Hattaiwat Pusanti delivers "Chief’s Wednesday Message 141" from Koh Samui (Prana Hotel & Resort), urging QNET/V members to prioritize consistency in network marketing. He outlines four practical rules: never be alone (stay with your team), set crystal-clear weekly goals and share them with uplines for accountability, be a hands-on working upline (visible and involved), and lead by example ('monkey see, monkey do'). The message frames 2016 as a year to maintain steady global performance without dips.

Greetings to my unbelievable V family all over the world. I'm sure you guys are wondering where I am because I've been changing my Wednesday message location over the past few weeks. Well, great news. Right now I'm in the beautiful island or on the beautiful island of Koh Samui, Thailand in our very own Prana Hotel and Resort property. As you know, this is our feather in our cap, jewel in our crown. The Prana Resort in Koh Samui is one of the most beautiful properties with QVI and Q lifestyle. And I'm here doing a two day training with a group of unbelievable dedicated leaders from India. And I'm sitting right now right next to the beach. This is the life of financial freedom. I know you guys are extremely jealous, especially those of you in the cold countries suffering below zero temperatures. I'm here under the beautiful sun and by the beach of Koh Samui. Now guys, this week, Wednesday, I've been thinking a lot about the key message that Datto Sri Vijay instilled in me over the past 18 years. And he always told me, pakman, it's easy to motivate a networker. It's easy to switch on a networker, alright? When you go for events, when there's an unbelievable promo from QNET and the V, or when you attend VCon ISV or one of your own system events, you get switched on very easily. Because human nature is to get very quickly motivated and get very quickly switched on to do a certain task or an action. But Dato Sri told me, Padman, the greatest challenge you will face building this organization for the next 50 years is keeping your organization consistently switched on. That I believe one of the biggest weaknesses in a network marketing organization is the lack of consistency. Again, it comes back to human nature, all right? We are inherent inherently, we are lazy by nature. You naturally want to switch off, alright? I know even if you get motivated by your commission or achieving a rank in Q10. But after that, I have observed that most people taper down the level of energy, passion and activity. And over the years I've been trying to understand how to fight this, how to fight the fact that our network does not remain consistent. So this week my message to you on the Wednesday message is for you to stay consistent. Now I have a few answers or secrets on how I stay consistent, alright? Firstly, I have realized that it's easier to switch off when you are alone, alright? So if you know me and you know my lifestyle for the past 18 years, I am never alone. The only alone time I have is when I'm in the bathroom also depends. Sometimes I have meetings in the bathroom, alright? With my, with my main core inner circle. Only the guys, ladies. So don't get too excited, alright? But the fact is that I'm never alone. Because I realize even me as chief as your upline, alright? If I'm alone for more than 12, 13 hours, the human natural tendency of getting lazier and sitting on the sofa and just watching TV and doing nothing starts to creep in. So first rule of being consistent is never allow yourself to be alone. Now being with your mother in law who's not your downline or being with the kids does not qualify as being with people. I'm talking about being with your team, maybe your uplines or your downlines, alright? Now if you are traveling and you're building a new organization in a new city, a new country, don't do the presentation and go back to your room and sing Kumbaya on your own, alright? Make sure you have coffee with the leaders. With the new signups until 2, 3 in the morning. Create the paradigm shift that our business is about. The power of association. So that's my first secret of staying consistent. That I'm always with my people. I always try my best to squeeze in any chance I get to be with my uplines. Dato Sri Vijay and Japaras Bismarck. Because being with your downlines is a different switch on than being with your uplines. It's a whole new level of being switched on, alright? So that's my first secret. My second secret is having a crystal clear goal to achieve. Whether it's your weekly commission check whether it's the number of direct referrals you want to achieve this week. Whether it's fine too. Whether it's how many people in your organization who are earning consistent step commission, whatever that weekly goal is, it must be crystal clear. Because I realize when I have a crystal clear goal to achieve every Friday, alright? That week, it doesn't allow me to switch off, alright? Because by nature you are goal orientated. That's why you became a networker. By nature you are a go getter. You are basically a maniac who will not sleep, eat or get married until you achieve your goal. However, the goal is useless if it's only a secret between you and yourself, alright? That's called a scam where you create the goal for yourself and you only tell yourself about about the goal. That means there is no external pressure to make sure you achieve the goal. So whatever goal I have every week, I make sure I Share it with Datu Sri Vijay and he monitors my goal as my upline. So by Friday