In this self‑recorded Wednesday message, the Chief addresses the global QNET distributor community from Malaysia during a lockdown. He announces the re‑release of the “Eight Basic Building Blocks” training series on the VTube platform, explaining how to access it and highlighting its role as foundational material for newcomers. The talk then shifts to practical network‑marketing tactics: viewing prospects through the lens of hot, warm, and cold zones; approaching calls and coffee meetings naturally to avoid sounding sales‑y; treating hot‑zone contacts as potential future leaders rather than merely sources of BV; and being transparent about QNET’s public controversies. He stresses the critical importance of post‑sign‑up support—hand‑holding, continuous education, celebrating early earnings, and maintaining truthful, supportive communication—to prevent new recruits from dropping off. Throughout, he references the company’s 23‑year history, its founders (Dato’ Sri Vijay and Jaapadas Bismarck), and partnerships (e.g., Manchester City, Swiss hotels, a university) to reinforce credibility. The overall message is a blend of motivational encouragement and concrete guidance aimed at improving recruitment quality, retention, and ethical presentation practices.

Videos from our founders, Jaapadas Bismarck and the one and only Datos D Vijay Ishwaran. So guys, we are the only organization in the world that has a video platform that completely meets the needs of anyone at any point of their journey. From zero to hero, from zero to max out. Okay? So the eight basic building blocks new version is out there. Launched in the year 2021 during the pandemic. Alright? Unbelievable. Well guys, welcome to the Wednesday message. As usual, I'm forever excited during this lockdown. It's like 3 4am 3 3am in Malaysia right now. I'm recording it on a Wednesday at home self recording because Malaysia is still on a lockdown. Unbelievable. I spent like eight hours on Zoom Microsoft Teams, all right, talking to some amazing people all over the world today. It's been crazy. I haven't been sleeping, all right? Spent a lot of time getting guidance and lessons from Dato Sri Vijay which I appreciate the most during this time of the new normal. The new normal I realize means my uplines are very accessible, okay? And I'm loving it. And I was thinking what to talk about this Wednesday message and I suddenly realized I was introducing the eight basic building blocks to you guys. And I want you to realize that the 8 basic building block is the beginners, alright? Basic training to our business. And the mistake A lot of people make is they don't see this business from the perspective of the person they are presenting to and the person who sign up and the person's journey. Because always remember, two people will never experience the same journey in network marketing. Nobody. So even if your upline tells you their story of their journey, your journey is going to be very different. Now what your upline can basically tell you is basically this is the road and the road and the view and the scenery is going to be roughly the same for everyone. But it's still unique. Every journey is unique. And I was thinking the other day, do you even think from the perspective of the person you are talking to? Because sometimes we are so desperate to convince that we don't stop to wonder what the person is thinking. So today on this Wednesday message, let's go through a journey of somebody, of networking, a Joe, anyone. All right, not necessarily me. My journey is different from you, not necessarily from your uplines because your uplines journeys are very different. Now think about it. You have somebody who is living life out there, okay? Haven't heard of qnet, haven't heard of direct selling or network marketing in great detail. But know about this company, that company, mother sold some stuff, auntie, friends, whatever. Or maybe read something online or people send videos to them introducing them to various products from different companies. You pick up the phone and call the person and immediately, because that person is in your circle of influence. Hot zone, warm zone, cold zone. Now you call and you are sounding abnormal. Do you realize that when you call the guy and say let's meet for coffee, bro, long time no see, let's talk about college, blah blah blah, it sounds different. But when you say let's meet for coffee, remember we were together in college? Nothing. I just want to catch up with you. Maybe something to talk about. You sound so fake. You sound so mysterious. And that immediately raises suspicion in the other person. Like you're trying to do something, you're trying to sell them something, you're trying to convince them something against their will. So the first rule is when you invite, when you pick up the phone, chill, alright? The best way is to act normal. You're inviting the guy for coffee, you want to show him something. No obligation. If he or she likes it, they sign up. If they don't, it's okay. Don't put yourself under so much pressure that you are sweating while meeting the guy for coffee. Thanks for coming for coffee. How's college? Remember college? We were good friends. Now let me tell you a great opportunity no guys, the world has changed. Today people are highly suspicious. People are reluctant, alright. When they hear opportunity, this, that. So make it as casual, as relaxed as possible. Because what is the presentation? The presentation is transferring of information and leaving the final decision to the other person. Now you meet a guy hot zone. Easy. There is some level of obligation, there's some level of relationship, love, trust, whatever. But treat your whole hot zone people with respect. Treat them with the possibility that they are going to be your max out king or queen. Don't treat them just as an easy bv. The mistake everyone makes is they treat their hot zone as the easy BV. Hey, sign up. Okay. 3000, 5000, 7000, whatever. 1000 BV. Done. Get lost. Hot zone. I got one. Put it there. Put it there. Earn a check. That's the wrong attitude. Because remember the rule. Don't prejudge. Right? That most of my hot zones became my top leadership. I am Datu Sri Vijay's hot zone. You understand? Everyone in the hot zone has the potential of becoming great networkers. Great downlines. So don't assume that you are there to get the quit BV to fill up your tat for that need to earn a cheque. Treat that person as a high potential downline. As a high potential future leader. Alright? And do the proper presentation. Explain the potential of the business and tell them to their comfort they can start and you are there to support them. Now when somebody signs up hot, warm, cold, they are signing up always with doubt that nobody signs up and say qnet, I love it. Network marketing. I've been waiting my whole life, since I was a child for somebody to show me network marketing. And I couldn't find anyone. And you found me. Here's my money. Here's my ATM card. Here's my credit card. Here's my mother in law. No. They all sign up with a slight pinch of reluctance. Doubt, uncertainty. So when you get the sign up and you process the sign up, remember that he or she is still fragile and you need to comfort them with a high level of positive transfer of information to clear all doubt and uncertainty. And remember that during the presentation when