Greetings to my unbelievable crazy V family around the world. First, before you jump to a conclusion, yes, I'm wearing the same T shirt as my last Wednesday message. It has a picture of a chief. Alright? A perfect T shirt for the chief. Don't worry, I washed it many times before using it. Today I decided to travel back from Dubai wearing this T shirt. I just had an unbelievable trip. I spent 12 days privately, one on one with Dato Sri Vijay and Japadas Bismarck. To get clarity, to get power, alright? To get passion to take you guys into 2016 and we're going to rule the freaking planet, guys, okay? And I spent a few days in Dubai with all my good friends and downlines amazing times in Dubai. And now I'm back home, all right? In my beautiful country Malaysia, in the home I built for my mother. And I'm sitting here conveying my Wednesday message. Now, every Wednesday, all right, I try to convey a message that can reach you, that helps you stay focused, that helps you stay on track, all right? To achieve your dreams, to reach that ultimate goal of max out, okay? To keep your team aligned, alive. But today's Wednesday message is a topic I spoke about in Dubai to many people. It's about staying switched on. Now this word is so widely used in the network today, alright? Are you switched on? Stay switched on. Don't switch off. Switch off, switch on, switch on, switch on, switch off, switch on. To the point people are going cuckoo about it. But let me explain what it means to me and what it should mean to you. Now ultimately it is human nature not to be consistent, alright? With our attitude, with our posture, the way we walk, the tone of our voice. We are like a bunny. You know, I always use this example of the energizer battery bunny. They used to have an advertisement on TV when I was a kid. One bunny with a cheap battery and one bunny with an energizer battery. And the bunny with the cheap battery slows down. And the energizer battery bunny never slows down. I need you guys to fix an energizer battery in your bodies, in your minds, in your hearts, all right? Because you don't understand the consequence or the meaning of switching off. Switching off doesn't mean you say I quit the business or I need a day off, alright? Or I need time to chill out and celebrate Christmas and New year and hold my mother in law's hand and sing Kumbaya. That's not switching off. I celebrate Christmas, I celebrate New Year, I celebrate every festive season. There is But I never, ever switch off. It is a state of mind. It is an attitude that I made a decision many years ago. I made a commitment to Dato Sri Vijay in Japa. A commitment to all of you that as your upline as chief, I will never, never, never switch off. Now. It doesn't mean I don't have a normal life. I have the most rock and rolling, unbelievable life on the planet. I spend time with the kids. I spend time with my friends. I chill out with my doggies at home. Alright? I don't drive my car as much because I like to be driven. But ultimately, guys, staying switched on is remembering always your purpose of existence. Now, before qnet, before the V, before you joined our family, your purpose of existence was to provide necessity for your family. Your purpose of existence was not to go broke. Your purpose of existence was to put food on the table and provide just enough. Your purpose of existence was to pay your bills and lead a mediocre, pathetic, loser life. Now, after joining us, we have awakened something inside of you. We have awakened the dream inside of you. And now your purpose is no longer mediocre. Your purpose is extraordinary. Your purpose is unbelievable. You. Your purpose is bigger than yourself. Your purpose are your dreams. And the dreams of the people who trust you, who belong to your organization. Now, when you find a purpose like that, you cannot afford to switch off. Because when you switch off, you destroy lives. When you switch off, you destroy the future of your organization. When you switch off, you destroy your reputation in your organization. When you switch off, you no longer are a consistent, reliable leader. And a leader must constantly be reliable. So I can be chilling with my buddies and I'm still switched on. This is still working. My fingers are on WhatsApp. I'm still recording videos even though I haven't slept for 48 hours. Because I know that I cannot afford to switch off. I choose not to switch off. Now. We are coming to the end of the year. The world is going to switch off. Guys. Christmas trees are popping up everywhere. People are going. Here's the season to be jolly. TRA la la la la la la la la Sing, but don't switch off. Exchange gifts, don't switch off. Wear a Santa Claus outfit and do presentacion, presentacion, presentacion. Alright, Have Christmas dinner, have. Have a New Year's party. But never, ever switch off. Alright?
