Hattaiwat Pusanti (the “Chief”) delivers a Wednesday motivational message centered on gratitude, personal growth, and humility within the QNET network-marketing community. He reflects on a recent speech by Dato Sri Vijay about legacy, stresses that true legacy is lives changed (not merely wealth), warns against passive arrogance/ego, and urges viewers to actively thank the people who shaped their journey (parents, teachers, uplines, downlines, colleagues). Practical advice includes making a list of contributors, calling loved ones and mentors, and counting daily blessings to maintain a positive mindset.

Foreign. All over the world. This is once again the one and only, your chief, the most gorgeous upline you could ever have, with the exception of Dato SVJ and Japadas Bismarck. My unbelievable grand uplines. And guys, I hope you enjoyed the last Wednesday video where I brought back a throwback to one of the most important lessons I ever learned, which is empty your cup. And I hope by now there's enough understanding in your beautiful minds that you have to go to www.vtube.net and register so that you can watch the Wednesday message for longer than 24 hours or not. This video you're watching will be locked after 24 hours and all you have to do is register for free. All right? With vtube.net now, guys, I'm back in the office. The world is coming back to some level of normalization. There's traffic jams on the street. You guys are all like, you know, released from a cage after weeks or months, all right? And over the past two months, all right, operating at the intensity, which I'm so proud of all of you that you were able to adapt, adjust, accommodate, get on Zoom, use technology which I told you to continue doing. All right? Don't start something and stop, okay? The world is never going to be the same. But QNET is just going to keep growing and growing and growing. And today, from the time I woke up, I've been on non stop calls, attended a fantastic session where Dato Sri Vijay, our mentor, was speaking to the professors and deans of our very own, alright Qiu or Quest International University about the university being a legacy project. All right? And he spoke so powerfully about it that how our journey of life is about leaving a legacy behind. And I thought about it that whatever we do today in life, traditional businesses making money in any other method is never going to change many lives. That if you become a millionaire, alright, in traditional business, your family is going to benefit, your kids are going to throw your money on the wrong things. But I understood that the greatest legacy and thanks to Dato Sri Vijay that I have today is the organization, all of you guys, my downlines, that no matter what happens to me, if I am long gone, the vision of Datu Srivijay will continue. That the greatest legacy you can leave behind on this planet is ultimately the lives that you have changed. Okay? And this is very important for you to understand that I want you to max out. I want you to earn the biggest check this week, okay? But in the process of reaching max out, many of you have failed to understand that you have the power. You have the ability to empower others, to help others evolve, to help others grow. All right? And you grow yourself. And this is something that no other business concept in the world can give that. The beauty of network marketing is that financially you will grow. But it cannot happen without you growing, without you evolving, without you becoming a better you. And today on this video. All right. On my Wednesday message, after listening to Datusvi, especially today when he was speaking to Qiu, I want to talk to you about gratitude. I think throughout our journey of life, who you are today is defined by your experiences and by the people you come in contact with. Alright? Good or bad, doesn't matter that who you are today is built by the experiences and the people who come to your zone, your circle of influence, even for a short time or a very long time, okay? And we always think about our parents, the first people. And I am so grateful to my mother, God bless her soul for building me into who I am today. I'm so grateful to Datu Sri Vijay. But there are a lot of people throughout my journey, People I met on a plane, people I bumped into or shared an Uber car somewhere in my younger days, or shared a taxi in the younger days. And I think we as human beings have a very, very short memory. We tend to forget the people who got us here. It's easy to forget when you have reached your goal. It is easy to forget everyone who helped you on this journey, okay? Of life and especially your journey in qnet, especially when you become somebody. All right? Because when you achieve greatness in network marketing, when you make all the money, okay, and you are successful and edified, the greatest danger is this passive arrogance. You know, passive arrogance is not that you are. I am the greatest. That is aggressive arrogance. Passive arrogance is simply the fact that you convince yourself that you made it on your own. That you convince yourself it was you who got you there. And that arrogance is something you must avoid. And if you're already there, alright, kill that arrogance. Destroy that arrogance. Because the greatest enemy on your journey to max out, the greatest enemy, even right now, if you're watching this video and you're one day old in the business, your greatest enemy will not be Google Negative News. It will not be the authorities. It will not be rejection. It will not be your downlines quitting. It will not be anything. Your greatest enemy will be yourself. All right? You are your greatest enemy. And today, talking about gratitude, I want you, right after this video, to remember, sit down quietly on your Own. Think back to your journey of life and ask yourself who are the ones who were there for you? Who stood by you? Who gave you knowledge? Who gave you a small piece of advice that defined your success today in qnet? Who was there? Who never gave up on you when you gave up on yourself? Who stood by you during your darkest hour throughout your journey of life? Who taught you the basics in life? Whether it's a school teacher, whether it's your mom, dad, brother, next door neighbour, an uncle who used to sit down