It's like an adrenaline rush. Reviewing videos, talking to the Coin Service, getting guidance from Japa, Dato Sri Vijay, talking to the V Partners, putting the final touches to the most amazing program. Production is already being built right now. The, the most magnificent technological advanced event is going to happen in a few days, and I'm telling you, I'm going crazy, crazy, guys. Right? This is going to be the greatest event in network marketing history. I promise you. Week 40, guys. I know you are gearing up for VCon. I know you're organizing yourselves. I've got so many people sending me messages. They're preparing their house, putting VCon deco, changing the lights, getting their mother-in-law involved. It's just VCon mode all over the world. And I'm loving it, guys. All right, this is the most important time for us. To me, VCon is like a celebration, you know, like Christmas, like Eid, like Diwali, you know, like Chinese New Year, where you invite your family home. And I realized today, my Wednesday message, and I was talking to Dato Sri Vijay, my upline, my mentor, planning about VCon. And, and, and, you know, I learned so much from him, and I'm so grateful that I'm allowed to be in his zone after 23 years. You have no idea what it means to have an upline like him who is dedicated to the growth and success of his downlines. That's why I tell people that this is the greatest organization in the world, not only as a network marketing company, but because of the V, your grand uplines. Dato and Japa has never changed their philosophy of practicing rhythm and raising people for 23 years. Zeros to heroes, nobodies to somebodies, you understand? It's a beautiful journey, guys, and I just can't imagine that we're going to be doing VCon in a few days and meeting all of you. But today on this Wednesday message on week 40, I, I just want to talk to you guys, okay? Whoever you are, wherever you are in the world, I hope this Wednesday message caters to the broad spectrum of people watching me because there's so many different people watching the Wednesday message. So I hope my, my message today reaches everyone. And the reason why I'm telling you this, because you are on a journey right now, wherever you are, and that's a journey that I have completed, all right? And whatever you are going through, I've been through the same thing in some shape, size, or manner. I've been through with. Okay, and as Dato Sri Vijay and Japa says, when you have somebody who has completed a journey and you are in the beginning, midway, or close to the end, all right, listen to that person because that person is your guide. Like how Japa and Dato Sri Vijay are my guides on this journey. All right, so to each one of you today, I'm speaking to you. So wherever you are right now, chill out. This is Pakman, your brother, your upline, your chief, just sharing from my heart, from my heart to yours. And I hope I cover everyone today on this Wednesday message. So firstly, guys, I'm speaking to the new kids on the block, the brand new signups who just signed up 1 hour ago, 1 day ago, 2 days ago. And I want to share with you firstly, congratulations. You have made the best decision in your life of being part of e-commerce network marketing, the future business of the world, embracing entrepreneurship. I'm so freaking proud of you to take that leap of faith. All right, but more importantly, choosing QNET and The V, the best partners to have to take you to some level of financial freedom at some point of your journey. Okay, my advice to the brand new kids on the the block. Always find a dream you're willing to fight for and die for. Come to VCon, we'll help you find that dream. Be willing to pay the price. Don't be naive and think that this is a walk in the park. No, right? You got to pay the price, you got to do the work, right? Um, follow the system. You belong to some organization under the V umbrella, but follow the system. Number 4, be consistent. The biggest disease of why people fail or quit this business because of the lack of consistency. So be consistent, all right? And be prepared for negativity from your closest friends and family, but just close your ears and stay focused in the front. Listen to us, your uplines. We will be there guiding you every step of the way. You've got to fall once in a while, and Dato Sri Vijay has given the answer: just get up again. Some points of this journey is going to be so easy you're going to laugh, and some points are going to be so difficult you want to cry. But it's okay. We all have shed tears and laugh in this bittersweet journey. But I promise you, when you reach the end, it's going to be beautiful and worth every tear you shed on this journey. Enjoy it. To the guys who have started and been here for a few weeks and few months and you're not getting the desired results, It's okay. Don't get frustrated. Don't get demotivated. All of us, every V-Partner, every AVP, V-Counselor, if you have a chat with them, all of them have their stories where they struggled, all right, for weeks and months before they saw their first check. Some of them for years before they saw their first check, but for some reason they didn't quit. Because what you need to understand, guys, that this journey is different for everyone. Each person is unique and different. The formula works, the