Hattaiwat Pusanti (the "chief") delivers a motivational YouTube message centered on the importance of loyalty—especially within network marketing and the QNET/V community. He describes loyalty as a defining personal value (not merely a transactional response), credits his mentor(s) Dato Sri Vijay and Japadas Bismar for exemplifying loyalty over his 22-year career, and argues that true loyalty is revealed during hard times (market drops, negative media, reduced earnings). He warns that loyalty demanded from leaders is ineffective—loyalty must be earned through consistent support and sacrifice—and challenges viewers to examine their own loyalty. He closes by expressing his wish to be remembered foremost for loyalty rather than accolades.

Greetings to my unbelievable V family all over the world. This is your chief. Super excited to make this Wednesday message. And today, while I was dressing up before leaving my house, I wanted to wear a T shirt that would represent my message to all of you today. And I chose a T shirt with the word loyalty on it. If you can read. Now, this word loyalty represents my relationship with so many people in my life. Especially with the founders Dato Sri Vijay and Japadas Bismar. But in network marketing, guys, and if you are new watching this video, don't panic. What is this loyalty concept? It's a concept you have to understand. It's a concept you have to embrace. It's a concept that defines you, not the relationship. It does not define the person you are loyal to. It defines who you are. And over 22 years, if there's one definition of Patman Senati Raja that I take very seriously is my loyalty to Dato Sri Vijay Shwaran. Is my loyalty to him as a person, My mentor, my older brother, my upline. Now, this is the toughest and most difficult thing to talk about in network marketing. And today in QNET and the V, less and less people talk about this thing called loyalty, alright? Because the world today has stopped talking about it. If you look at how society has changed and evolved, this word doesn't mean anything anymore. But I grew up with this word being a core value system in my heart, alright? In my soul of my existence. It was instilled in me every single day by my mother, God bless her soul, where she told me what defines a man is his loyalty to the people who come into his life. Now, the definition of loyalty applies much more to network marketing than you realize. Because network marketing or our business is constantly projected as a business of maxing out and making money and financial freedom, alright? And I agree with it completely. But what you fail to see that one of the key components of achieving max out a key component or factor of achieving financial freedom or making your dreams become a reality. Yes. Presentacion. Presentacion. Presentacion. Yes. Find your dream. Be a warrior, alright? But one component which is irreplaceable, which should be amplified express aggressively in your messaging to your team is loyalty. Because the only way that you can achieve great success in qnet is if you have loyal downlines. It's only possible if you are loyal to your uplines. If you are loyal to the philosophy of Dato Sri Vijay of rhythm, if you are loyal not to the name or the building or the complaint or the product that does not Reflect loyalty. Loyalty is about what is in your heart. And loyalty is only shown not during good times. Because I have realized throughout my journey of life when times are good, everyone is loyal, alright? Anyone will be your best friend. They are earning money, they are maxing out and they say I love you chief. I love you Datu Sri Vijay. I love you Japa. But I have come to learn 22 years on this journey through loyalty can only be seen when times are difficult. When people's checks drop, when that market goes through a challenge, when there is negative media. I appreciate that moment. Because then I truly know who is loyal to Datto Srivijay. That is the only time that loyalty can be measured. The mistake you will make if you are starting your journey with qnet, the mistake you will make throughout your journey of QNET is when you see loyalty during good times. And that loyalty means, Jack, it doesn't mean anything. That loyalty is not a true reflection of that person. The only time you will see loyalty is through great challenges. And I always tell you on my Wednesday messages that the master plan has no flaws. When there's a challenge then you will know whether that person's loyalty was because of money, was because of recognition, was because of benefit that you provide to that person or was his loyalty is his loyalty or her loyalty real? And real loyalty can only be seen during challenging times. And I was taught by my mentor Datu Sri Vijay that loyalty has nothing to do with that other person, alright? It has nothing to do with that relationship. Oh. Husband and wife through better or worse death tillers path. But there's still divorce in the world. Royalty is not defined by that relationship, who the other person is. Loyalty is who you are. Loyalty is your DNA, your character, your integrity. Who you are is shown on how loyal you are. So I want to be remembered, all right? Throughout my journey and one day when God invites me home, all right? I want to be remembered not as the max out chief, as a millionaire, all right? Of this great guy on stage. These recognitions mean anything to me. But the day I'm no longer around, I hope people tell my children that your father was a great loyal man, alright? That loyalty was his greatest strength. That loyalty was in his blood. And that recognition to me is far more valuable than any accolades that anyone could give me. And today remembering my mom, remembering