No more fear 2020 v family, this is your chief with the coolest T shirt ever, which represents the V nation. And my moustache. All right, back into warrior mode. So this year is no More Fear. We are warriors. And guys, I'm here at the Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur, ready to welcome 100 of the top networkers V ambassadors, your uplines for our annual gathering with our great founders Datosri Vijay and Japadas Bismarck, called the ICE summit. All right. And ICE is basically the inner circle elite of Dato Sri Vijay. We are gathering to set the tone, to set the mode, to raise the bar higher, to instill the energy that is going to carry us in 2020. With one vision. It is our year. And as you know, I created the mantra of no more fear. And I'll be launching a module sometime end of this month for you to truly understand why I chose these three words of no more fear. So this year, and I'm starting with this Wednesday message, and I just finished talking to a group of leaders from around the world. I just finished talking to Arun, Adli, Sati, David, Dave. All right, the vpics about what this year is about. Now, over the years, I've spoken to you about your attitude, what you need to do. All right? Presentacion. Presentacion. Presentacion. Max out. And I also talked about your uplines, your downlines, the system, the V as your grand upline. Dato Sri Vijay, the greatest mentor you could ever wish for. But more importantly, my message, this Wednesday is about you. See, ultimately, you're on this journey. It is your journey. It is not mine. It is not datus 3 Vijay's. It is not even your upline's journey. Because we can help you. We can hold your hand, we can inspire you. But we cannot max out for you. We cannot make your dreams a reality for you. This is your journey. It's personal. It's your choice. It's your attitude. It's your commitment. It's the price you pay, which I cannot pay for you. As Datu Sri Vijay told me many years ago, you can help somebody, but you cannot eat for them. Alright. You cannot make them realize their limitless potential. That's a choice they have to make. And I remember these 10 words. And each word, alright, is two alphabets. And it's simple. I want you to write it down somewhere. I know I Keep telling you to write things on your mirror so your mirror would be crowded. Find a little space somewhere there. If it is to be, it is up to me. If it is to be, it is up to me. This is my message, this Wednesday message. You have to realize one thing. Throughout our journey of life, most of the greatest things you have achieved was purely a decision you made here, that you decided that you have to do it. You decided there was no longer a choice that is inevitable, that is a necessity for you to achieve a certain goal, greatness. Whether it was your high school exams, your university exams, whether it was the girl or boy you you fell in love with, whether it was migrating to another country, buying your first motorbike or car, you made that decision and you stuck to that decision. You never backed down. There were thousands of excuses that you could have given not to achieve that goal, but you ignored them. You erased them from your mindset. But today on this journey of qnet, it's shrouded by excuses. Excuses you don't say, but it exists here. Excuses that slow you down, excuses that distract you. And it almost reaches a point and listen very carefully and you know this is the truth. It almost reaches a point where you look for an excuse to justify your lack of success, your lack of achieving a goal that you have set out to achieve that week, that month, that year that you create an excuse to justify failure, to justify lack of success. So when I say no more fear, I also want to say no more excuses. That is your decision. And I always keep telling you we make decisions very easily. Every year, every month, sometimes you get up in the morning and say, today is going to be a productive day. Today I'm going to do presentation. Now making a decision can be made by any moron on the planet. I remember Dato Sri told me, padman, people make decisions every minute, every second of the day. The true essence of leadership, the true essence of success, the true essence of becoming a max out king or queen, a V partner one day, inshallah, is how you sustain that decision. That's the painful part that everyone avoids that. You think by making a decision your job is done and now everything is going to fall in place. That is absolute bull sugar. Any moron can make a decision. What differentiates the max out kings and queens and those struggling to earn one cheque a week is the fact that they sustained that decision. They stick to that decision. They lift that decision every minute, every hour, every day. They don't back down, no matter how great the challenge is. No Matter how easy it is to find an excuse, how easy it is to create an excuse, they never back down from that decision. So today I'm telling you, on this Wednesday message, make a decision. Alright? Congratulations. I'll clap for you now. I will really clap when you sustain that decision without backing down. Where you sustain the decision when the pain reaches the highest threshold. When you come home and shed tears because you haven't slept for days, that you have to face 10, 20, 30 rejections, when your closest people laugh at you, alright? When you're almost reaching that goal and you miss it by one UV or two UVs and you don't give up, you don't quit, you don't back down and you accept that failure for that week, re instill that decision in your mind and go on to the next week with ferociousness, with warriorness. All right? With no more fear. And this has nothing to do with your upline, with the company, with the organization. It. It has nothing to do with your family, doesn't have anything to do with your downlines. This is you. And I told you on my first Wednesday message this year. You need to define yourself this year. So no more can you be a coward. No more can you look for excuses, find excuses, create excuses. But you will make a decision. You will stick to that decision. You will pay the price, no matter how painful it is. And at any cost until you achieve that goal. Now you must understand one thing. And I repeated this in many Wednesday messages. This is you.

That the only Person who can decide who Patman Senati Raja becomes next week, next month, next year is Padman Senati Raja. And people like Datu Sri Vijay, Jaapadas Bismarck, our great founders, they just keep me on that track, on that track. Because our journey to max out, our journey to self realization and greatness is a track. Imagine it's a railway track. Imagine it's a straight road. What happens is we deviate, we fall off the train, we get distracted, we slow down, we stop, we introspect, we analyze, we blame. So this year 2020, there's nobody to blame except yourself. If your cheque is 250, it's your fault. If your cheque is 25,000, it's also because of you. Now, you may have great uplines, you may have belonged to the greatest organization called the V Family. But ultimately your success is yours. I can celebrate your success with you, but it belongs to you. And if you decide that 2020 is the year that you are going to change, is the year that you're going to rise, is the year of no more fear, then if there's one thing you need to recognize, you are the answer. You have the answer. So don't go around looking for people to help rationalize your way of life. The only way to live is to recognize the fact that you are in control, that this is your time. Right?
