Chief's Wednesday Message 095

Greetings to my we family all over the planet. I just came back from a few days in the beautiful country of Thailand, in Bangkok and Phuket, all right. And I spent the whole day yesterday in Phuket alone. One of the rare moments in my life where I am actually alone. So I walked on the beach, had coffee with weird tourists, all right. Did my presentacion, presentacion, presentacion. Even to people who didn't understand English, okay. Sign language most of the time, to Russian tourists and loads of tourists from all over the world. But I needed a day, all right, on my own. Because we are reaching a point in 2015 where the message from Dato Sri Vijay, our mentor, my mentor, your mentor, our visionary, is the game changer. And I realized today that one of the main game changers that I want to see in all of you, the network all around the world, whether you are in Middle East, Central Asia, Turkey, Russia, India, Asia, Africa, Europe, is that the journey you're on right now? Okay. And I realize that all of you started this journey with so much passion and a very, very high sense of urgency. I remember all of you, especially the first one or two months signing up, you had this sense of urgency that you wanted to achieve things immediately, that you wanted to achieve your goals fast, with speed and along your journey with all the usual normal challenges, frustration and drama. You lost that sense of urgency. And I realized today that many people are struggling in network marketing, struggling in qnet, not achieving the goals that they have set out to achieve simply because they lack the sense of urgency, not skill, alright? Not passion, not this belief in network marketing. You all have that. That's why you're watching my Wednesday video. But the sense of urgency is the need to achieve things fast, that you don't want to waste time, that ultimately you don't know what's going to happen in your life. You don't know when you're going to drop dead because that's up to him to decide. You don't know when your environment or situation is going to change. So if I told you or I asked you a question, how fast do you want to max out? If I ask you an honest question right now, how fast do you want to max out? And your answer may vary from one week because you are brand new, sign up and you believe and you are passionate and there's no logical thought process that exists in your mind. This is like when the first time you fall in love and you say, I want to marry you without thinking that marriage is fun, suffering, pain, all put Together, you understand? But you're just so much in love that you have a sense of urgency that you want to marry the woman, you want to have children, you want to live in this beautiful house by the lake, hold hands and sing Kumbaya the whole day. Your belief created a sense of urgency, which is pure, that drives you to be illogical, that drives you to work beyond normal human limitations, that drives you to break all preconceived limitations that normal people have now. When I signed up 16 years ago, I wanted to be a millionaire on day two. I signed up on day one. So passionate, so much belief that this is what is going to solve all my problems in life, alright? And I believe that I had to find two, find two, find two, find 2. I'm going to find a Vijay, sure on my left, I. I'm going to find a Japadas Bismarck on my right and boom, I'm going to be a millionaire the next day. And that sense of urgency drove me. I don't know how to explain this to you, but it made me crazy in a positive way. It made me defy all concepts of logic, like love, alright? One of my favourite topics, because I'm a love guru, I am, alright? Love erases all logic. There is no hunger. You never tell your girlfriend, can you let go of my hand? I need to eat with my hand. Never. You will eat with the plate with your mouth like that. Just not to let go of your girl's hand or your boy's hand. You understand? Alright. It just defied all logic. Now all networkers start their journey defying logic. All networkers believe they can fly when they start their journey. Now the question is, when does that defiance of logic stop? When do you start being logical? When do you start rationalizing and actually calculating your goals in a calculator, putting in a lot of logic and saying, maybe I will max out in three years. Some people say this, but when you first signed up, you didn't say this. You said, you will sign up, you will max out in three months. You will max out in six months. And there are people doing it every day because they no longer subscribe to the logic of the world. They decided to unsubscribe to the logic. They decided that, hey, if I'm crazy enough, alright? And if I have a sense of urgency, I can defy logic. Now, I was 23 years old when I signed up and the fact that I became a millionaire, alright, before I reached 30, defied all logic out there. The whole world cannot believe that I Became a millionaire before I was 30. Can you imagine? Alright, it does not exist. Now you may say today does bull sugar, alright, Count with your hands how many millionaires you know who are below 30 years old. It'll be tough. Just these rumors of Mark Zuckerberg and all these.com millionaires you can count with two hands those who are millionaires, you know, below 30. So I believed in it so much and had such a crazy sense of urgency that I was deaf to logic. You know, people honestly believe I was crazy, but being crazy enough to believe that it's possible and having that sense of urgency that keeps you awake every night, that doesn't allow you to sleep, that food doesn't matter, that the normal life you used to lead is completely erased from your life, that you don't expect to be normal anymore, that my normal is abnormal to the world because I have a sense of urgency now. I need you, everyone in the world out there watching this Wednesday video to have that sense of urgency that you don't have forever to achieve your max out. You don't have forever to become a millionaire. If you can do it in one year, why not do it in one year? If you can max out in three months, do it. Because people are maxing out in three months who are no different from you. They just had a sense of urgency that they were willing to do anything and everything to achieve it. They were willing to lose friends, alright, lose their status in their community, be called a fanatical maniac, all right, Criticized by the people closest to them. They were willing to face all that because