Greetings, my lovely brothers and sisters all over the planet. This is your gorgeous chief with his Paul Frank T shirt. Alright? Sitting down here in a very isolated place in Malaysia where I'm crossing over to New Year in deep meditative introspection to prepare myself to serve you better be a better appliance to you in 2015. So this is the last final Wednesday message for2014. All right? Number 85. Okay. My God, I can't believe it's been 85. Well, guys, I have no particular message to send to you per se, all right? Since the last message of the year, firstly, I just want you to remember that the Start Living promo is still on. All right? And we have one more week next week and this is the second last week. So please push yourself. Most importantly, we are coming to the tail end of the year. As I usually say. Don't allow the momentum to slow down. Don't allow your guys to your downlines to go and have three weeks of New Year celebrations. Let's keep it short and sweet, alright? 20 minutes. Blow the horn, throw the sparkles or sprinkles up in the air. Watch the fireworks and. And get back to work. Presentation, presentation, presentation. Because the beginning of 2015 defines how the whole 2015 starts. So the 1st of January is not a holiday. It's financial Freedom Day. You have to make some tough decisions crossing into 2015. Now everyone makes this thing called New Year resolutions. I want to lose weight. I want to be as gorgeous and sexy as chief. You know, some things are just not possible. Okay? However, all right, I believe that New Year resolutions are major scam. Everyone announces it and repeats it every year. I know people who are still trying to fulfill their 2009 New Year resolution. Like V Partner, Sati, Adli, Arun, you know, they finally want to lose weight and look like me. But I believe. Let's talk about business. If you want to lose weight, quit smoking, okay? Be a better father, be a better mother. I support you and I'm so proud if you do okay? But I want to talk about your journey in 2015. I want to talk about what are you going to do differently or maybe what are you going to do the same? Because it doesn't mean that every time we start a new year we got to change something. If you have done something in 2014 that has worked, whether it's part of your system, whether it's your presentation aggressiveness, then duplicate and Repeat it in 2015. Now the most important thing that I want to convey to you in 2015 is be the benchmark for your organization. I realized in 2014 that a lot of leaders, a lot of uplines, a lot of networkers are simply not disciplined enough, not consistent enough. And I don't know how to say this without sounding moronic, not old fashioned, hard working enough. You understand? Alright? To be a proper benchmark, because 2015, you have to realize one thing, that the failure of your network, the lack of success of your people is 100% your fault. Not because you're not a good leader, not because you're not a good speaker on stage. All of this is irrelevant. You can be the greatest speaker on stage and the most useless networker. You can be a great leader in your mind, but maybe no one wants to follow you. So 2015 is about you leading the way, alright? Leadership is only by example. And I believe that 2015, I want you to be the best example to your organization. Work harder than everyone else. Show more presentation than everyone else. Alright? Push yourself harder than everyone else. This is what you need to do. So 2015 is about you pushing yourself harder. 2015 is about you being the leader you are really meant to be. Alright? Be the benchmark, guys. Be the standard that your organization can proudly follow. No excuses, no laziness. Make 2015 about old fashioned hard work. About rolling up your sleeve, pulling up your socks and going out there and making a difference. Now, as to, as to 2014, I know you're looking back and you're thinking, how was the year? Did you do enough? Did you achieve your targets? These are important questions that you have to ask yourself, alright? And I made a video a few Wednesdays ago explaining this about your 52 week goals for 2015. And we are going to take that very seriously. And I'm launching a 52 week campaign of following up with you on your weekly goals. I'm going to talk separately on videos, those who are on the 52 week program. But I think that as I cross into a new year here in the middle of nowhere, I look back and I want to firstly be thankful for the people who made a difference in my life. 2014, I want to say thank you for each one of you out there. To each one of you out there. All right? Because you are the reason I do what I do. You are the reason why I push myself hard every day. You are the reason why sleep doesn't matter. And I just want to tell you that I'm grateful for you guys being my inspiration much more than I've ever been yours. Okay? So just be thankful for the people who have come into your life and made a positive difference in 2014. Secondly, I want to look back in 2014 and ask myself, what are the lessons that God wanted to teach me? Or what are the lessons God taught me in 2014 by giving me challenges, by putting me through a specific tough time or crisis, or simply making me sick. Okay. Or making me smile and laugh or bringing somebody into my life. So 2015 is about looking back and asking yourself, what did you learn from 2014? What were the lessons that our God wanted to teach us? Alright? And I think that's important. Crossing over. If you have learned these lessons, then make sure you apply those lessons in 2015. That's all I'm asking you to do. So, guys, a very happy new year. I'm excited because 2015 is going to be simply unbelievable. 2014 was the most exciting roller coaster ride. Life is a daring adventure here. But 2015 guys, alright? As datus3 Vijay said, is the game changer. All right? We have so many exciting things. We're going to make sure you get more money from your commission. The comp plan is being enhanced. Amazing products. The most unbelievable VCon RevCon. Alright? Tours around the world full of excitement. New programs, new videos, new concepts, new systems. It's just going to be the most unbelievable year of your journey in tunein. So guys, a very happy new year on behalf of my family. All right, everyone at home. The V corporate family, V partners. All right. Datosri, Vijay Ishwaran and Japadas Bismarck, our unbelievable founders. I just want to wish you a very, very, very happy new year and God bless you, your family, your team. Let's max out 2015.
