This is a YouTube video titled "Chief’s Wednesday Message 389" (created 2026-01-18) consisting of a single-speaker motivational message delivered by the group's "Chief" (who identifies himself as Patman Sinatiraja/Raja). Addressed to QNET/network marketing members, the talk emphasizes loyalty as the foundational principle for long-term success — urging consistent weekly effort, loyalty to uplines (notably Dato Sri Vijay and Japadas Bismarck), sincere support of downlines, and warning against jumping to other companies. The speaker uses personal anecdotes and organizational arguments (QNET e‑commerce/complan strengths) to call for a reaffirmation of loyalty (“Loyalty Wednesday”).

Foreign. All over the world. This is your chief. Welcome to week 44 guys. All right, the first week of a new rank advancement month. And I need you guys not to practice this last minute.com mentality, all right? Of waiting for the final week of rank advancement to meet your criteria. So be smart, alright? The purpose of network marketing is to have a consistent energy focus level every week to build a culture of not having a roller coaster graph your intensity. The graph of intensity should be like that, consistently growing and growing and growing and growing as your organization grows bigger. Alright guys, and I hope you enjoyed my Instagram live on Sunday where I spoke about the moronism of focusing on challenges that you don't control. Instead you should focus on challenges that you have control and overcome those challenges intelligently. Find solutions. Okay? And I was thinking today what to speak about on the Wednesday message like two seconds ago. And it came back to a conversation I had with Datto Sri Vijay many, many years ago about a topic which I believe very few people talk about. Very few uplines even communicate this in a training module. So on this Wednesday message I'm going to share with you what I believe is one of the most important fundamental foundations of the philosophy of network marketing. The v, alright? My relationship with Datosri Vijay, okay? The whole concept of network marketing, the success that you seek, that is maxed out or earning more money than you ever dream of, comes back to a very subjective, a very emotional based topic which is usually something we never talk about in a training module. But on this Wednesday message, whether you have been with us for a long time, guys, whether you are brand new, let this be one of the most important messages you hear from your upline, your chief, all right, representing the great ones, Datto Sri Vijay and Japadas Bismarck. And this topic is simply called loyalty. Now you heard about it and in the human context, all right, loyalty is rarely spoken about. You go on YouTube, you go anywhere. There is no grandmaster motivational guru who addresses this topic. But this topic is about the essence of relationship humanity. And in the industry of network marketing, in your journey of QNET to reach max out, this is a fundamental aspect, all right, a fundamental contributor to making you reach that max out dream of yours. Now, what is loyalty? Loyalty is simply one major aspect of a relationship of two people. Now you have heard about loyalty in marriage, loyalty among brothers, loyalty among friends. Now, I grew up and in my journey of life, all right, from the age of 18 to about 22, I was exposed to a tough life in a tough neighborhood and I learned from so many people by watching, listening, understanding the code of loyalty, that loyalty is something that defines your character. That if you are in any way a disloyal person, it is not isolated to an action, it is a reflection of who you are. Now, I don't take pride in many of my strengths, okay? I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, all right? I'd never ever claim to be the greatest networker ever. All right? I'm just somebody who believes in this industry, who have a dream that I truly, truly believe in and I love what I do. But more importantly, I do take pride in one of my biggest strengths in my character as Patman Senati Raja. That is, I am loyal. I am loyal to the people around me. I am loyal to death, to Dato Sri Vijay and Japa. And loyalty is not about the relationship, it is about who you are. As simple as that. Loyalty doesn't define the relationship, it doesn't define the other person. It purely defines who you are. And if you are brought up by your mom and dad, like in my case, only my mom, you will understand by watching our parents, by watching the relationships, they maintain that one thing the old school people took very seriously, one thing the older generation cherished very much, is their loyalty to their friends, to their family, to the company they work for. How loyal my dad was even in the government service, my grandfather who was working with the railway system, they took pride and they were loyal. They were never hunting for jobs. They never thought about different career ever. They made a decision, they stuck to it. They were loyal to their employer. Now that is a different time, but today you are an entrepreneur. And the funny thing in entrepreneurship, nobody talks about loyalty. But I want to address it today that if you truly want to be a success story in qnet, if you truly want to be one of the max out kings and queens that we all talk about on VConn stage, VCon Connect, then understand this philosophy that if you truly understand network marketing, the success of network marketing truly depends on the loyalty of your downlines to you, the loyalty of your whole organization to Datosri Vijay, his vision to the V, to QNET as a company. All right, now the million dollar question. In 22 years, have I seen, all right, leaders in QNET and the V or networkers in our organization who have jumped to another company, alright, left us for whatever reason. Yes, I have seen we have the least amount of people who jump ship, as they say, to a different organization, a different company, thinking that there is a better Opportunity. There is a better company. There is none. I