midnight when I send him my goal, and my goal is bigger than yours, my goal is Global bb. Alright. Global rsp, Global Rank, Global Step Commission, Global Diamonds, Global Global, Global Global. Alright, so it's a responsibility, but I'm loving it. And what I do is I basically share it with him and he monitors it with me. And by Friday midnight, I know I'm gonna get a good call or a hammering call for my upline Datu. Sweet. The good call is five seconds. Congratulations. Great job. That's it. The hammering call doesn't last for one hour. It lasts for a few days. All right, When I don't achieve my goals. But that's so important. So by the fact that I have a goal which is being monitored by my upline, who I respect unconditionally, it forces me for that seven days not to switch off. To be consistent. This is fundamentally important. To be consistent is the key because 2016 has started and all of you started 2016 with a lot of excitement, a lot of plans. Your uplines came to ice, they came back, charge you up 52 week planner excitement, this, that, new markets, everything. But how do you stay consistent? So first rule, never be alone. Network marketing is not about being alone. It's about constantly being with your people. All right, Number two, make sure you have a crystal clear goal for every seven days of your existence in 2016, which is shared, monitored and surrendered to your working unbelievable uplines that you have now. The third key of being successfully consistent in network marketing is for you to effectively manage your organization. That means you cannot just be an upline who is sitting on a big chair like a throne and everyone comes and pays respect and you only hold the mic and speak once or twice a day. Now, there are many uplines around the world today like that. These are morons. These are morons who feel being an upline means not getting involved. Now, I'm a working upline to the world. I am your working upline. I'm involved in every organization, every event, everything that goes on around the world that keeps me switched on and most importantly, keeps me connected to what's going on in the organization on a daily basis. Because if you are one of those iconic, distant uplines, you will not know what's going on. You will not know how to even speak to your downlines because the language is different. You are out of touch. So to stay consistent, you must be managing your group hands on, you must be A speaker at the systems. You must be organizing the systems. You must be involved in their vsells. You must be involved in everything that is going on. You must be present, visible, involved, noisy, alright? Okay. And most importantly, you must be a working upline. All right? So whoever you are, whether you've been in the business for 10 years, 12 years, 8 years, 18 years, whether you are maxing out, I don't care, you are still a working upline. The key is for you to be a working upline. Working uplines carry a lot of responsibility. Working uplines monitor the organization consistently. A working upline, alright, has no choice but to stay switched on. A working upline means he's reachable, contactable and constantly there for the organization, alright? Now, fourthly, how to stay switched on. My final advice to you is my mantra, my philosophy of life. Manki si monkey do. All right? That means whatever you implement in your organization, whatever system, whatever goal, whether it's a direct referral campaign, whether it's a step commission campaign, whether it's a max out campaign, whether it's a fine two campaign, whether it's a financial freedom campaign, you do it. Just don't say it that monkey see, monkey do. All right? That means if you are telling your downlines to find two this week like I'm telling you, I'm gonna find two, I'm almost there. Actually I already have two, I just haven't signed them up. Alright? So the key is to constantly lead by example. Because when you tell your downline to do something, it doesn't stop there. You also have to do what you told them to do. Now this keeps anyone consistent. So the mistake a lot of uplines are doing right now, they are giving instructions to the organization, but they are not implementing it in their own lives. Therefore it makes them into a corporate manager whereby they give instructions, they switch off, go home, sing Kumbaya. But in network marketing that doesn't work. Leadership is by example. Monkey see, monkey do. So whatever you tell your downlines to do, you must do it. Two reasons. Number one, they respect you more and they will follow you. Number two, it gives you a clear understanding of the challenges they are going through to achieve the goals that you have set out. That gives relatability, you can connect to them more effectively and guide them more effectively. So remember these four key points of you staying switched on. Now, the key of 2016 is to have clear goals that your organization must follow. And most importantly is for you to maintain your organization consistently. The key this year, my goal as I promised Dato, Sri, Mijay and Japa is that I will keep the organization globally consistent. Alright? That we don't have dips, we will have spikes but we will stay consistent the whole year. This year is our message to the world that we will prove them wrong. We will prove everyone that we can and will be the most powerful, most unbelievable network marketing organization the world has ever seen. So to my V family all around the world, the key to ultimate success in qnet is consistency.
