Here's a season to be jolly. TRA la la la la la la la la. Merry Christmas to my V family all over the freaking Christmas planet. As you can see, we have our very own tree in the V office and I'm wearing my Santa Claus hat and recording the Wednesday message. I just landed spending the weekend with J.R. meyer and his son Louis Iswren and his wife. Oh. Because Louis is my godson and JR always complains I don't spend enough time with him. So I thought, I'll make a trip to Bangkok, spend some time with a little, little cute baby. I think he saw his picture on Facebook. And I've been thinking today on the flight and reaching the office, meeting my amazing V family here, the corporate warriors who keep your dreams alive and thinking of the Wednesday message. And I always don't celebrate Christmas, but the past few years with the kids, they've been insisting that Uncle Padman, let's have a Christmas tree and put gifts because Christmas is about giving. And I wanted to convey my Wednesday message a bit differently. Alright. Firstly, guys, I think all of us have been through a tough journey in life. Whether you grew up poor, whether you struggle to get where you are in life before qnet and after qnet, and I believe that ultimately our dreams about buying cars and buying homes and flying first class, these are necessities. This is something every man, woman deserves. You deserve the right to live the life you dream about. It's a right. You're not begging, you're not being greedy, you're being real. Because I believe that God created, created all of us equal with the equal ability to perform unbelievable stuff, to do great things, to achieve greatness. And I believe that coming closer to Christmas, instead of focusing only on ourselves, it's time to talk about giving back. Because if you realize when you wrote your dream list the first time, when you watched the eight basic building blocks and I spoke about dreams as basic building block number one, my dream, as I always say on stage or anywhere I go, my dream was a car, was a nice watch, was a big house, was living the life you understand. But deep down inside my heart, my strongest dream, my most powerful dream was, was giving back to my mother. Because in our journey of life, our parents, our family and today your spouse, your children, they give so much, they carry you on their shoulders to make it possible for you to do this business every day, for you to go out and do presentation, for you to go for trainings, go to Vcon. There's a whole support structure that makes it Possible for you to be a great networker that I am chief today, alright? I'm financially free and I'm your upline. But it's not possible without the people around me. There are so many people who make my journey meaningful, who make my journey possible. From Dato, Sri, Vijay and Japa, our founders, my uplines, my older brothers, to my mother, to my two brothers, Kuna and Sati, to my nieces, to everyone in my family who carried me on their shoulders. And when I achieved a certain level of financial freedom 10 years ago, 13 years ago, the greatest thing was not only buying the Rolex or buying the BMW or the Ferrari or whatever you want to buy, but it was about being able to give back to these people. So the reason why I took Christmas seriously, because it's my chance to buy some amazing gifts. To fulfill small dreams in people's lives who matter to me. Because today maybe a Bugatti Veron will get me excited, alright? But to somebody else, a small gift given from your heart means a lot. And I believe the power of network marketing is not only for you to build your dreams, not only for you to make your dreams a reality. That's important. Be a warrior about it. Be crazy, alright? Dream big and dream bigger. Never be satisfied. But in the process of achieving your dreams, why I love network marketing, why I love Datu, Sri and Japa for starting this organization. Because on your journey to your dreams, you help hundreds, thousands, millions of people achieve their dreams. And you can contribute directly or indirectly to that. Like I make it an effort every Wednesday without fail. Whether I'm sleepy, tired, sick, half dead, alright? Or don't know what to say to come and sit in front of this camera and speak to you. Because this is my small gift to you, alright? I can't find 12 million people and give them small gifts. I know you would like that. But this is my gift. I want you to recognize one thing. That your journey in QNET has to have a deeper meaning. It has to have a more powerful meaning than just money and material wealth. There must be a deeper purpose that you want to give back to your parents. Because ask yourself, alright? All of you are brought up by great parents, okay? And you have no idea the sacrifices your parents did for you to even get an education, for you to even get a job or have a roof over your head, that they made great sacrifices. But today, without qnet, what can you give them? You can't even send back money to them every month because your salaries in your job is not even enough. To pay your bills. But thanks to Datu, Sri and Japa, it is possible today. And I hear so many stories from you guys. So many WhatsApp that my dream came true today, chief. I sent my parents on a trip, business class. And they stayed in a five star hotel. Some of our parents haven't been on a plane, alright? And putting them in business class at their age is what they deserve. Or even first class. And they will tell you I don't want anything. I'm satisfied. I'm so happy to see you successful. That's total bull, sugar. Everyone has dreams. And if you poke them enough, your mom and dad, your wife, your husband, your kids, your grandparents will tell you their dreams. And the reason why I sit here after 18 years as your Santa Claus, alright? Because I not only believe in the power of network marketing, I don't only believe that we make a difference in people's lives, but we make dreams come true. That this journey is much more than that. That it's possible to make a difference in hundred thousands of people's lives if you choose to. And sometimes when you get tired, sometimes when you get rejected, sometimes when nothing goes your way, remind yourself of the people who brought you here. And now it's your time to take them to their dreams. That they carried you on their shoulder to reach where you are today. And now it's time for you to carry them on your shoulder so they can reach up and grab whatever dream they want. And this is the beauty of network marketing. This is the beauty of qnet and the V and what Datusri, Vijay and Japa have created. We are not just a network marketing organization, alright? We are a life changing force, okay? That I appreciate all your love and all your accolades and people call me chief and all that. But you know what I'm really proud of? Is when you send me a picture of you and your kids on a holiday. When you send me a picture of you buying your dream car or send me a picture of you moving into your dream house or inviting me to your dream house and your mom cooking food for me, that is fulfillment for me today. But for you to get there, for you to reach max out. Because you cannot fulfill other people's dreams with no money. Remember that. Alright? For you to reach max out, you need to stay focused guys. As we come to Christmas and New year, the world is going to switch off. The world is going to try to distract you, alright? There's going to be parties, Christmas celebration, holding hands, singing Kumbaya. You can't afford to do this, you got to stay focused. You got to stay focused on your dreams. Because your dreams make it possible for others dreams to come true. So it's no longer about you. So this Christmas, I want you to erase the selfishness in us. That all of us are selfish to a certain extent. Alright? I want you to erase the word selfish and focus on the word selfless. You guys have made money. You are in the process of making money. Give gifts to people. Make this Christmas week about giving, giving back. Alright? And go to your parents and ask them what's your dream? If time and money is not a problem, what would you want? Where would you want to go? What would you want to buy? And force them to give the truthful answer. So on this Christmas week I'm sitting here as your chief and I cannot wrap up gifts and give 12 million people. The only gift I can give you is this, right? The only thing I can give you is me. My heart, my loyalty, my dedication, my belief in you. That I will never let you down. Your dreams are today more important to me than my own dreams. And my gift to you on this Christmas day is my commitment that I will not stop, I will not slow down, I will not get distracted, I will not sleep. I'm not getting married. Okay. Until your dreams become a reality, guys. So I just want to wish you a merry Christmas and remind you not to switch off, to stay switched on. And remember the magic. Remember the beauty of life. Remind yourself of all the people to help you get here and get them something small. No matter how old you are, how rich you are, when you get a small thing wrapped up, I get small gifts sometimes wrapped up from all of you, my staff, my family and I still like a little kid opening it up. Today somebody just gave me a whole set of minions, my favorite character on the planet. So Merry Christmas, God bless you, your family, your team and let's make the last two weeks of 2015 the best weeks QNET has ever seen. The best week you have ever seen. Let's raise the bibi.
