Greetings to all my brothers and sisters all over the beautiful V planet. This is once again your chief recording my Wednesday message. Alright, the second Wednesday message for. Oh no, the third. Okay, the third Wednesday message for 2015. The last one. I was in Philippines with all my employees in Manila at the Creative lab and that's where I introduced my mantra for 2015 which is dream, ignite and conquer. Now you're very lucky today because around me are the kings of network marketing, the giants of the VE and qnet. We are all gathered here in my beautiful suite in the KL Hilton Central as we are about to start tomorrow or today actually the ICE meeting. Alright, the inner Circle elite where the top leadership from all over the world are gathered to spend three days with our amazing, unbelievable founders, Dato Srivijay Ishwaran and Japadas Bismarck. Alright, to basically set the tone and create the direction that we are going to take for 2015. And I can't tell you all the juicy updates but I promise you that 2015, our focus, the V partners who are here, the AVPs, our focus is to make sure that this year is the year you achieve your financial freedom, that your checks become bigger, that you dream again, that you ignite an unbelievable passion and you conquer the markets you are building right now. Now my message to you this Wednesday I've been spending hours talking to Vpartner, Cherian Vpartner, Arun Vpartner, Mahindra Kumar VPartner, Atli VPartner, Sati AVP, Giri AVP, Rosalie AVP, Dave Joel, VCouncil Devaraj. Alright, we've been talking so excitingly about what's store for 2015. But you need to recognise one thing, that the year has already started and last week we ended the unbelievable Start Living promo. Now my fear always when a promo ends the following week, momentum drops because everyone feels that they have worked hard for six weeks and now the promo is over. Let's take a break now. 2015, don't repeat that mistake that the key to success in 2015 is maintaining intensity in your organization, being crazy again, raising the level of passion and commitment in yourself which must be contagious to the rest of your organization. So this week you're watching this video on Wednesday, make Thursday and Friday count. Alright? Don't allow this week to slow down, don't allow your networkers to slow down, don't allow your downlines to slow down. But most importantly, don't allow yourself to slow down. Now. Every new year we make decisions, we make new Year resolutions. But as a networker, I think every year something naturally happens to us the longer you have been networking. And as every year passes, we fall into this trap and of becoming more professionalized, becoming more rigid, that we lose that raw passion and craziness we all had. The first year we signed up. The second year we were building our organization and me and the V ambassadors were just speaking about how crazy we started our journey. And today, as we move along, we naturally try to be more professional. Now, there is a certain need for you to be a professional networker in how you do the presentation, how you run your events, arrange the chairs, projection this, that. But who you are must not die. You must still be as crazy as you were when the first day you started. Because that is what got you excited about the business. That is what got your downlines to believe that this is not like a job, that this is not like a traditional business, that this business is actually fun. That we become friends. That the people sitting around this room today, I've known them except for Sati, I've known my whole life. But the rest of them, I've known them for 13, 14, 15 years. But today we become family. And we have been through so much together that I'm closer to them than I am to my blood relatives. And this is what Datok Sri Vijay told me from day one. That the day you become a great networker, you will build a new family, A family that thinks alike. A family that will fight for their dreams, fight for each other's dreams. And I've seen every guy here start off as a nobody. And today they have become somebody. Now look at them and you will realize one thing. They. They are no different than you. They started just like you. They signed up, they got their tracking center. They spoke to their circle of influence. They signed up their brother, their cousin, their best friend. Some of their closest friends switched off and some remain switched on. And today they are millionaires in the industry of network marketing. And if you ask each one of them, or ask me what is the secret of becoming successful is you need to be crazy. You need to be crazy enough to believe the impossible. As Dave Joel would always say, impossible means I am possible. That 2015, I want you to dream again. And have no doubt. Don't doubt yourself. Whatever challenges you are facing building this network, the challenges will always exist. No matter where you go, where you build. But the challenges cannot define you. Your dreams will define you. And what I need you to focus in 2015, that I want you to dream again. And be crazy enough to do whatever it takes, guys. Do whatever it takes to make those dreams become a reality. Now if you ask us today, are we professional networkers? No. I'm as crazy I was as 1998. I still believe that everything is possible. And every challenge comes deep down inside. I still smile because I know we will overcome every challenge. With Dato Sri Vijay there as our lead warrior, you have nothing to fear. And this year, QNET and the V, we have one vision. After 16 years of practice, it is time for perfection. That 2015, you're going to see a brand new QNET. You're going to see a brand new V. You're going to see everything change. As Datusree said, the game changer. But my question to you, are you ready for 2015? Are you ready to recommit 100%? Are you ready to make the tough decision and the tough sacrifices to achieve your goals and dreams? Now, as your upline, sitting here representing the founders, my message to you is dream again. Even if the world tells you your dream is too big, laugh at them. Because 16 years ago I had big dreams. And Dato Srivijay told me every single day that it is possible. And I worked on that pretext that everything is possible. So dream again. Guys. If you want that Ferrari, you will get the Ferrari. If you want to max out, you will max out. This year, if you want to take your family for a trip around the world or take your kids to the real Disneyland in the United States, it will happen. It's possible. But we need to ignite crazy passion. I realize today that a lot of leaders are starting to put on suits and ties. Good. You look good, you look professional. But you still got to be that crazy maniac who believes everything is possible. That craziness that makes you brilliant on stage. That craziness that will make you sign up anyone when you do a presentation. That craziness which will make people follow you wherever you go. So be crazy again, alright? Dare to be crazy. Don't worry about what the world thinks of you. Because those morons out there who did not sign up are not paying your bills. And craziness is contagious. So if your organization, my message to your organization, ignite the craziness once again in your organization and conquer. We have so many markets and we have so many MLM companies or network marketing companies in each country we are building because this industry is growing bigger every day. Close to $200 billion of turnover in network marketing. It is the business of the future. It is the most powerful concept of entrepreneurship. So of course there's going to be many companies. Guys, I told you, every single video. They may have products, we have products, they have complaint, we have complaint. There's no use comparing because it'll never end. But we have something none of them have. We have Dato Sri Vijay Eshwar as our grand upline. As long as he is there. Guys, qnet will be the largest, most powerful network marketing company in the history of this industry. And 2015 is when we show the world that the greatest networkers, the most powerful networkers and leaders we have exists in qnet and the V. So the year has started. Stop thinking about the past. What you did in 2014, what happened? This, that. Forget it. Look forward. Have blinkers. Stay focused on your dream. Conquer the markets you are in. If we land in a market, QNET must be number one in that market. That's our goal in 2015. So every market you are in the world this year, we are coming to you. Great new products, exciting new ways for you to earn more money from the comp plan. I'm telling you, it is just the craziest, Most exciting year 2015. So remember this guys. The year has already started. It's not time to slow down and do introspection. It's time to get off your ass, pull up your socks, roll up your sleeves and go out there where there are millions of prospects waiting for you to do the presentacion. Presentacion. Presentacion. And this year, guys, your checks are gonna grow. I promise you.