they were hungry with that sense of urgency to achieve their dreams and great success asap as soon as possible. So my question to you, how fast before you become a millionaire you define that timeline. Don't allow your uplines to define that timeline. Don't allow what you heard to define that timeline. Because when I wanted to become a millionaire before 30, everyone laughed at me, even my own family and said, patman, are you crazy? You're going to become a millionaire with this network marketing business. And I proved to them that it's possible if you have that sense of urgency. Now many of you, because this journey has been a bit rocky, have allowed logic to come back in your mind. I haven't slept for 48 hours and I'm making this video right now. It's illogical. People who find out that I haven't slept for 48 hours, they say, are you crazy? It is illogical. How can you not sleep for 48 hours and sound like this and look like this on the Wednesday video. So guys, learn to defy logic. Because logic is what is going to stop you from maxing out. Logic is going to stop you from reaching the peak of your mountain of success. And Dato Sri Vijay taught me a story. He said, padman, how does a bird fly? Of course. I was 23 years old when he asked me this question. And I had my answers all lined up. Physics, the wings, the air pressure here is lower or higher than there. Some bull sugar I was giving him. He said, no, Padman, the bird doesn't understand logic. The bird doesn't subscribe to logic. Because the bird didn't go for physics classes. The bird didn't have a professor teaching about air pressure below and above the wing. The bird was in the nest. And its sense of urgency, of survival, its sense of urgency to fly. Watching its parents every day, watching its other birds flying. That sense of raw urgency, one day, one second, the bird took a leap of faith. Flu. Not because of understanding of physics, because of the lack of understanding of logic. Now you either be driven by the raw sense of urgency or you'll be driven by logic. But let me tell you this now. If you are driven by logic, you will never max out. Because network marketing is an illogical concept. You can explain it logically. But the rawness of network marketing, that it's illogical that a 23 year old loser with great looks became a millionaire. I didn't get another degree. I didn't go for marketing training, I didn't go for public speaking training, nothing. The only thing that got me here, all right, was my raw sense of earth urgency. That I was so hungry to become rich that I was willing to defy the world. And then I had a mentor, I have a mentor who constantly told me that I was born to fly. Don't think, just fly. And I'm giving you that same advice. Stop thinking, just build. Just build as fast and as aggressive and as crazy as you can. Will there always be environmental logics? Yes. But if you're going to comply with it then my advice to you is quit and go back to your pathetic lives. But if you want to rise to become a max out king or queen, if you want to rise and become the king and queen of your mountain as I always say, then defy logic, follow your heart, have a sense of urgency that is so crazy that the world will laugh at you and then achieve it. It's as simple as that. That network marketing doesn't work on human logic. It Works on human nature. The nature of survival, the nature of desire, the nature of dreaming, the nature of belief, the nature of being illogical as humans. Because love is illogical. People can fast for love. People can go crazy with love. People will do anything for love. And if you apply that same sense of urgency and desire of love into network marketing, max out will happen in three months. So I spoke to the people who max out in three months, who max out in six months, who, who are maxing out every week in the most challenging environments, in the most challenging markets, with enemies all around them, with haters all around them. And you ask them, how did you do it? They can't even answer. There's no answer. They can't draw the plan and say, this is how I did it. I went from here to here. I did two presentations to the right people, then I followed up this guy. No, no, no. They cannot answer. You know what the answer? I don't know, chief. It just happened. And I smile because you know what I see in them? A person who defied logic. A person who still has that raw belief. That person who was driven by his or her dream, regardless of what the world is telling them every day. So to all my lovely, gorgeous brothers and sisters out there in the V family, if you want to max out, stop being logical. Defy logic. Be that bird who doesn't know anything except the fact that there's some unexplainable instinct that says you gotta fly. You were born to fly. And every great networker will never be able to explain their success story. Why? Because it's an unexplainable instinct that drove them to become success stories of qnet and the V. That drove them to do what the world will say is impossible. They said I am possible. Now you ask Datto Sri Vijay how did he build this multi billion dollar empire? Maybe in an official interview he'll have his answers. But when I have Chai with him and ask him and he look at me and say, padman, I don't know how it happened. It just happened. I started my journey. I never stopped, I never slowed down. And I was driven by a sense of urgency that made it possible for us today to be the strongest network marketing company the world will ever see. So, my beautiful V family, Screw logic. Belief. Raw belief that you were born to be great, you were born to be rich, you were born to max out. This is already written. Like I told you many videos ago, you were the chosen one. You are the chosen one. And the only thing can stop you is if you start to think less logically. So get this Wednesday message clear into your head. Stop being logical. And one day you will go up on stage and try to explain your success story. And all you can say is, I don't know how it happened. It just happened. All right? Like the bird trying to explain to you how it started to fly. Can you imagine that conversation? Right. It'd be completely illogical, but it will be completely the most beautiful story you will ever hear. So, guys, go back to the basics. Wake up in the morning, have a sense of urgency that drives you to be illogical every single day. And this week, make it your week of total defiance of logic. And you will get your biggest checks, and you will max out.