what she instilled in me, that loyalty is fundamentally important. And you have to ask yourself today, watching this Wednesday message, are you loyal? Are you a person who has loyalty inside of you, that it defines you that it's a non negotiable part of your character. Like I remember when my mother told me never to steal. And that was instilled in me every single day that I would not steal no matter what. No matter how hungry I get, no matter how desperate I am, I will not steal. I will find other ways of finding money. But thou will not steal. Thou shalt not steal. All right, that was instilled in me. But one thing we don't talk about enough in network marketing is a core value called loyalty. Now each one of you today, building your network, alright, your focus besides presentacion, besides helping that guy reach max out is to build a relationship that is based on this fundamental value that I'm proud to wear on my T shirt today that defines my relationship with Dato Sri Vijay. Defines me, defines him because he's a loyal man at every level of relationship that you cannot find greater loyalty than Dato Sri Vijay Ishwant Japadas Bismarck. Their partnership is based on loyalty. And loyalty is tested when you go through hard times. So if you are building an organization today and you are building relationships, it should be built on this philosophy of building loyalty, all right? That you have to get that loyalty from somebody towards you, towards that relationship, towards the vision, towards the goal that loyalty applies to everything in your life. And we don't talk about this enough through our downlines, to our children. But to build a relationship that is built on this foundation, strong foundation of loyalty, then that person must also feel your loyalty. The mistake a lot of people make, especially in network marketing, when they become leaders, when they become grand uplines, when they become success imagery, you understand they demand loyalty from everyone. And they say be loyal to me. I am your upline. That is bull sugar to the highest level. Because demanding people's loyalty can never work. You must earn it. You must earn it by your behavior, by your career, by your value system, by you being for them, being there for them during their toughest times, by you being a warrior, fighting their battles for them, standing in the front like Dato Sri Vijay has done for 22 years. And today, all of you watching this Wednesday message, let me ask you a question. Are you loyal? Are you loyal to us? Are you loyal to Datoslavij? Because I can tell you with my hand on my heart that Datu Srivijay is loyal to you. That he had made great sacrifices for your dreams to become a reality. He has paid the biggest price throughout his journey the past 22 years to express, to show, to display, to amplify his loyalty to you. He may not know you. He may never see you. You may never speak to him. But he is loyal to you. Now my question to you. Are you loyal to him? Are you loyal to his vision? What will it take for you to walk away? Everyone has a limit. And that limit defines your loyalty. Is it money? Is it your checks? Is it the challenges you face in your market? Is it the inefficiency of qnet? Is it your frustration with the company? Or the imagery of the company on Google? Where is your limit that you will walk away from? Your uplines, from your downlines, from the dreams that you have promised your family. Because that defines the strength of your loyalty. Now my limit is limitless when it comes to my loyalty to Datto Sri Vijay, to Japadas Bismarck, to the vision of this company, of changing lives and empowering entrepreneurs around the world. So today you have to ask yourself this question. You have to look within yourself like I did many times throughout my journey in these 22 years that one day when you are called home, how will you be remembered? You will not be remembered by your wealth only. Alright? You will be remembered by how loyal you are, how loyal you have been in your relationships with your husband, with your wife. Your loyalty to your parents. Your loyalty to this organization called the V, called QNET. The family of Dato Sri Vijay Ishwaran. Now, over 22 years, I have seen many people walk away because of fear, because of lack of success, because of frustration, because of their ego, because of anger, because of stupidity. And you know why I never stopped them? Because I knew if their loyalty had such a low limit, then I know that one day they're going to walk away. So let them walk away today. Why break my heart three years down the road? Break my heart today. So the strength of the we today is not our trainings, is not what we say. The strength of the we today is that our founders built it on one powerful foundation called loyalty. And loyalty does not define your relationships. Loyalty defines you. So I am telling you today, as your chief, as your upline, representing two great men who I am loyal to for life, regardless how challenging our journey becomes, that I am loyal to you, alright. And I pray and hope that you recognize the fact that your journey to max out, the fundamental ingredient, the fundamental aspect of your journey that defines your success is your loyalty to others. Your loyalty to the people around you. To your upline Sudatusvi Vijay. And if you build this DNA and talk about it without fear of repercussion, loyalty is the most important thing. Not only in our journey to max out, but our journey through life. And one day, pray. Pray hard that when people tell your children stories about you or when your children hear about you, that one word must always be attached to your name. That is loyalty. I love you guys. My loyal V family. Sam.