in Diwali or Christmas or Eid or Chinese New Year and gave you one minute of wisdom, alright? That you applied and evolved as an individual. Don't waste time, do it now, right after this Wednesday message. Because there are a lot of people who were part of making you who you are today. That all the good in you was not something you created. It was the contribution of love dedication of many people who saw your potential before you saw your own potential, before you realize your own potential. And sometimes you forget these people. Sometimes you don't remember them because you already made it or you think you made it on your own. There is no such thing. So I want you to put a list together today of everyone that made a positive impact in your life. And don't be fooled. It may not be somebody you love. It could have been the teacher you hated because the teacher caned the crap out of you to make sure you don't make a mistake in the exam, alright? It could be a friend who is no longer your friend, alright? But during even your worst time in animosity, even your enemy can teach you something. As Datto Sriviji has reminded me so many times. So this Wednesday message is about gratitude. That we complain we couldn't leave our house but we fail to be grateful that we are alive, that our family is safe. That we complain that oh this virus and this pandemic. But we cannot lose the ability to count our blessings. See, somebody asked me, chief, why are you always happy? And I am always happy. At home, alone, in the bathroom, wherever I am, I am always happy. This is not an act. I am not faking it. Because I learned from young that the ultimate choice you have in life is to complain about everything or choose to count your blessings. And I choose to ignore the things that cause me stress. I choose to ignore the things that cause me unhappiness. But instead I shift my focus to the blessings I have in my life, however small. I will count on it or I will count it. So my whole day just as some negativity, just as some unhappiness is starting to creep into my mind, I immediately count my blessing. Whether it's a nice lunch, whether it's a message of love from one of you guys, whether it's an inspiring session and listening to Dato Sri Vijay. I count my blessing that I'm alive, alright? I count my blessing that my doggies love me. You understand Not. I count my blessing in every aspect and that's a choice you have to make. But the greatest blessings I count are the people who came into my life throughout my journey. And today is about gratefulness. So if you are earning a big cheque, be grateful to your downlines. Because without them there is no check. If you survive a crisis, be grateful to your uplines. Those who stood by you and never gave up on you and fought by your side as warriors. Be grateful to that person who presented QNET to you. Even if they are switched off and no longer around, find them, send a message and say thank you. Alright? For putting me on your name list. Because if they did not do the presentation, you may not be in this great journey with the greatest family, with the greatest uplines. Dato Sri Vijay and Japadas Bismarck. Alright? So today is about gratefulness. Don't take your parents for granted. Alright? Pick up the bloody phone. If you got time to watch a funny video on your mobile phone, you got time to call Amma or Papa, mom or dad and just tell them I love you. Tell them thank you for bringing me up. Thank you for the sacrifices you made. Because one day they may not be around and you will regret it. I know. Alright, be grateful to every teacher who ever taught you. Find them on Facebook. And if you are a great success today in qnet, all right, tell them how proud they should be of you and that you applied whatever basic teaching they gave you that formed you into who you are today. Pick up the phone and say thank you to your downline. Because what they do every day contributes to your financial freedom today or your financial freedom in the future. Alright? Pick up the phone, call all your uplines today. Send them a message. Because they are wisdom, all right? Their system, their DNA that started from Datto 3 trickled down into you that is making you into a great networker today. All right? Say thank you to your wife, your husband, all right? For tolerating the lifestyle of a networker. Hug your kids tonight extra tight and tell them how much you love them. Tell them 50 times, I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. Because this is something every adult today wanted to hear throughout their childhood. And maybe the culture of our parents were different back then. But you are a new generation. So show your love to your kids today and say thank you for being understanding and great kids. Right? Say thank you to your driver, the watchman downstairs. Say thank you to your maid. Because they dedicated their life even though they are being paid, but they served you. And as Dattu Sri Vijay says, service is service. So this Wednesday message is to remind all of you that remove the arrogance. Be grateful for everyone who has come into your life. And don't be grateful. Secretly express say will make their day. Even your mom and dad. Even your wife or husband, brother or sister. Alright, this week is about gratefulness. And remember that if you want to go through this journey with a smile on your face every day, from the time you wake up till you go to sleep, count your blessings. Ignore the bullshit. Count your blessings. And I promise you, your aura will change, your energy will change. You will smile sincerely. You will inspire everyone around you. They may think you are crazy, but ignore them. Count your blessings. Be grateful for everyone who has been part of your journey. And remember this. You have only one enemy on your journey. One enemy. Only one enemy can stop you from max out. That is your own ego. Your own arrogance. And if today you want to kill something, kill that ego. Kill that arrogance. And as chief, I want to tell you all my downlines around the world. Thank you. Because I am who I am today. Because of each one of you. Your belief in me, your loyalty to Dato Sri Vijay and Japadas Bismarck and what you do every day, I am ever grateful from the bottom of my heart to each one of you. Thank.
