Hattaiwat Pusanti (aka Padman/Patman Sinatiraja) delivers a motivational YouTube message urging his network-marketing downlines to restore passion, sincerity and emotional connection in their presentations. He warns against over-professionalizing the business into robotic routines, stresses that people join for hope and human connection, and calls listeners to remember their dreams, love the journey, and take concrete actions (e.g., do two presentations this week). The talk includes personal anecdotes (17-year relationship with a mentor, loss of his mother) and repetitive, high-energy exhortations to make events loud, attractive and heartfelt.

Greetings to all my beautiful unbelievable downlines. All right, all over the world, this is your upline and legally the most gorgeous person on the planet, the one and only Patman Sinatiraja. Alright, once again, I'm back from Europe. My last Wednesday message. I hope you got the message, all right, of staying in the zone of your uplines, okay? And constantly staying in the zone. Now, today I was talking to AVP Kalai earlier and I've been talking to so many people on WhatsApp. If you haven't received my WhatsApp replies, don't panic. I. I will catch up by this week. It's been crazy. And my message this week is about the journey. Okay? Consider this message a gentle reminder, or a strong reminder if you want. Now, I believe that the more and more I talk to the network around the world, the more and more I talk to the leaders around the world. I realized one thing. Everyone seems to want to professionalize or structure our business to a point that has become robotic and no longer emotional, no longer pure. And I'm a purist. I believe that everything I do should be sincere and from my heart and must be driven by something so powerful, like the power of your dream. Now, each one of you today is harder and harder for you to remember why you started this journey. And always, like now, I hope you can hear the music of Latika playing. All right? It's your dream that ultimately is going to drive you. And as busy as you get, as professional as you get as a networker or entrepreneur, you cannot lose that emotion. You cannot lose that raw belief in your dreams that you have to constantly remind yourself, alright, why you're doing this. You got to constantly remember why you started this journey. No matter how big you are Today, whether you're 2,000 US, 5,000 US, max out, I don't care. You still have dreams. And those dreams are the ones which are going to propel and push you forward. But if you don't take the time every day to remember your dreams emotionally, because sometimes you go on stage and you talk about your dreams, but it's more like a presentation. It's more like you're presenting your dreams. And soon you lose your emotional attachment to your dreams. You lose that, that heartbeat of belief and craziness when you think of your dreams, you don't smile sincerely like a little child anymore when you think of your dreams that I think we lose ourselves, alright? We are so preoccupied with so much knowledge, so much professionalism, dressed up in the nicest clothes, having name Cards. Presenting on a laptop, Photo. Fine tuning your presentation. Everything. That even when you do a presentation, you don't reach the person's heart. Now people think that presentacion is reaching the person's mind. No. Until today, I show my presentation for my heart. I sincerely believe that I'm helping somebody change their lives. And not only getting the BV to qualify for a bigger cheque that I believe I'm not only networking, but I have something so powerful that I can take to the people. That I can change lives. That I can give hope again. And now I look at networkers. They are like robots, alright? Even your organization has been so systematic, so robotic, so static and boring and mundane that you're no longer raw. You don't dance anymore. There's no more passion. There's no more belief. I believe that network marketing works because people want to live their boring lives and come to a better place. They want to come to Tomorrowland. You know that network marketing is the Disneyland of adults. Where you are allowed to dream, where you're allowed to shout, where you're allowed to dance. When you're allowed to connect back to your originality. All right? To the pureness of who you are. And you must not kill that while you're chasing your dream. You should actually strengthen that rawness of network marketing. The pureness of network marketing. That when you do a presentation, why do people sign up? Because they're looking for something. They're looking to be part of something where they can laugh, smile, alright, and enjoy life. They are just looking for something. And I'm telling you, ultimately, your journey means nothing if you don't help people change. You know what? I tell my prospects? I tell my prospects. Listen, you don't need to think. You got to say yes. Because ultimately, even if you don't make money, I guarantee you that you're going to grow as a person. That your life is going to change. And ultimately, you will go back home, alright? And have a great product. But you'll be a better person now. I still believe in it. I know. I go up on stage and tell you, Presentacion, Presentacion, Presentacion. Max out at all costs. And yes, that is my message. But I don't want you to achieve that at the price of losing the essence, the humanity, the beauty, the love, the dreams of network marketing. That I sit here every day because I enjoy it, guys. I love it. I love every moment of it. The tough