And Thursday and Friday is coming just over the horizon and you need to pick up the speed, focus on your tat, get the BVs in. Remember your goals not only for week 29 but your total goal for the year 2020 which you have divided into 52 weeks. I hope you still have that piece of paper which I guided you on. Week number one. Guys, week 29 is super exciting. I'm recording this message on Tuesday night in the office after spending two hours listening to the great one, the one and only Dato Sri Vijay where he addressed all the participants of Zone. And it was such an amazing, amazing session. And especially when he spoke about loyalty, which I believe is one of the greatest strengths that exists in qnet and the V that doesn't exist in any other network marketing company. So to all of you watching my Wednesday message right now, I just want to say thank you. And I never say this enough because I rush into, you know, my Wednesday message. But today on this Wednesday message, wherever you are, whoever you are watching this Wednesday message, I want to say thank you for your loyalty to Datto Sri Vijay. And many a times a lot of.

People start this journey and they understand network marketing. Because today this industry is so well known, good or bad, alright? There's so much news about network marketing. And do you realize that when you are a networker, you gravitate towards reading stuff about network marketing online. You gravitate towards watching videos on YouTube, alright? About the industry, about success stories and.

All that is okay.

But ultimately I want to talk about you now. You started this journey, okay? And everyone's journey is different. That is the first thing I want you to realize right now, that as.

Much as your uplines, as much as.

Me, Datosri, Vijay, Japa, the great ones, alright? Try our best through videos, through trainings to define what to expect on your journey. I have realized after 22 years of building this global organization for my founders that no two people have an identical journey in network marketing.

And no matter how much you go through, no matter how much training, no.

Matter how much videos you experience, it.

Will never prepare you for what that.

Possibly could you experience on this journey.

It cannot prepare you for the negative so called impacts of this journey. But it also does not prepare you.

For the positive impacts of this journey.

So today I want you to embrace.

This journey because I think predicting what.

Is going to happen, anticipating what is.

Going to happen leads to frustration. I believe that the journey of network.

Marketing starts with your desire to want to do it and not want to.

Do it in a way that is.

So specific that it is part of your life. And the first rule is embrace it. That this is what you're doing right now. That what you were doing last year doesn't matter what you're doing before qnet is now your past, but this is what you're doing.

You have decided which I hope you're watching this video. Whether you are brand new or many years in the business, you still need.

To make that ultimate decision that you are a networker, that this is your business. All right? That you ventured into this industry, you.

Chose the greatest company and this is.

Day three or four where I tell.

People that that's the first paradigm shift that you must experience, that this is what you want to do, all right? And it cannot have Conditions attached to it. And the biggest mistake people make when they start this business or they continue.

Their journey is there are so many.

Conditions that I will love networking only.

If I find two in 48 hours.

I will love networking only if I get my checks on time. Alright? I will love networking and I will stay. If I max out within six months. If I don't max out within six months, I'm going to quit. Now. This is a journey of entrepreneurship.

This is going to be the most adventurous thing you ever done in your life. The most beautiful thing inshaallah that you have ever done in your life.

And you cannot attach conditions. You cannot anticipate what is going to happen every day. As Dato Sri Vijay taught me, you just have to give your best. You just have to give everything. Padman, do your best, give your best and leave everything else to him. Because the master plan has no flaws. And the greatest mistake I have observed people make that they are not giving their best.

That they are almost there.

You know, 99.99% some people, 89% some morons, 40%, 50, 60. Now this is not a perfect science. But what I regret the most is so many people who have come to me and complain, alright? And said I've been in the business for five years, four years, seven years, five months, six months. And I'm not achieving the targets I wanted. And I bet you, you are one.

Of them watching this video right now or many of you.

All right. But wake up and smell the coffee.

My rule is very simple. Do not measure.

All right?

The time you have been with us.

That is the stupidest thing to do. Alright? Don't say I've been here for 10.

Years, 20 years, 30 years and think that means anything.

It does not mean anything. It simply means you existed as an IR for that number of time. All you have to do is find the date you signed up and the date today and that's the duration you have been with qnet.