platform works, because we have created the most millionaires in the industry, but it's different for every individual. So don't compare, all right? Use people as a benchmark to push yourself, but if you don't meet that benchmark, don't get depressed, don't get demotivated, all right? Each one of us will struggle differently, will see results at the point when it's supposed to happen. But as long as you are focused, committed, pay the price, and you're consistent, you will see the results. So those of you who are not seeing the results as you expected, hang on, hang in there, stay strong. Go talk to your uplines, stay in the power of association. You know, surround yourself with positive people. Now there are morons out there who's gonna laugh at you and say, haha, you see, you haven't seen a check. Just don't listen to them. That's what CBJ says. Stop listening to the world and one day the world will listen to you. And the same thing applies to you guys. And I need you to just hang in there. All right, I've known people who did not see a check for 6 months and then boom, something happened, they sign up have a powerful leader on the left and the right, and they start earning weekly checks, and they reach max out after like a year and a half. So just hang in there. You see, the true essence of success in network marketing is not how fast you move, it's how strong you are to stay on the journey. It's about staying on the train. I shared on a few Wednesday messages away. So if you're not seeing expected results, it's okay. It happened to all of us. Every maxed out King and Queen today, every V-Partner, AVP, V-Council, right, did not see the results as they expected. There is some delays, right? Just keep having faith in your uplines, in your system, in the V, in QNET, and you will see results. Okay, so stay strong. You're not alone. We are with you. See you at V-Con. You will get clarity. You'll find answers. Number 2, those who have seen checks and then it dropped for some reason. Now don't panic because a lot of people see checks in the beginning because it's your hot zone you're signing up, all right? And the hot zone are people who are close to you, you have trust, established a relationship, they're going to say yes, all right? I signed up 22 people in my hot zone in the first 48 hours, all right? And then you go into the warm zone and you get this Hot Zone people, especially those who choose to embark on this journey of entrepreneurship, which many of them don't, they just want to support you, they buy your product, they're happy with the product, it's cool. And some decide, yes, I want to start building. But then you still have to go to the Warm Zone and do presentation, and there you may not get the desired results like your Hot Zone, but don't freak out because every MaxOut King and Queen today was somebody's Prospect. So the rule is just don't stop. All right, keep going. If your checks went up and it came down, it's okay. You can get it up again. All right, and the only answer— I'm sorry to say this millions of times— is presentation, presentation, presentation. Just make sure you inculcate a culture of presentation in your organization. Get support from upline and keep going and going and A lot of people who earn and then their checks drop get demoralized. But this is exactly what Dato Sri Vijay speaks about at V-CON, which you will hear again this V-CON. He talks about the ability to get up again because the true essence of success is not how fast you climb, it's how you take the fall and climb up again. And the strongest leaders we have today have been knocked down many times. We partners, you know, MaxOut Kings and Queens have lost their whole organization, including myself, in 2001 and rebuilt again. But the golden rule of network marketing, whatever you have achieved, you can achieve again and you can achieve more. So always remember that. So whoever you are and you're having a little bit of a slump, Right now, that's the wrong time to, to take a break and introspect and analyze until you're paralyzed. Don't. Get off your ass and start working again. You understand? Plug into the system, maintain a positive power of association, and just go, go, go, go, go. Because what happened is you just lost momentum, and the worst time to make People make the stupidest decisions when they lost momentum because they think they're down. But you see, we are not a traditional business, right? Network marketing means you're down, you're not exactly paying rent and paying workers, nothing, right? You can come up again. It's an attitude that is required. It's a tenacity. It is hard work again, and you got the support of your upline, your system, VCon coming around the corner. Just come. We'll give you answers, we'll give you clarity how you can build up again. You can listen to Atli, Arun, Sakti, David, they all have the same story. We all at some point were, had a slump. It's okay. This is the journey of entrepreneurship. And one day you'll go on stage and tell about the time your checks was up and it came down a little bit and how you build it back again. And people are going to be inspired and unbelievable. And the next group of people who are already on the way up, that means you earn $250, $750, you are $2,000, $5,000 US, now you're on the way up. Now here the danger is