I want to convey one of the most important realizations that I had after starting my journey, networking 22 years ago. All right? As you know, like you, I wanted to change my life 22 years ago. I'm a dreamer, thanks to my mom instilling that belief in me that anything is possible. God bless her soul. And then I met Datu Sri Vijay. And many of you understand this concept called upline. But you don't know what an upline is, a real upline, until you have an upline, a working upline like I did, alright, when I started my journey. That's Dato Sri Vijay himself. And throughout your journey, especially those who are watching right now, if you are new, it's very important that you listen to what I'm saying. And if you've been on this journey for a long time, let this be the most important reminder of 2020 to you. Now when you start your journey, alright, you want to achieve things, you want to achieve your goals. You want to achieve that financial goal of financial freedom, the ultimate goal which I always Talk about max out everything. And through that journey, there are many factors that influence the speed of your journey, the effectiveness of your journey, alright. The realization of your weekly goals and your ultimate goal of financial freedom. There are many factors, all right, okay. From your upline, downlines, the environment, whether it's a conducive country you are building, whether the media, the government embraces network marketing positively or negatively sometimes, but whatever, it is one of the greatest lessons I learned from Dato Sri Vijay. And thank God I learned this in the early stage of my journey, which I'm sharing with you, that all of that does not matter. I know uplines are important. I know downlines are very important. Like you guys, I know that the environment, understanding the industry, learning how to build your network, presentation, training, handling objections, developing a leader, all of these are many factors that contribute to the ultimate success of you achieving financial freedom in QNET. Whether it's 2000, 5000, 10,000, max out doesn't matter. Financial freedom is defined individually. But guys, max out is that ultimate goal. Remember that. And I realize that every night I had the privilege in the early days to sit down with my working upline Dato Sri Vijay and ask him the questions that you are asking. Your uplines that you are asking me whenever you get a chance or searching for answers to your questions. Like this person calling me right now, most probably with a question, alright, by watching the videos. But the greatest lesson I learned that ultimately it is you. Ultimately, every answer you seek, every challenge you face, the solution, overcoming that challenge, alright, your commitment, your work ethic, your success is 100% dependent on you. That I always tell people, I know your desire to learn. I know your desire to acquire new knowledge and learn something new that you can apply to reach your goal faster. But I learned one thing from Dato Sri Vijay. That ultimately nobody is going to teach you how to max out. Nobody can ever teach you how to achieve your check faster. No matter how great of a system you belong to, no matter how bad of a system you belong to, it doesn't matter if it is to be. It is up to you. Because inside all of us, as Dato Sri Vijay pointed out, you have all the answers. You have this limitless potential to achieve greatness. And I believe in it. Because who I was 22 years ago and who I am today, I still pinch myself to realize that this is reality and not just a dream. That if I can become successful, it has so much to do with the fact that Datto Sri Vijay dedicated hours on helping me find the answers within myself. And this come comes with the theory of teaching you anything, alright, is important. But helping you understand yourself, helping you understand your limitless potential, helping you understand that within you there is unbelievable belief, energy and power that just needs to be unleashed. And this is what my working upline Dato Sri Vijay did every night sitting down. Every answer he gave was in the form of a question that I had to find the answer myself. At the end of the journey, reaching financial freedom myself, I came to have the greatest realization that I can do anything. Guys, you can achieve anything as long as you want to. Every ingredient of success, every part of that formula is already within you. You just have to clear your mind, remove the noise, remove the smog, remove all the baggage that you have carried with you before you signed up with qnet. Quell that ego within you that is telling you that you can't do it, that you can't succeed, that the problems are greater than you. All right? That is that voice inside of you constantly badgering you that you are not good enough to be financially free. That you're not good enough to rise up on stage one day at Vcon and tell your story. You're not good enough, all right? To deserve financial freedom, that wise must be killed. And what Datto Sri Vijay did constantly was to kill that ego within me, to kill that voice, to kill that alter ego of Patman who was negative, who was full of excuses, who never believed in himself, never believed anything is possible. Just like you. That's not you. The real you is powerful. The real you is magical. The real you can achieve anything you set your mind to. And I promise you that you just got to get rid of that noise. You got to get rid of that confusion. You need to achieve clarity. You got to clear the smog around you. The experiences of failure you had before will not define, must not define your future. That all the excess baggage that you are carrying on your shoulder from your past, from the times where so many people told you you are not good enough, from the professors who told you you were not smart, from society who told you that you deserve to stay down there and you don't deserve to rise right for maybe your own family, your closest friends who don't want you to be successful because you will create insecurity in them. You're carrying a backpack full of unnecessary weight, unnecessary pre decided negative connotation, negative energy. And you're coming into QNET like I did. I came with so much insecurity, so much fear, so much uncertainty about who I am who I could be. Whether I deserve to be rich. Whether I was destined to be poor like how I was born. And Datto Sri Vijay reached on my shoulder and took that knapsack away and threw it away. And every single time, he helped me find my answer. Every single time, he helped me see the real Padman. The pureness of Padman. The Padman that deserves to be rich. The Padman who deserves to be financially free. The Padman who deserves to be happy and to be forgiven for his past. And he helped me remove that knapsack, that weight. And I felt the lightness on my shoulder. And then I realized who the real me truly is. And the real me could rise, could fly. And the real me is speaking to you today. Whatever challenges you're going through, however difficult the journey is, trust me, you were born to overcome it. You were born to win. You were born to grab this God given right of living life the way you want to. You were born for financial freedom. And the only thing holding you back is yourself. Is that everything you decided to store here and store here, that created a block from what is truly inside the true you. So if you truly want to achieve greatness, if you truly want to one day run up on stage and hug Dato Sri Vijay as a V Council, AVP V Partner, it does not require anything. It requires you to be free. It requires you to let go of all that excess weight and and baggage that you're carrying from your past. Your past does not define you. Your future belongs to you. You are the decision maker. You are the king or queen of your destiny. And the only way you will move forward. The only way. If you're starting your journey right now, the only way you will rise in the ranks of the max out kings and queens is not by being smarter. Not by having more knowledge, not by having a better strategy. But ultimately by being the real you. Being the free you, being the happy you. Being the unbelievable you. Where that smile is real. Where you jump out of bed in the morning and say, yes I can. That I deserve this. No more insecurity. No more fear. And what Datto Sri Vijay did for me was he helped me see who I truly am. And that day when I realized who Patman Senati Raja really is, it was the most beautiful day of my life. I felt I could conquer the world. And I am conquering the world right now. So guys, your success, whatever you want, it is up to you. All the answers you seek are within you. That you are powerful, you are beautiful. God has chosen you for this journey of changing your life, inspiring others, changing lives around the world. And you are part of, not of a company, but a great family led by Dato Sri Vijay in Japadas Bismarck. And the only secret you seek is already within you. You are the secret. You are the answer. The real you. The powerful you. The unbelievable you. The you that is full of love, inspiration, belief, alright and strength to carry on every single day no matter how great the challenge is.
