Hattaiwat Pusanti (the “Chief”) delivers a Wednesday motivational video dedicated to his mother, recounting his early struggles building a qnet/V network-marketing business and crediting her guidance for his success. He distills three core lessons learned from her: (1) if you commit, do it big and push to your limits; (2) always operate from the heart — sincerity and love drive sustainable success; and (3) practice unconditional loyalty to uplines, downlines, and the organization. The talk references his mentors (Dato Sri Vijayeshwaran, Japa), ~16 years of leadership, late-night preparation (recorded at 1:00 AM), many international stages and Vcon appearances, and closes with a dedication to his mother and an invite to Vcon UAE.

Greetings to my whole amazing, unbelievable V family around the world. This is your chief, the one and only voted the sexiest man alive, Padman Senati Raja. I'm sitting here in my beautiful office on a Wednesday at 1 o' clock in the morning. I spend the whole day with my corporate family of qnet, corporate family of the V. And most importantly, I spent the past three hours with our visionary, my older brother, my mentor, my teacher, the one and only Dato Sri Vijayeeshwaran. And I was hearing him speak. Guiders teaching me again because my cup is always empty. And it reminded me so much about my journey in network marketing. Now today I was also sharing a lot with the corporate family of qnet and the V. And it reminded me of the days I built this organization. The days when I started with nothing except a dream. The days where I stayed up every night where sleep was not important, eating was a necessity, but not a luxury. And most importantly, remembering the days I sat down with my mother, God bless her soul, presenting to her the plan, doing my presentation to the most amazing woman I will ever know in my life, trying to convince her that we made the right decision as a family. To be part of qnet, to be part of Dato Sri Vijay's vision. And I was remembering all the lessons she has taught me from young. So this Wednesday message is dedicated to my mother. All right, Many of you know her, many of you don't know her. But the only reason why I am your upline today, why I am chief, why I'm happy, why I am stronger, every single moment of my journey is because of her love, her guidance, the fact that she held my hand on my best days and hugged me on my worst days. And the fact that even though she was afraid that I was giving up everything in my life to become a networker, that I was giving up everything to follow my dream, she was afraid that I wouldn't make it. I'm sure she had that fear. But she stood by my side. And I want to share with you on this Wednesday message some of the key lessons she taught me. The key lessons that created my DNA today. So if you appreciate me, if you have learned from me, don't say thank you, chief. Say thank you to my mum. Alright? The greatest woman ever. Now the first lesson she taught me when I started networking, she told me, padman, if you are going to do this, do it big, alright? Don't be mediocre, do it big. Because you have a choice to make after you signed up, either you remain as A nobody struggle to make a check. You are not consistent. You switch off. You get affected by negativity. Or you get a bigger check and last longer consistently, but still switch off occasionally because of issues, negative articles, all the crap that happens around us. Or your sole purpose is to reach the peak, to reach the pinnacle, to max out, to become an avp, to become a V partner one day. And she pushed me. Every day when I came home and she saw my face, either I was frustrated or sleepy or tired. She would remind me, don't do this if you're not going to be the best. Don't do this if you're not going to max out as a person, as an individual. So the first lesson I want to share with you, you started this journey. Now push yourself. Push yourself to a breaking point. And if you don't break, push yourself more. Because inside of all of us, there is something called pure human potential. My mother saw it. I couldn't see. I thought, okay, 2,000 U.S. wow. Unbelievable. 5,000 U.S. oh my God. More money than I've ever seen in my life. 10,000 U.S. unbelievable. Alright, Max out. Okay. And I came home one day and told mom, I've done it. I've maxed out. She said, no one more tracking center. Don't slow down. Don't get into your comfort zone. This is not the Patman I gave birth to. You're born to be a king. You're born to be a warrior. Keep pushing yourself. So my mother was a psycho. She didn't allow me to even rest. Sometimes I would be at home watching TV and she would look at me and say, hey, no presentation today. No leaders meeting. No training. What are you doing at home? Get out there. She was the greatest upline you could ever wish for. And I had the best. Dato Sri Vijay Ishwan and my mom, okay? And they created this. The sexiness natural. But they created the upline I am today. The second lesson she taught me, she said, this business can be done in many ways or any task in life. You can apply whatever you want. If you think you are intelligent, you're applying intelligence in network marketing. If you think you are a great salesman, you're applying salesmanship into network marketing. My mother said, don't apply anything except your heart. Don't apply anything except love. Don't apply anything except care. Do it for a