times, the challenges. Losing my network, rebuilding it. Being laughed at by the world. I love every single aspect of my journey and you need to love it. That you need to learn to live again. That you need to learn to enjoy this journey. Yes, you're going to make money only if you love doing what you do. Yes, you're going to network for the next 50 years. Because it's not work when you love what you do. Even a product. Even taking a product and convincing somebody to buy a product, it should come from here. I tell people, buy homepure for your kids. Buy homepure to make a difference in your house. Care about your loved ones enough to give them, you know, best water. Okay. Or best air with air pure. Or take your family on the greatest vacation on qvi. But I sometimes look at the even the biggest leaders. You hear them talk, you feel their passion. But there's no sparkle in the eye. And that saddens me. And I'm telling you, you can fake passion not for 15 years. And you cannot fake passion and expect people to follow you. It's got to come from here. So my Wednesday message to you is, don't lose the love. Don't allow your dreams to become technical. Let it be raw, alright? Don't talk to people like they are robots and don't talk like a robot. We're humans. You are giving hope. You're making a difference. You have no idea what it means to somebody just to earn 250 or just to earn 2000 a week or just to be able to belong to an organization which is attractive, excited and passionate for real. And that's what you need to focus on. And I believe this week, alright? Bring the passion back, bring the excitement back, bring the attractiveness back. Bring the sexiness back into your organization. Smile again. Sincerely. Talk about your dreams again from here. Ask your prospect, what's your dream? Ask your existing downlines, do you remember your dream? Now? Think back to your first presentation, your second presentation. Or think back to your presentation after making your first and second check and ask yourself, are you presenting with the same raw passion as you did 10 years ago, 12 years ago now my presentation hasn't changed, alright? People always tell me, chief, you're so crazy. You know why? Because I'm happy. I am sincerely 100% happy on the worst day or on the best day. And you need to be happy again. That Datto Sri Vijay told me last night when I spoke to him and I told him, Dato, it's been 17 years. I've been on a journey with you. And I just was in an emotional moment where I wanted to appreciate the love, the dedication the guidance he has given me all these years. And I told him, Dr. Sri, this 17 years has been the greatest, most unbelievable journey in my life. And if I lose everything I've earned, if I lose all my cars, all my watches, all my houses, no more first class and I lose everything. I have no regrets. Because the Padman I am today was because of the 17 year journey. A journey that gave me back the power of love. The journey that gave me the ability to dream again. The journey that gave me strength to overcome the toughest days in my life. Like losing my mother five years ago. The journey that gave me some of the best friends a man could wish for. The journey that made me love again, love life and enjoy every second of it. So my Wednesday message to you is love life. I know you are entrepreneur. I know you are businessman, businesswoman, alright? But I want you to love life. So go back to your organization. If you're sitting with your downlines and uplines, give them all a big hug, alright? And tell them that this is going to be the greatest journey ever. And your next event, your next system. Make it the loudest, craziest, most unbelievable event ever. So you become attractive again. That you become sexy again. And going through all this love, passion, joy and craziness, don't forget that there's a price to pay to reach your ultimate goal. Do presentations because you love doing it. Not because chief is forcing you to do it. Find two this week. Because you want to change two lives this week. That you want to make a difference in two people. That you want to spread the word of Dato Sri Vijay to the whole world. That you are not only a networker. That you are a life changing force. And it starts with the fine two people this week, alright? And ultimately you want to be successful. You want to be able to tell your children and your grandchildren that you made it. That you had a dream and you made it into a reality. And the only way to do it is to max out so that you provide for your family. That you wake up like me every morning and never worry about money. It's an unbelievable feeling. Guys, I'm serious. It's not what you buy. It's not the money you give people. It's about waking up every morning with a smile like a moron on your face. Because you know that your life is beautiful. Alright? And there's no more beautiful life. Then network marketing. Then your journey with qnet, your journey with the V and following the great ones, Datusree Vijay and Japaras Bismarck. So guys, life is beautiful. Your journey with QNET must be beautiful. And the world will follow you. So love again. Dream, smile. Be crazy, be attractive. Make sure your organization is sexy. And this year, alright, show the world that we are not just a network marketing organization. We are a force of change. That we are here to make a difference. I love you guys so much. Alright? And my journey is more exciting, more fun and more lovable because of you beautiful morons. Alright, so I'll see you somewhere around the world. So life is beautiful.