they go back, they are going to Google qnet. When they talk to people, people are going to know qnet. In some countries where QNET has come out in the media, free publicity but in a bad way sometimes. You understand? So don't avoid that topic. Don't hide it. Tell them. Listen, if you google this company you're going to find some controversial information. But let me tell you exactly what is happening. Who is kune? Who? What is cunet? What happened in this country, what happened in the other country. Wherever you're building, be truthful with the person and give the person the comfort, the information that you are there for them. You see, ultimately the worst thing you can do is sign up somebody and leave them alone. Because when you leave them alone right after sign up, they are very vulnerable. And all the vultures, all the the mosquitoes are just going to attack and attack and attack and you lose that person. You may get the bv, you may get the sign up. They might buy a product but you're going to lose them. You see, the BV is never as valuable as that person. That person is the real focus, not the BV. You can get BVs anywhere. Guys. You understand you can convince anyone to buy a qnet product. We have great products but you're looking to identify the person and what mistake people make. They are such in a rush to close the presentation, get the bv, process it, alright? Wait for your product, it's going to be shipped and they run before the guy googles qnet, before the guy finds out whatever they want to find out. And then they start calling you and you avoid the call because you think your task was to get the sign up. That's not your task. Your task is to get the guy to start the journey with you. To be a potential active, high potential downline, alright? And to become a leader and to earn money and to achieve financial freedom. You're not just there to secure the BV to fill up your tat. You are there to bring people in, to raise them in this journey. Remember that. Don't make this mistake thinking that every presentation, everyone in the hot zone is just to get your target BV5533 whatever. No, it's about bringing people into this amazing world of network marketing, e commerce and a great company called qnet. But they are going to find out many versions of qnet out there. And the reality is there are many versions of qnet out there, right? Majority of them don't look so good. This is the reality of building a globalized direct selling company. As Datos VJ said, let them say what they want to say. We know the truth. But if you know the truth, as Dato Sri Vijay says, it's my duty to share the truth. And people appreciate the truth. What people don't appreciate is you don't tell them anything. Secure the sign up and run away. That's a bad approach to network marketing. You want to keep the guy regardless of what he reads out. And Dr. Srivijay told me this just a few days ago. Somebody who reads whatever negative news out there which are all lies by the way and still accepts your truth of qnet, of this great organization, of the great founders that we are 23 years of all over the world and they stay, they are going to be a hypo high potential. All right, Downline and leader guys. And that's what you need to learn how to do. Speak the truth. We have nothing to hide. Whatever allegations bull sugar out there, we have answers. The truth is we are 23 years old. The truth is Manchester City football club with 200 lawyers, a proof, a partnership with us for the last six years and extended for another five years. All right, that we have, you know, unbelievable. Sime Switzerland. We have hotels all around the world. We have a university in Malaysia, you understand? We have a beautiful tower. We have been doing business in countries for 23 years guys. That's the truth. Led by two unbelievable great founders Dato CVJ and Japaras Bismarck. That's the truth. And when the guy starts the journey, every step of the way you relate back to what you felt and address it. Don't push the guy like it's a factory production floor. Okay, Go here. Okay. Basement. You want to stay, you want to leave? Tell me. Don't do that. Hold that person's hand. Take them through this journey. Make sure the journey is beautiful for your downline. Make sure that even if they walk away one day and quit this business for whatever reason they must still have fond memories. They must say it's not for me but it's an amazing company. I have an amazing upline, a great organization, alright, full of love, care, integrity, support, training, personal development. The founders Jaipuras Bismarck and Datto Sri Vijay are a different league of people who want to make a positive difference in the world. Can you imagine if somebody speaks like that? So remember this, no matter how many people you sign up, make sure that you follow them through the journey. Make sure your system assures a beautiful journey regardless of the results they get. Because if they don't get results. And I have many downlines who slowly quit or gave up. But they never talked negatively about us because we were there with them. We provided support, we didn't run and hide. We told them the truth, we stood by them, we provided them with everything they needed and maybe they chose not to continue the journey. Be a responsible up right the people who have any form of contact with us, even a Presentation and they say no, they must walk away and say it was a great presentation. They gave me so much valuable input and information. I'm seriously considering becoming an entrepreneur. Whatever, it doesn't matter. Alright. And when that person signs up, the eight basic building blocks make it an unbelievable experience. Then hold your hand, help them presentation, more information, but not too much information. Help them to get to their first check. Celebrate their first check like it's the greatest thing ever. Celebrate their first sign up even if it's a hot zone. And tell them to take their hot zone sign up seriously. All right? Because this is a beautiful journey. And if they earn 250, the means you take them to 250 or 500 depending on what you promote. All right, the BB's okay. Keep them. Nobody should ever, you know, fizzle off, switch off, give up after earning. Guys, remember the key is to get them to earn. And once they earn, keep them focus, keep their faith, keep their belief. And throughout the journey all the way to 23 years, always remember that every time the truth will prevail, as Datus PVJ says. And always comfort them with information. With a sense of comfort that this company is here to last. Don't take anything for granted, even somebody three years in the business. Keep giving them positive affirmation, more information, how great this organization is. So they stay on their journey. Journey. So once you sign somebody up, be with them. Don't let go. No matter who they become, don't let go. Never underestimate the mind of an individual. Everyone's mind can be messed up with wrong information. Hold your hand proudly. As Dato Sri Vijay has held my hand for 23 years and I'm grateful that he has never let go. Hold their hand, take them all the way, max out, still hold their hand. Because ultimately if you make this journey meaningful, if you make this journey truthful, if you make this journey beautiful, people will stay. No matter what, they will stay. Guys. Love you guys.
