A recorded Wednesday message from Hattaiwat Pusanti (the "chief") delivered after VCon. He celebrates what he calls the largest VCon—15,000 attendees from 60 countries over five days/four nights—credits the event to the power of collective dreams, and lays out four "cultures" for members: be crazy (retain the inner child), be a warrior (overcome challenges), prioritize presentation (find two prospects before Friday), and adopt the mantra "buy, use, repeat" for RSP products. He thanks attendees, notes about ~300 In Service volunteers and corporate support, and announces the next VCon in Dubai in September.

Greetings to my lovely, lovely V family all over the planet. This is your chief, legally, medically losing his voice because he's been shouting and motivating and inspiring 15,000 people for the past five days at VCon. Now, I was thinking last night while I was crawling back after being with the In Service for a total of 10 days putting this event together. Now, many of you may not realize, but this was the biggest vcon. We had 15,000 people from 60 countries come under one roof for five days, four nights. We had all the V partners, including the founders, up on stage every single day doing their magic. We had close to 300 of the most amazing, dedicated members of the In Service brotherhood serving at this Vikon, making it perfect. Alright? We had corporate families of the V and QNET working their ass off to help us put this event together. But ultimately somebody asked me again, what do you feel after Vcon last night? And I cannot describe the feeling. It's like you have climbed Mount Everest, you paid the price from base camp all the way to the second base camp and then you're almost out of oxygen, freezing your ass off and finally you see the sunrise and you are at the peak. That's how I feel right now, that we together pulled off the greatest Vcon in the history of this company. Alright, of 16 years now, why was this recon extra special? I think the people who came came with a clear, undoubted reason that they want to change their lives, that they wanted the clique to happen, that they came for the magic. And it did happen to 15,000 people. I saw your faces when you came and I saw your faces when you left. You look like two different, completely different people. And my message this Wednesday to all the VCON participants, to everyone else around the world who couldn't make it to Vcon, this message goes out to you also. Firstly, one of my biggest realizations this week on is how powerful the dream is. I realize that Dato, Srivijay, Japadas, Bismarck, our great founders, they did not get us here. All right? With the best products, all right? The best complaint, they did not get us here. Okay? With science or technique. I believe that we have gotten here today simply because of the power of their dreams. And I realize today that I am where I am today because of the power of my dream, that this Vicon was just finished. It became a reality because of the collective dreams of, of everyone who wanted to make it happen. And to each one of you out there, I want to remind you of the power of your dream. That ultimately nothing matters. You could be the best speaker, alright, the most talented salesman, but without the power of the dream pushing you forward, you're not going to achieve your ultimate goal of financial freedom. So I want to remind all of you around the world, especially those who came to Vcon, remember your dream. Remember that one dream you're willing to pay any price to reach. Remember that one dream you're willing to die for. And hang on to it. Hang on it, hang on to it for dear life. And whatever that happens on your journey, whatever happens, have no fear. As long as you're hanging on to your dream for dear life, you will succeed. You will overcome any challenges at this week on, I saw 15,000 people find their dream. And to all of you around the world, that's my message. Find your dream. That one dream you're willing to die for, you're willing to fight for. And this week on, I saw so many all right, crazy people, they didn't care. And Datusree's message, which really hit it home for me, went into my heart where he said, some of the greatest leaders in the world became great leaders because they never allowed the child within to die. We all have a child within. And he acknowledged me on stage and said, the reason why Patman is where he is today is because the child within is still loud, crazy and rock and rolling. And I want to communicate this message to you that I give them four cultures, cultural at Vicon that they have to implement. So all around the world implement these four cultures. First, you gotta be crazy. You gotta be crazy enough not to care what the world thinks of you. You gotta be crazy enough to dance when you're alone in the mall or do the presentation to anyone and everyone. You gotta be crazy enough to let the child within come out and play. That the day you stop listening to the world, I promise you one day the world will come and listen to you. So first culture, I want you guys to really practice that if you want to build your business, you got to be crazy enough to do it. You must be crazy enough to survive the trial and tribulations. You got to be crazy enough to believe in the impossible. You just got to be crazy. Alright? Second. Yes. This journey is full of challenges, all kinds of challenges. Some external, some internal. Wake up and smell the coffee. If you are asking for financial freedom, if you want to buy that Ferrari, you want your family to live in a huge bungalow somewhere or you want to send your mom around the world first class. You know, if you want those dreams, I guarantee you, wherever you are, there are going to be challenges on your way to those dreams. The bigger the dreams, the greater the challenges. But you need to be a warrior that at this week on, I saw 15,000 warriors. You should have heard them crazy. They were willing to do anything to achieve their dreams, all right? And right now, they're all over the planet, most probably freaking out their prospects. All right? They must be jumping on your prospect and say, sign up now. You need this. Come on, son. You understand? They must be losing it because VCON is where we create warriors. So the second culture is the culture of warriorship. You got to build strong warrior leaders who will overcome any challenge. The third culture that I spoke at VCon and now I'm speaking to you, is the culture of presentacion. Presentacion. Presentacion. And all of those who came to Vcon, you know what you must do. Find two before this Friday. You made the promise to me. Don't break your promise. I will never break my promise to you. So find two by this Friday, guys, okay? And for the rest of you around the world, remember this. The key to success, the core activity, the most important thing is presentacion. Presentation. Presentacion. Make this a core culture. You do it so monkey see, monkey do, talk about it. Name your kids Presentacion. Name your pet's Presentacion. Change your name legally to Presentacion. Alright? Tattoo presentation on your mother in law's forehead. Do whatever you have to do, but get out there and do the presentation. That's the key to success. Fourth culture and final culture is now with Q10 with RSP, the main plan. And so much news and exciting things happening around the world, right? We created a mantra, we created a tagline. We created something we're going to shout from the mountaintops of the world, right? Buy, use, repeat. When it comes to RSP products, you buy, you use, you repeat. You buy, you use, you repeat. You buy, you use, you repeat. It's that simple. And you will start making a whole new amount of commission from the RRSP plan, alright? So go out there with this mantra. Buy, use, repeat. Whether it's local products in your market, whether it's virtual products on QNET, eStore, whatever it is, just buy, use, repeat and make this a culture in your organization. Your commission will exponentially go up. Now, this video, this Wednesday video, it's quite interesting. Why? Because the whole concept of the Wednesday video started for my video message after Vcon. So this is like an emotional, sentimental, nostalgic feeling I'm having right now. That last year, this was my first Wednesday video and today I'm sitting down and making another Wednesday video right after Vcon. To all of you who attended Vcon, once again thank you from the bottom of my heart on behalf of the founders, the V partners, my corporate family, thank you for helping us make the magic happen. For those of you who didn't come to Vcon, we missed you tremendously and we hope to see you at our next event, Vcon Dubai in September. Alright I love you guys so much. Alright remember this. The power of the dream. Be crazy, be a warrior, focus on presentation and buy, use, repeat. It's so simple. And whatever else you took back from Vcon, the passion, the belief, the craziness, convert it into activity that is going to produce BV and ultimately US dollars. So I love you guys so much. I miss you tremendously. Okay, this is your gorgeous chief saying see you at the next vent and please log on. Plug in to the next Wednesday message. Next week the game changer.
