Guys, it's finally here. I'm sitting in my hotel room in Hanoi, Vietnam, after one of the most unbelievable in service brotherhood boot camps isb. And this is my hundredth Wednesday video. That means I have basically recorded 100 Wednesday messages for all of you beautiful people around the world. And I didn't realize that I've reached 100. Okay? And for those of you who've been watching the Wednesday video, I want you to know that it started by accident two years ago, right after VCon. I decided to do eight videos to follow through of the impact of VCON on the participants. And when I finished the 8 video, I stopped and you guys saying, chief, make another video. Make another video. And that's how this whole Wednesday message started. And I'm so happy that whenever I meet you guys all over the world at veevents or just at a mall or anywhere, and you guys share with me how much my Wednesday message has impacted you and I'm going to keep doing this as long as God permits, I'll keep doing this Wednesday message and I hope that you guys use it as an effective tool to keep your organization switched on. Now, this Wednesday message number one, 100. Okay? It's extra special to me because firstly, it's been an unbelievable journey for me personally. And I know you heard so many stories about my journey, about my relationship with the founders, my role as chief, you know, V managing director. But I want to talk to you as Padman, as a networker, as your friend, as your brother and as your upline. Now, a lot of people fail to understand that our whole organization ultimately started with a dream. It started with the dream of two great men. Datu Sri Vijay Iswin and Japadas Bismar. And a lot of you think it was a strategic decision for them to start this whole concept of qnet, the V network marketing, it was not. It was purely an act of rhythm, an act of not letting their downlines down in 1998. And they made what I would say was one of the biggest, most important decisions in their life, which has impacted millions of people around the world. Now, you may think that you belong to qnet, a network marketing company, then you are absolutely a moron. Because you don't belong to a network marketing company. You belong to a family. You belong to a revolution. That the fact that in 1998, when we started Dato Vijay, Dato Sri Vijay Ishwan and Japadas Bismarck challenged the status quo, they refused to comply. And because of that determination and warriorship, I'm sitting Here today, financially free. And there are thousands of people around the world who are watching this video, who are already financially free. And those of you who are watching this video, who are on this journey to financial freedom, and I just want to let you know on this hundredth video that you made the most life changing decision of becoming part of this family. So a lot of people try to compare with other network marketing organizations and compare the compensation plan, compare the products. We launched Qinfinite, now we're launching Q10. With all honesty, it doesn't matter what we launch. Ultimately, why do you have to stay with qnet? Why do you have to keep on fighting every single day for your dreams on this journey with us? Because we are not a company, we are a belief. Our whole foundation is based on a simple philosophy that everything we do is based on the fact that we believe in what we do. We believe 100% that we are here with a purpose, not of only helping people make millions of dollars to achieve financial freedom, but we are here with a purpose to rescue people who have given up hope, People who are right now at the verge of just existing and no longer living the life they have always wanted to live. So my purpose is not to train you how to do the compensation plan, how to make more money. My purpose, representing the founders, is to tell you that life is not what you think it is. There's so much more. If you look at our events like VCon, ISB, Revicon, or just sitting down and having coffee with the V partners, the founders, it changes who you are fundamentally that you fail to realize that from the first day you signed up, you have started to change. You are not that same person, the negative pessimist. Alright, common man, common woman. You have transformed either working with your uplines, coming to one of our many V events around the world, and ultimately coming to the mega event like VCon or ISB. You have changed. You have evolved into a much better person. Somebody asked me, patman, would you still be so grateful to Datosri, Vijay and Japa if you didn't make any money? My answer is an absolute yes. Because Datosri, Vijay, Iswaran and Japa picked me up when I was 23 years old with no money, no hope, purely arrogant and at the verge of giving up on life. And they transformed me and built me up into a man today with so much belief, hope and a purpose of truly making a difference in other people's lives. Now, I'm not saying max out is not important. By all means, stay completely focused on Max out. Become one of the max out kings and queens of the V&QNET. But do not fail to understand that you, you are changing lives, starting with your own. Whether you realize it or not, from the day you signed up and connected with us, you have become a better father, a better mother, a better son, daughter, brother, sister, a