Greetings my V family all over the world. This is your chief sitting down in the middle of our Vikon palace right behind me. As you can see we have the most game changing setup ever in 16 years. We have a center stage, huge screen right floating in mid air. And this arena, Spice Penang is going to be the location where 15,000 unbelievable warriors of the V are going to come to experience the magic of Vicon and experience the clique where they cross the line and become the true max out kings and queens of qnet and the V. The past few days I've been working with the most amazing group of people. The in service brotherhood and the corporate family of the V&QNET putting this whole show together and it brought back so many memories and it reminded me of something very important. Alright, we spend me my core in service. We spend 16, 18 hours a day awake putting this event together every single day for a stretch of 12 days before we close Vcon. And sometimes we ask ourselves why people look at us and think we are crazy, that we are loco up here. But I remember one thing. I remember my first Vikon where I accidentally became in service just to help out Dato Sri and Japa. And that night when I sat down with Dato Sri Vijayishwan, our unbelievable upline and Japaras Bismarck, they shared with me one of the most important lessons I have learned being part of this company, this family and this industry. That ultimately, before you can ever achieve any goal, you must have a purpose. You must have a purpose that is bigger than yourself. That you must have a purpose that crosses the line of selfishness into the realm of selflessness. And that is the day I truly learned the definition of rhythm. Raising yourself to help mankind. Now this line, rhythm or this word, rhythm is used by all of you in your presentation, in your trainings, everything. Everyone talks about rhythm, rhythm, rhythm, rhythm, rhythm. But I was reminded the past few days the true essence of rhythm, that I am here as chief, as upline for one purpose. That is to fulfill the vision of rhythm that Datusvi, Japa and all of you helped raise me. And now my purpose is to help mankind. And when I mean mankind, it's all of you. And once you find a purpose that is bigger than yourself, which is emotional, which touches your heart and drives you out of your comfort zone every minute, every hour, then you achieve a status in life where your life has purpose. That means your life has meaning. Right now you belong to an industry where you can never be rich alone. It is an impossibility for Anyone in network marketing to be rich or achieve financial freedom alone in our business, as you know, the more money you help your downlines make on your left and right, automatically you make more money and ultimately you max out. Now, I want you to think of this philosophy. What other world would you want to belong to? I would not want to switch places with Steve Jobs. I don't want to switch places with Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, nobody. This is my destiny. This is the position that I think everyone should dream of being in, where you achieve financial freedom. But in the process of achieving your financial freedom, you get to change thousands of lives, that you get to touch millions of hearts and give hope to those who have lost hope, reignite the passion in those who have lost passion and help people to dream again. Now, this is network marketing. This is QNET. And from the 14th of May to the 18th of May, 15,000 of my downlines, my brothers, my sisters, are going together in this arena. And the V partners, and especially the founders are going to change their lives. And the purpose of this week on is to help you find a purpose to help you truly identify your calling on this journey to financial freedom.
