earners in the industry. We will show them that we have the highest numbers of rank advancement in the industry. And we will show them that we have the highest numbers of crazy maniacs willing to risk everything for their dream in 2015. So guys, I wrote down all my goals, all right? And I am recommitting myself. That you have my body, my mind, my heart, my soul belongs to all of you. My downlines around the world that I am willing to sacrifice everything and risk everything for your dreams to become a reality. I have made that decision. I will pay whatever price that needs to be paid. But I cannot do it alone. I need you to decide now that 2015 will be a life changing, game changing year for each one of you.