have proven over and over again that in the network marketing industry, QNET is clearly the best opportunity. All right? We are 100% E commerce. We pay the highest commission ever in the history of this industry, all right? We allow you to do business anywhere in the world. We have the greatest leadership. Our founders are still hands on, maintaining the DNA of rhythm, the DNA of in service. All right? Our leadership is not built on arrogance of success and wealth, but is built on gratefulness. All right? To their downlines, to their uplines. To build on the philosophy of. Of service above self. No other company has this except us. Then why do people leave now? People leave. You people leave this organization, this company. Not because they are unhappy. All right? Unhappiness is a very subjective discussion. All right? Today you can be happy. Tomorrow you are unhappy. Your checks are big, you are happy. Your checks are small, you are unhappy. Alright? You don't like the color of the website, you're unhappy. You love the color of the website, you're happy. There's so many yes, no possibilities. But ultimately, the people who leave us have one flaw, that they are disloyal. They're not disloyal to us. They are disloyal as an individual. That means they have broken that promise. They have walked away from the concept of loyalty within their character. And I've seen this with my own eyes, that if they jump to another company, I guarantee you they will keep jumping and jumping and jumping and jumping and jumping and eventually fall off the cliff and they'll end up broke. I guarantee you this. Because once somebody becomes disloyal, they lose that DNA of loyalty and they will constantly be disloyal. I will never accept somebody from jumps from another company into my organization for whatever reason because they will never stay guys. Because they have already portrayed disloyalty for whatever reason. Now your goal is to understand the importance of loyalty in this business, right? Loyalty in building your organization. And the first rule of loyalty is not for you to talk about. It is not for you to create a module about it. It's to show. Show that you are a loyal individual. To your uplines. To the people who have been there for you throughout your journey through good times, bad times, whether your check is big or small, we have all been through this journey. All the max out kings and queens today at one point lost their network for whatever stupid reason, beyond their control. And they rebuilt. They remain loyal. So income is not one of the things that define loyalty. Loyalty is what you have within you. All right. And what I realized that the first thing you as an upline have to do as a networker is to show your organization, your loyalty to your uplines, to the V, especially to Japadas Bismarck and Datu Sri Vijay. And I am an example of it. I speak about my loyalty to Datto and Japa to show you, not to impress you. Oh, I'm loyal to the founders because their founders know to tell you who Patman Sinatiraja is. I am that loyal guy. I will stay with people who help me become who I am today, regardless of good times or bad times. And the true test of someone's loyalty is never when times are good. It is only when times are tough and hard. And the only way to strengthen loyalty in your organization is sincerity. It's nothing else. It's not giving money and doing promos, all of this. No. It's the sincerity of your intent. That you care about your downlines, that you are focused on their success. You cannot guarantee them how, how much when they will max out. But as long as you show them sincerely that you care about their dream, about their success and make the sacrifices for that relationship and show them that you really are committed to them, achieving their dreams, their goals and most importantly, to be there for them during their tough time, regardless whether you have a solution, whether the problem is within your control or not, be there for them. That is when they will understand what loyalty is. And loyalty is always a two way relationship. That your loyalty to Dato Sri Vijay will be reciprocated as he has proven for 22 years his loyalty to us, our dreams. All right. To fulfill his vision that he always cares beyond doubt. During the toughest times of my journey of life, Datu Sri Vijay was the most loyal friend, mentor, upline that anyone could wish for. And you must understand this, that loyalty, as mysterious as it is, it is the ultimate ingredient to build a long lasting, sustainable network. It is the ultimate ingredient that is truly going to take you to max out. And today I want you to reaffirm your loyalty to your downlines, to your uplines today, this Wednesday, let's call it Loyalty Wednesday. Because network marketing is a business. E Commerce Complan Products Max out. But what is it? Ultimately it is an organization we have today with millions of people around the world who are loyal to each other, who are loyal to the company, to the founders, to the we, who are just loyal guys. And loyalty is, I believe, the most important definition of one's character. So remember this. That as fast as you want to reach your goal as big as you want to build your organization build it on the philosophy of loyalty. Alright guys I today on this Wednesday message am clearly telling you that I will always be loyal to you and I am grateful from the bottom of my heart for your loyalty to Dato Sri Vijay Ishwaran and if the loyalty is there and loyalty is not strong or weak it is yes or no and as long as you have an organization where there is loyalty your organization will grow. It will sustain through the toughest of times regardless of what challenges you face. As long as you have built a loyal organization and you have shown them your loyalty to them through action not only words then your organization will survive anything and it will grow and max out will happen. And if you today ask me on this Wednesday message what is the true secret of success in network marketing? One word loyalty. I love you guys.