better human being. That you are smiling much more than you have ever smiled before. That there are so many moments in a day where you today experience true, sincere happiness which did not exist before you came into the family. Now, yes, we talk about our corporate branding, QI Tower, sponsorship of Manchester City, but all of that is something we must do as a corporation. But if I ever get interviewed by cnn, which the way things are going may be sooner than later, they're going to ask me what is QNET about? What is QI about? What is the V about? It's about not giving up hope on mankind. Because over the years, from the times of our grandparents to us today, the world is deteriorating at a rapid pace. War, destruction, nobody has any value system, any. People are becoming worse every single day. Modernization is destroying the pure essence of humanity. And I believe that Tatu Sri Vijay Iswaran and Japadas Bismarck started a revolution 16 years ago of building an organization of people who believe again, believe that our existence is not to eat, sleep, go to the toilet and die as a nobody. That we could exist, we can exist and truly make a difference in people's lives through this amazing vehicle called network marketing. Regardless of what the morons out there say about our industry, they can criticize us, vilify us, attack us all they want. But they cannot ignore one fact that we are today becoming more and more powerful. That you should take so much pride that you belong to this industry. An industry with a purpose bigger than success. An industry focus on personal development. An industry focus on building people up. When I think back to all the events we have run for the past 16 years, the thousands of events that we have run over the past 16 years, it's amazing to see how we change people. And the other day I was talking to my mentor, the greatest networker, Datu Srivijay Ishwaran. Today Japa and him have reached financial wealth that the rest of the world only dream about. But look at them. They're still here. They're still here. They're still on stage. They're still talking, connecting with everyone in corporate and everyone in the network. Now on this hundredth video, my Wednesday message. My hundred Wednesday message. I want you to have a paradigm shift. A complete paradigm shift. That you are not here just to make money. That you will make money. We have proven it over and over again. You will max out, alright? That's the easiest part of belonging to qnet and belonging to this industry. But I want you to take it one step further. That every time you step out of your home, every time you pick up the phone and call a prospect, call a downline, call an upline, have coffee with your downlines, or go up on stage and do a training, whether it's about the comp plan, whether it's about rule three, find two, max out. Remember this, that you're not doing it purely just as a networker. It is not only about network marketing. It's about changing lives. It's about making a difference. And that makes you a great human being that takes you from common man and common woman, alright? To a common man and common woman with an uncommon dream and purpose. That every time I hold that microphone and go up on stage or make a video like this hundred Wednesday message. I hope that my message reaches you. That it makes a difference. That you must understand that you have the greatest potential. That you will ever, ever know your potential is huge. That you are Patman Sinatiraja. That you are Vijay Ishwaran. That you are Japadas Bismarck. That you and I are not different. We are the same. You started your journey when you were supposed to start the journey. And I started my journey when I was supposed to start my journey. But our destination is ultimately exactly the same. To make a difference, change lives. Provide hope to the people who have given up hope. Bring people into a world where they can dream again. Bring people into our world where happiness is status quo, where joy is status quo. Where success is normal. Where smiling is absolutely normal. In our world. So guys, on my hundredth Wednesday message, look closely at me and remember one thing. That your journey is the most unbelievable journey you have ever embarked upon. I want you to always believe that you are never alone. That the founders, the V part partners, the AVPs, the V councils, alright, and me as your chief and upline. We are with you every single step of the way. And I want you to do something. I want you to always dream. Dream big, dream huge with no fear. Just dream again. The world needs more dreamers. The world desperately needs more dreamers. The world needs somebody to go up on stage or pick up the phone and call them and tell them dream again. And I want you to do this with belief, passion that will be contagious to the rest of the world that I am not here just about qnet and the V. I am here to fulfill a purpose that to make a difference in the world we live in. And on this hundredth Wednesday message, I want you to join me. Hold my hand, alright? Hold Datosri Vijay's hand, Japada's hand and join us on the most unbelievable journey the industry will ever give the world. A journey of hope, belief, love, financial freedom and ultimately the world where you live again and stop merely existing.