bigger reason than yourself. Do it for the people who depend on you. And she taught me the most valuable lesson that if anything, you do presentacion training, following up with your people, whatever you do. Doing a leadership camp, bringing people to Vcon. Whatever you do, if you do it from your heart, you will succeed. Because your brain can max out. Your brain can get tired, your brain can switch off, your brain can be distracted. Intelligence will fade away. But this is limitless. This never stops. This never gets distracted. This empowers everything you do. Now, I'm not the most intelligent person on the planet. I don't even know how I got my degree. I don't even know anything. I barely went to school. I used to ride my bicycle, go to school and then make a detour to the girls school to chill out with my girlfriends. But I did everything in my life from my heart. And after 16 years of being your upline or being a networker, I'm still doing everything with my heart. Then I'm here at 1am in the morning making this Wednesday video from my heart. Now, if you choose to practice network marketing, if you choose to build your qnet business with your heart, I promise you, you will max out. And the world will listen and follow wherever you go. 16 years I've gone up on stage in every country in the world. And 20 over Vcons, Revicons, ISB. I have never prepared once before going up on stage. I trust my heart. My heart will never fail me. If you do things with love, if you do things with sincerity, if you build your organization with the sincere love in your heart, you will max out faster than anyone else. Systems are important. Strategy is important. How you present is important. But if you don't do it from your heart, it means nothing. The third lesson my amazing mother taught me was the power of loyalty. Listen very carefully. I am here today after 16 years. 17 years. In a few days. It's not because of money. Money is important. Have a goal every week. Max out as fast as you can. But you must be driven by something more pure. You must be driven by something more important. My mom said the only way you can build a family, the only way you can build a team, the only way you can build an organization or build a country, or build an empire is you practice loyalty. That loyalty is the most fun, fundamental aspect of our business. That you must be loyal to your uplines. You must be loyal to the V. You must be loyal to qnet. You must be loyal to the founders, Datu, Sri Vijay and Japa. You must be loyal to your downlines. That you must practice loyalty. That nothing can breach or break this loyalty. If your checks drop, you should not become disloyal. Your downlines don't listen to you. Still be loyal to them. Your uplines push you too hard. Still be loyal to them. Because you must represent one key characteristic of a great networker. Loyalty. I am loyal to Dato Sri Vijay Ishwaran unconditionally. I am loyal to Japa unconditionally. They are my uplines. They are the reason I'm sitting here today. I'm loyal to my brothers. I'm loyal to my team. I'm loyal to you. The reason why I'm making this video after 118 times 118 weeks. Because I am loyal to you. And loyalty is the most fundamental aspect of network marketing. It cannot be taught. There's no training called loyalty. Loyalty is just there. You must recognize the fact that loyalty is what should define you. Not how well you speak. Because there's no use having a great friend who's not loyal. There's no use having a team around you who are not loyal. Because you invest so much time, so much effort. And without loyalty, what's the use? And loyalty cannot be demanded. Loyalty cannot be instructed. Loyalty cannot be by a position of power. Loyalty must be earned. Loyalty is a fundamental pillar in our business. And the only way you can expect people to be loyal to you is by you being loyal to them. And the best way to show your loyalty is being there for your team. Being there for everyone. All right. These three lessons, okay? That my mother has taught me from day one. My mother taught me this. All right. First, if you're gonna do something, do it big. Do it huge. Do it unbelievable. Push yourself to the max. Alright? Never settle for mediocre. Never settle to become a nobody. Never, never, never. Alright? Constantly push yourself. The second point is. Do everything from your heart. And you cannot go wrong. Do everything from your heart. Whether you are doing a presentation, whether you're handling an objection. Let this drive you guys, alright? And you will reach the peak. The third point. Loyalty. I believe that we are here after 16 years because Dato Sri Vijay is loyal to all of us. He has been there for us through good times and bad times. He was never shaken. His loyalty can never be shaken. So believe in this principle of loyalty. Instill the value of loyalty in your organization. Teach it. Talk about it. Share it. Sh. Show it. Express it by action, not just by words. So remember this. Max out in every aspect of your life. Do everything from your heart. And believe in the strongest pillar of network marketing. That is loyalty. These three lessons is what a great woman taught me. And it's still in my mind. Still in my heart today. Alright, three great lessons for my mother. The greatest upline the world will ever see. So this Wednesday message is dedicated to Amma, my mum. So I love you guys and I'll see you@vcon UAE.
