I hope last week was a fantastic week for all of you. I hope all of you are packing your bags and already excited about Vcon Because I still remember when I was a kid and my mom said we are going to the beach the next day or next week. I couldn't sleep for one week. I'll pack my bags, I will dream about the beach, I will dream about playing in the ocean or I'll dream about everything of that trip. Now Vcon should be that childhood dream trip that you have. Because VCON is going to be 10 million times better than any vacation, any holiday, any trip you have ever made in your life. Because Vcon is where you will find your dream. VCON is where you find your answers. VCON is where we unlock ourselves and unleash our limitless potential, guys. All right? So I want to see all of you at Vcon. No excuses, all right? Sell your tv, sell anything. All right? Quit your job, do whatever it takes but be there at Vcon because you will be able to see the great ones. All right? I know my Wednesday messages have so many different feelings and messages, alright? And I hope you know that I have never prepared in my life. I sit down here and I say what I feel, alright? That's why I tell all the uplines, don't give me the microphone and put me on stage. You are taking a big risk, alright? Because I say what I feel. And today I want to talk about building an organization. Now each one of you, whether you are brand new, watching this and just Starting your journey to build an organization. Or those of you all who are midway or already huge organizations, ultimately every organization is built based on one principle, our core DNA. That is raise yourself to help mankind. And a lot of people have forgotten to talk about rhythm, alright? And I'm equally guilty I don't talk about rhythm enough. But rhythm is not a tagline. Rhythm is not a marketing slogan that Dato, Sri Vijay and japa created in 1998. It is the DNA of this organization. It is the DNA of who we are and the DNA that kept us alive, kicking and rocking for 22 years. That is raise yourself to help mankind. Now, this is not a charity statement. This is a business statement. This is a network marketing statement. From the day you sign up, you got to first raise yourself. You got to raise yourself to the point that you have the ability to build an organization. And don't get me wrong, it doesn't take you six months to raise yourself. So don't say, okay, I'm going to raise myself for six months, then I'm going to start building my organization. Don't be a moron, okay? Raising yourself is having that click that paradigm shifts happen, which can happen in two hours. One hour to me, one hour with Dato. All right? Sri Vijay raised myself to a whole new level. The clicks, the realization, the unleashing of my potential is just magical, all right? And the next day I go and talk to my organization. The next day I do a presentation. Boom. It's a different Batman, you know, It's a different energy, It's a different power that comes from just being with your uplines mentor, watching videos, learning and growing. All right? And you need to start building your organization fast. Now a lot of people say fast is slow, slow is fast. I disagree. I say fast is fast. All right? Fast is fast. Because the faster you build your organization and the faster you raise your results and raise your commission, you have a standing to talk to people. You have something to show people. You can tell people, guys, I signed up on Sunday and by Wednesday I earned my first cheque. By Friday I earned my second cheque. And this week I earned four steps or 10 steps. What can be more powerful than that? Any training you do fails in comparison of you raising your results. Because results speak louder than anything else. Your commission check speaks louder than anything else. I'm telling you this and a lot of people say, chief, but what if I don't have a commission? Why not? If you truly understand the principle of network marketing, you sign up, you activate in 48 hours. And if you are a 3000BV organization, you immediately end your first step. If you are 5000BV, you immediately earn your first step. If you are 7000BV, you earn two steps in 48 hours. And the reason why this is important and people don't understand it is not only to show your downline, but it is also to prove to yourself. Because you have just started a journey of entrepreneurship, your belief is not solid yet. You are first time networkers, first time entrepreneurs. All right? When you signed up, a lot of people told you it's not gonna work. You're wasting your money. Oh my God. This doesn't work. It's a scam. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. What is the best way to shut everyone up? Not to tell them, oh, we are sponsors of man city. We are 22 years old. Show them your commission. That I've been here for 48 hours and I've earned US$250 or US$500. Nothing is more powerful than that to shut people up. Now the mistake a lot of people make is they come into network marketing, they love everything about it. They love everything. But no one talks about the speed of results. So let me tell you now, all right? You should achieve your first step in 48 hours. Your first commission on must happen in 48 hours. I had a philosophy called Act 48, all right? And Act 48, all right, applies for 3,000 bv. Immediately you get a commission. If you're promoting 1,000 bv, then it takes you technically, all right, two days, okay? To achieve. I know, 48. 48, 40, 40, 96 hours, all right? To achieve your first commission, that means within your first week of signing up, you should already see results. You should already see commission. This must be the mantra. This must be the culture of your organization. So don't talk about the cow, the goat, the moon, the sun, the stars, and not talk about the results, the commission.