you fall into a comfort zone because you have achieved more dreams than you ever thought about. Because remember when you first started, I want to buy a car, and now you can buy 10 cars. And the danger of people who are achieving checks is that they also fall into a comfort zone because they don't dream bigger. Always remember, whatever you have achieved, dream bigger and bigger and bigger. Because if you fall into a comfort zone with whatever check you're earning— and don't think people only fall into comfort zone at $10,000. There's a $2,000 comfort zone, there is a max-out comfort zone. Comfort zone is a comfort zone, right? So get out of it. Dream bigger and bigger and bigger. And the key for you to understand that how you got to this $5,000 check or $2,000 check or $7,000 $100,000 check is that you build momentum. All right? And you build momentum, and if you take a break, you slow down, you fall into a comfort zone, you want to introspect and think, what do I do next? You lose that momentum. So ride the wave. What you have done is you have built a wave which is growing, and don't take a break and go on vacation. Ride that wave all the way to max out. Never slow down. Never get Never think you deserve a break until you reach that pinnacle of success of max out. And don't waste momentum that you have built that even took you to $2,000 or $1,000 or $5,000. That's powerful momentum. Momentum needs to continue. Alright? And those of you who are earning big checks, $10,000 max out, there are a lot of you watching my Wednesday message. Remember the greatest lesson Dato' Vijay taught me. If you want to have financial freedom money, what is financial freedom money? Sitting down and recording a Wednesday message at 5 AM in the morning, all right? And you know that this is going to be a good week no matter what, all right? That's financial freedom money. And that, it simply means that you shift the focus from yourself and focus on your people. The greatest lesson Dato Sri Vijay taught me. And if focus on your people and their checks. So if you're maxing out, the question I have to ask you is how many people below you are maxing out? If you are $5,000, how many people below you with $2,000 checks? If you are $1,000, how many people below you with $250 check? You understand? The key is to shift the focus. So if you are up there right now, $10,000, $8,000, $10,000 max out, okay, make sure you are developing your people because if If your people earn, you continue to earn. If your people are stable, you are even more stable. Don't start thinking of yourself only. The rule is rhythm. Raise yourself and then help mankind. The philosophy of Founders, the most important philosophy in my opinion. All right, this is fundamentally important. And now comes to the final topic. Those of you all who are facing challenges out there, I know there's many of you watching, whichever country in the world right now. Firstly, let me tell you, nobody can stop challenges. It will come— negative media, Google, whatever, right? But don't allow the challenge to kill your dream. Don't allow these challenges to steal your dream. Recognize the fact that this is when you need to be aware. Warrior. You gotta go into warrior mode. This is not only about your dreams, but it's a decision you made that you shouldn't give up on this decision. Right? The biggest mistake people make in life is they make a decision and they back down out of fear of the unknown. Challenges will come, challenges will go. I've seen this in 23 years, guys. I've been through the worst of challenges compared to I know what you're going through right now, and I understand at that moment the pain, the fear, the uncertainty, the frustration. But I'm begging you, don't quit. Don't switch off, because the challenge— no challenge can last forever. Every challenge has an expiry date, and all you have to do is keep hanging on, keep having faith. Keep believing in us that we are not going to let you down, that you're not alone, that we will resolve that challenge together. But you just got to stay strong and hold your people to the best of your ability. And I know it's not easy. Some will quit, but it's okay. Those who stay, be there for them. And as long as you last until that expiry point of the challenge, you will come back with a vengeance. That some of the most powerful The powerful leaders today are the people who survived the challenge and then built because the people who stayed with them are hardcore networkers, hardcore warriors who we are so proud of. Dato Sri Vijay's warriors. I just need you to know that this challenge is part of your master plan. It is not there to discourage you and kill you, in my opinion. It is there to test you. And to decide whether you're strong enough to go all the way to financial freedom. So challenges will come, challenges will go. I've been through too many in my 23 years, and I'm so grateful to Dato Sri Vijay and Japa that they were always there for me during my toughest times. And to whoever you are, wherever you are in the world, if you're going through a challenge, we are with you. Have no fear, you're not alone. Just hang in there, be a warrior, fight, rely on the foundation you have built. Trust your uplines, trust us as a company. We will never, ever abandon you because your dreams mean the world to us.