You have been with the V all your respective uplines.

But that is not the true measurement. A lot of people come and ask me, chief, I've been here for five years. But I'm not maxing out.

I've been here two years.

I've not maxed out.

That's stupidity.

Do not count the time.

Count the days where you gave your best. Count the days as Datu Sri Vijay asked me in the early days, the.

Days you gave 100% and you know.

The days you gave 100%.

You know the days you paid the price. Make the sacrifices and give everything, those are the only days you count. All right? And now right after this Wednesday message, sit down and look at the duration you have been with qnet and ask.

Yourself, all right, how many days you.

Gave your best, how many days you gave? 100%. How many days, all right, you made the biggest sacrifices and committed to your growth in qnet, to your presentations, to building your downlines, to doing trainings on Zoom or physically, all right, Dedicated to this business. And that is the number of days. And I have met people who have been in the business for five years and came back and told me they.

Have given less than three months, 100%.

And I promised everyone that you can max out in two years. Within 24 months you can max out. It has been proven over and over again. And there's enough testimonies, enough living proof around the world of people who have maxed out in two years and there's enough proof of people who have not maxed out for 10 years. But if you ask that person who's been around for 10 years and ask that person to be honest with you, how many days they gave 100% here, here, not only time, all right, how many days they gave 100%. And I guarantee you, if they're honest.

It will be less than one year.

And that's the reason why they have not maxed out. And if you ask somebody who has maxed out in 6 months, 10 months, 12 months, which we have so many success stories, and you ask them and they will tell you that every day since the day they sign up, they give 100%, their dedication, their discipline, their sacrifice, their commitment. Now the mistake you will make is that you will do 10 years, have this so called balanced life, all right? Try your best to give time to qnet and, and dedicate yourself to this journey of entrepreneurship with us. And then at the end become frustrated because there wasn't a single day where you gave 100%. So you give 20% frustrated, 10% frustrated. Oh, next day I give 86% feel good. Then another day, 10%, 20%, 40, 50. So your graph of commitment, all right, is so erratic, it's ridiculous.

But if you can just make a decision right now on this Wednesday message.

If you make that decision that you're.

Going to go one stretch, whether it's six months, one year, and warn everyone around you, tell your family, tell your kids, husband, wife, parents, friends, colleagues that you're going to shut off everything and give 100% online, offline, doesn't matter.

I promise you. Then you will understand the power of this business. Then you will understand what is required.

And I don't want you to repeat the mistake of thousands of people who decided never to give 100%. And they lingered for 10, 15 years and never achieved tremendous greatness. And then they blame the industry, they blame their uplines, that stupidity. My secret of success was I listened to the advice of Dato Sri Vijay. Give your 100% now, every day. Give up everything, make every sacrifice required. And when you reach that point where you feel financial freedom and then live.

Your life again, it's called delayed gratification.

Pay the price now, enjoy later, give the commitment now and live life the way you want later. But don't try to achieve some stupid balance, all right? For 10 years. And then meet me at Vcon and ask me, chief, why have I not maxed out? Because I cannot count one day where you gave 100%. And everyone else, everyone you look up to, everyone you hear about, the testimonies, the stories, they understood this, that if you give 100%, alright, for 6 months, 12 months, I promise you that max out will belong to you within 24 months.

But it requires you to achieve the.

Level of commitment, dedication like horses have blinkers and shut out the rest of the world and ignore the noise and just focus. And when these two are 100%, it meets together and there's an explosion of energy. A limitless potential is unleashed. Like I said a few Wednesday messages ago. And that's the key.

What matters are your hundred percent days. Because I have learned this in 22 years. 99.99% is the wasted day that everything you do, whether it's training, your downlines, doing a presentation, alright, building your organization, opening a new market, the only way.

It will work, the only way that you will become a success story. The only day that Dato Sri Vijay will invite you up on stage one day as a V partner, AVP V Council, Max out king, Max Out Queen.

Is when you recognize the fact that the only days that count on your journey to max out are the 100% days.

And I'm not talking time. I know people who are part time in QNET, but 100% here and here.
