A spoken Wednesday message from Hattaiwat Pusanti (Patman Senathiraja) addressed to V&QNET distributors. First, he urges uplines to prepare a rollout plan for V Malaysia 2015 (VCon), keep core activities running for downlines who remain home, delegate point persons, and use recorded updates/social media to maintain momentum. Second, he delivers a leadership lesson: achieving true financial freedom requires a conscious decision to ‘pay the price’ — long-term, focused sacrifice (he cites his own 16‑year commitment, missed personal events, and unwavering priorities) — and there are no shortcuts.

Now I know you guys are packing your bags, you're super excited, you're gathering your downlines, you're planning your trip, booking your flights, saying bye to your mother in law if she's not a downline with joy on your face. Okay? But guys, you need to plan coming to VCON a bit more strategically, all right? And put a system in place, okay? To to manage your existing organization that's not coming to VCon. Because not all your downlines are coming to VCon. Maybe you think they are not ready or they haven't earned enough checks. Whatever the reason is, okay? But they're still back home while you're going to be spending most probably eight to nine days plus travel time and all that at the greatest event the industry has ever seen. V Malaysia 2015. But you need to put something in place so it's very important for all of you working uplines, okay? Especially when I'm going up on stage or datusree going up on stage Japa, you know, record, okay, Touch me record selfie. Send it to them to keep the excitement going. But you don't want your organization back home just to be excited. They cannot lose focus on the core activity. Presentacion. Presentacion Presentation. Make sure that your system still operates. Never ever shut down your system unless everyone of your system are coming to VCon. Alright? You need to keep your system running. You need to make sure everyone has goals that they need to achieve for the week when you are at VCon. Clear, crystal clear goals that need you to achieve. And you need to maintain the excitement and sharing the passion and excitement from V Malaysia. The Game Changer back with your organization consistently, alright? Because you don't want to lose momentum when you are in VCON and Then you come back from Vcon crazy, switched on, unbelievable. And all your downlines are switched off singing Kumbaya with each other. Alright? So you don't want that to happen. So that's my first message this Wednesday. Prepare a rollout plan every day, every week while you're away from your organization, okay? Put somebody in charge. Edify your active downlines to be the person in charge or the point person of running your systems while you're at VCon. Now this VCon is a game changer. You're going to come and I promise you we will send you back as the most unbelievable max out king and queens, alright? The industry has ever seen. But you need to come with an empty cup, an open heart, all right? The willingness to learn is what's going to help you benefit the most from this week on. And guys, you get to see Japadas Bismarck live. And of course the one and only Datot Sri Vijay Shiran live every single night at VCon. This is not a network marketing convention. This is not a training to me. Vcon is a platform where you come to make the decisions you need help to make. You come to VCON to completely change your life, re energize yourself, realign yourself, and most importantly, remind yourself why you belong to the greatest organization on this planet called the V&QNET. Now, my second part of my Wednesday message. Lately I've been spending a lot of time talking to a lot of leaders, old friends of mine, people who are making a lot of money, people who are struggling to make money, and of course, people who have been there for a long time making good money but not great money. And they kept asking me over and over again, what's my secret and what made it possible for me to reach this level of success and become who I am today in the industry of network marketing, especially in qnet, in the V and guys, there's a lot of bullish sugar answers I can give you. And I've given you many truthful answers along my journey of 16 years in many of my Wednesday videos. But today I want to talk to you about the decision I made. Now, ultimately, first thing you have to recognize is that you want financial freedom. And I cannot emphasize enough that you're not asking for a lollipop like I wrote in my book Network Marketing for Morons, you are not asking for a lollipop. You're asking for financial freedom. Financial freedom means my life, Datu Sri Vijay's life, okay? Where money is something we don't worry about anymore. We have Reached a point in our lives that we have achieved 90, 99% of our dreams. Okay? And now we are dreaming bigger for you guys. Okay? The question I asked myself 16 years ago, which I believe that each one of you should ask yourself, what price are you willing to pay to achieve this thing called financial freedom? And for your dreams to become a reality because ultimately that you need to answer for yourself, what price are you willing to pay? You cannot ask for something so huge, so unbelievable like financial freedom, something your mother, your dad, your grandparents, nobody had. Alright? You can't ask for something so huge called financial freedom, financial freedom without the willingness to pay the price. So I'm asking you, everyone watching this Wednesday video all around the world, what price are you willing to pay? You talk about your dreams, you want to achieve it. And I'm happy you do. You sit down, you have a dream chart. You share with your downlines. You go up on stage, talk about this dream of yours. You talk about flying first class, buying the car of your dream, living in the house of your dream, providing for your family better than you could ever dream of sending your parents on their dream holiday for all the sacrifices they have made for you. But my question to you as your upline is Patman Sinatiraja, what price are you willing to pay to achieve this dream? I made a decision 16 years ago that I was willing to pay any price, any price that I sacrifice living like everyone else. I gave up every single thing or on my journey the past 16 years which means something to the normal world that I gave up so much in my life. Missed out on important birthdays including my mom's birthday. So many years. All right? God bless her soul. And I gave up so much. And today, sitting here today as your appliance, I'm telling you I don't regret any of the sacrifices and the price I've paid because the reward outweighs those sacrifices 1 million times that you don't understand. The feeling of financial freedom erases any pain that you may have to go through to get there. Once you get there, you look back at your journey and you're going to be like Padman Sinatiraja. Laugh like a crazy mad person. It didn't matter. I'm not upset that I missed birthdays, that I didn't have a normal life like all the other loser morons out there. That I was a dedicated network marketing machine, that from the time I woke up till I went to sleep, my number one priority, all right, was making sure my organization grew bigger. That People in my organization made checks that my checks grew bigger, all right? And I became a leader by example. That was my complete focus for 16 years, guys. I didn't falter even once. I was never distracted even for one second. And if you can have that kind of focus, your ultimate goal, all the sacrifices, all the pain you have to go through will be a walk in the park when you reach the ultimate destination of financial freedom. So ask yourself, are you truly willing to pay any price to achieve the dreams you so proudly talk about? And the day your answer is truthful, sincere, passionate, yes. I guarantee you financial freedom will fall on your lap. So guys, don't think, pay the price. There are no shortcuts to financial freedom. There's no shortcuts to your dream. There must be pain. There must be pain, alright? Because without pain, you will not be able to enjoy the freedom that you will experience at that point of financial freedom. So to all of you, my amazing downlines around the world, let this Wednesday message be clear. You want financial freedom? Then pay the price and there will be pain. Embrace the pain. And when you reach that final destination of financial freedom, sit back like me, like all the V partners, look at the journey and smile. Because it will be worth it. So pay the price. Be willing to pay the price. Don't even talk about it. Just pay the price. And financial freedom will fall on your lap. And I will see you at v Malaysia 2015. Trust me, for those who are coming, this event is going to change your life completely. For those who are 50, 50 about coming, I think seats are sold out. Alright guys, so talk to your uplines. Maybe they have one or two extra tickets they're willing to sell in the black market. But for those who are coming, welcome to the greatest event you will ever attend in your lifetime. So to all of you beautiful morons out there, I love you guys. And remember, pay the price. Be willing to pay the price. We all did. And now, welcome to financial freedom.
