Greetings and a very unbelievable Happy New Year to all my members of the V family all over the planet. This is your gorgeous chief in a very meditative state here in the beautiful, beautiful city of Manila where the V has a division called the Creative Lab. These are the great people who create everything you see from videos to images, to designs, to all the writing, all the messages on our website, Social media is done by the amazing, amazing V family in the Creative Lab, Manila, Philippines. So this is my first trip in 2015 and it's become a tradition for me to come and visit my Philippines family. And it's been an exciting few days because we are crossing into 2015 and we are finally here in 2015. Now this is the last week of the Start Living promo and I need you guys to make every day count. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, three more days if you're watching this video on Wednesday and make every hour, every minute count. Plan. Push yourself, push your teams to maximize qualifying for the Start Living promo. Alright? Now I've been in so much deep thought focusing on meditation, which is now I reached the highest level of meditation qualification. Ultimately I can start my own school and teach you morons how to meditate. I have reached the level of enlightenment now and I have understood who I am supposed to be in 2015, what I am supposed to do differently in 2015. And this is the first Wednesday message of 2015. And my message to all of you is firstly, alright, 2014 is gone. Don't hang on to it. Let go. Like the song from Frozen. Okay? Let go. Alright? And focus on this year now. Don't wait for the year to start because it has already started today. I'm recording this on the 6th of January. Alright? So six days has passed. That leaves us with 359 days left in the year of 2015. Now my message to you is firstly, alright, life will not change. Your surroundings may not change. Your environment may not change. The people in your lives may not change. Your mother in law is still the same person, the last I checked. But what is important in 2015 is that you must change that. Your approach to networking, your approach to team building, your approach to leadership, your overall approach to your dreams, to financial freedom has to change that. You have to basically intensify everything you do now. Your system, how you do the presentation, the products, qnet is the same. A lot of new exciting news coming up this year. But your attitude has to change. You know and I know that 2014 you did not work hard enough, you didn't push yourself out of Your comfort zone. You lived a year full of excuses and many of you did not achieve the goals that you laid out for 2014. Now 2015 must be different. It must be a game changer. The bottom line, take your goals seriously. It's not about achieving them. You must have a mindset of do or die. Alright? And there's no more comfort zone. Somebody asked me once, chief, what about having a balanced life? Take that concept of balanced life to your toilet and flush it down. There's no such thing. If you want financial freedom, if you want your dreams to become a reality, if you want to ignite a new level of passion, and if you want to conquer the world, conquer your markets, conquer max out, conquer all your fears, there can be no balance. Life, you create your own balance that. Not 99% QNET, not 99.9% QNET, not 95% QNET. 2015 is a game changer. 100% of your focus dedicated towards QNET, towards maxing out towards achieving your dreams. Now, right now, your team, your downlines, are waiting to hear from you, are waiting to hear your message. They are watching you like a hawk. They're watching how you move, how you talk, the tone of your voice, your aggressiveness, your passion levels. They're watching everything. And they're waiting to see what's different in 2015 from my upline, what's different from my grand upline, what's different from everyone. So you have to go into your network the next few days with a whole different attitude. Everything about you must change. From the way you dress, from your language to the loudness of your voice, to the way you walk. Alright. To the way you push yourself and push your team, everything changes, everything intensifies. Now, my message for 2015 to all of you is many of us in our journey in qnet, in our journey in network marketing, we always forget why we started this journey in the first place. We forget our reason, we forget our dream. And I want 2015 to be the year you dream again. That you remember why you started this. You remember that dream list you wrote three years ago, 13 years ago, 14 years ago, reawaken that dream within you. Because without a dream, nothing happens in network marketing that you can have the best presentation, you can be the greatest speaker on stage, it doesn't matter. Because what runs through your system, what runs through your body, what transfers to the people around you is your dream. Your belief in your dream, how passionate you are about your dream. So I'm asking all of you out there, from my heart to yours. Dream again. Remember those dreams. Why are you here? Those dreams are what is going to push you in the tough times, alright? On the dark days, the dream is going to keep you alive and kicking. The dream is going to allow you to go up on stage and inspire others. That dream is what is going to drive you every single day. So remember your dream, alright? And your dreams cannot be this small. You got to dream big. You got to dream huge. You got to be a kid again and dream the impossible, alright? Because this opportunity called QNET, I promise you in 2015, it will make your dreams a reality. And don't allow the morons out there, don't allow the world to steal those dreams away from you. Now my second message to you on my first Wednesday video of this brand new, unbelievable, exciting year where I've actually grown more gorgeous and sexier, which I thought was impossible, but it happened again, alright? Every year is to ignite, ignite that fire within. Because this business is about passion. This business is about vairagya. It's about that fire within that you send out to the world. That your fire will light up fires of your downlines. We are warriors in this business. We fight status quo every single day. We have enemies out there we don't even know about. It could be your next door neighbor who doesn't want you to succeed. It could be a moronic government or newspaper who just doesn't understand us and want to attack at that moment. What will keep you and your team together is that passion, is that fire. And you need to ignite it into the biggest flame that you ever felt within you. And this flame is going to keep your organization warm during the cold nights. This flame is going to keep people switched on every single day of 2015. So I need you to ignite that passion within. Ignite that fire. The world must be able to see that you walk into the room. People know that you are the most passionate, unbelievable, crazy maniac in the industry of network marketing. Be loud about it, alright? Be aggressive about it. Ignite that passion. Ignite that fire. If you lost that fire, fuel it with your dreams and ignite it into a huge fire. Guys, my third message is conquer. Alright? Conquer your fears. If you are in India, conquer India. Have no fear of what others are saying. If you are in Central Asia, in Malaysia, Vietnam, Africa, Middle East, Europe, qnet, irs warriors of the We. We do not land in the country to sign up to people. We land in a country to conquer the country that no other network marketing organization can survive or remotely be successful when qnet and the V has landed in that country. I want you to conquer nations in 2015. Countries must belong to the the V&QNET and nobody else. And if you have fear, conquer it. 2015 there can be no fear. If you are afraid to risk your comfort zone then my advice to you conquer that fear and risk everything. So guys, dream, ignite. Conquer.
