Greetings to my V family all over the planet. This is your gorgeous chief in the beautiful island of Phuket, Thailand. I came here to chill out after Vcon, to strategize, to plan, to make sure that 2015 is going to be the most unbelievable year for QNET, the V& especially you. I'm sitting here in my suite. As you can see outside, it's little bit raining right now, but the beach is beautiful. Everything is beautiful. Alright, welcome to financial freedom. But before you get to my life, alright, you got to pay the price in your life now. This week on was simply the most unbelievable recon ever. I'm telling you, the feedback I'm getting, the unbelievable passion and energy that is all over the freaking planet is just rocking. But it's about you now. You finish one week after recon. Your passion is high. The excitement is high. I am here to remind you on this Wednesday message, don't fall back into your comfort zone. Don't allow the world to suck you back into your comfort zone. Then you have to remain in Vcon mode. You got to keep your passion, your commitment, your energy, your craziness high. But I want to remind you again about the dream that you found at Vcon. That dream that you're willing to pay the price for. And then of course, being crazy, being a warrior. Presentation, presentation, presentation. And buy use, repeat the future of increasing your income with rsp. So this Wednesday message is about you sustaining your organization, sustaining the energy. And this is where you must not underestimate yourself. A lot of people come up to me and say, chief, how do you do it? How do the V partners do it? How does the great Dato Sri Vijay do it? Guys, we don't do anything, alright? We understand what you need to understand that you are the nucleus of your organization. That you are the source of energy for your organization. That after Vcon, you have come back to your organization and everyone is going to take energy from you. They are just going to take all that energy, all that fashion that you brought back from Nico. And in order for you to keep energizing your group, in order for you to keep inspiring, keep everyone switched on, you need to have unlimited, limitless amount of energy, focus and passion, alright? And if you ask me, how does Bakosvi Vijay do it? How does Japara do it? As our founders, the great uplines, they don't do anything. They recognize the fact that that is their responsibility. They recognize the fact that it's not an option to switch off. They recognize the fact that they are the upline that millions of people around the world rely on us. Now, I've been doing this for 16 years. I run 22 Vcons for all of you beautiful, beautiful morons out there, alright? And I never run out of energy. Right after Vcon, I am more energy. I didn't need one hour of sleep. I didn't need one day of rest. I came back after Vcon full of energy. Because to me, Vcon is part of my life. I cannot say I want to switch off for one year after VCon will recover. That is not an option for an upline. It is not an option for somebody who wants financial freedom and it is not an option for you. Right now you should be working 10 times harder than you did before VCon. Right now you should be 1 million times more switched on than you were before Vcon because you got the energy from all the V partners and the founders at VCon. Now why must you be like this? It's your duty. It is your duty as an applicant that everyone has to understand that once you undertake this role, you becoming an upline, alright? As God now is showering us with rain, blessing us, alright? Once you have taken on this duty as upline, your duty is to stay switched on. Your duty is to constantly pump and energize your organization. Whether you got two downlines, 2,000 downlines, 20,000 downlines, 200,000 down, or 2 million downlines, it doesn't make a difference. Your attitude decides the success of your organization. They may be negative, they may be switched off and sucked into their comfort zones. Your job is to pull them back into your zone and your zone. Like how you felt at Vcon. You were in our zone. You were in my zone. You and Datos Riviger zone. Did you have a chance to switch off? Those of you who were at Nikon, those of you who are not at Nikon? Doesn't matter. Staying in the zone is fundamentally important. And once somebody is in your zone, you must be like the hottest fire the world has ever seen. You must be like a volcano erupting every single second that people touch you and they get energized, that they hear you speak and they get motivated, they see you walk and they get energized. But not only 10 people. You must make sure that you carry that energy, that you carry that passion. To the last guy who signed up yesterday, that he must feel, he must know that he belongs to a great organization with a great upline like you. He needs to know that he belongs to the League. That we have to go crazy this year. That this year is about forgetting and screwing the status quo. That we are networkers, that we are warriors. That you have nothing to fear. That when you are energized it you are switched on and you have a dream. All negativity, all challenges will move aside for you to take your organization towards financial freedom.
