A motivational YouTube video (spoken monologue) by Hattaiwat Pusanti addressed to the QNET “V” community. The speaker emphasizes that leadership is a choice and an attitude rather than a title or technical skill; leaders must inspire, be positive, serve others, and make sacrifices. The talk links personal character (DNA/attitude), integrity, and service to success in network marketing, repeatedly urging uplines to focus on others’ dreams. The speaker mentions a retreat for chiefs, launches at “VCon Malaysia 3rd to 7th of May,” and repeatedly references founders “Dato Sri Vijay” and “Japadas Bismarck” and the goal of being “Limitless.”

To make sure like how I make sure you are to make sure they are limitless this year. And we have been going through so many exciting things that we are launching at VCon Malaysia 3rd to 7th of May. So many exciting things that we are launching throughout the year. Positive, unbelievable changes to the compensation plan that's going to give you more money. All right. So you buy your dream car, your dream house, even faster, better systems. Everything is going to change at this week on. And guys, I'm sitting here. I'm sorry about my beard. I have not had time to go to a barber shop because I've been having non stop, unbelievable limitless meetings. I no longer believe in sleep. As Datu Sri Vijay told me 18 years ago, when it comes to financial freedom, sleep only gets in the way. Alright? So guys, my Wednesday message is something I want to share with you that I just shared with all the chiefs of qnet, the VNQ lifestyle earlier that I was trying to tell them that becoming a leader, it is not a designation, it is not by appointment. That becoming a leader is a choice. And I don't think that becoming a leader is dependent on the size of your network. Alright? It depends a lot on the size of your check. But most importantly, it depends a lot on your attitude. Not in network marketing, but in life. Because you cannot be a leader in network marketing and be a moron in life. You cannot be successful in network marketing and be a failure in life. Because life and network marketing is the same. That your personality, that your attitude decides the level of success and the speed of success that you achieve in network marketing. That a lot of people think that by learning skill, learning a new knowledge, learning a new technique of building your tree, all right. And calculating your max out is enough to become a leader. I don't believe in that. From day one, Dato Sri Vijay taught me this. It is not what you do, Padman, in network marketing that truly matters. It is who you are. That people do not follow your training or your message. They follow you. So how you choose to lead your life decides your position in your organization. It decides who you are, how people look at you, and how people decide to follow you. Now, in network marketing, you have to understand this, that ultimately you are leading people. You're not leading robots. You're not leading employees. You're leading entrepreneurs. You are leading people with the same and equal opportunity as you. You are leading people who have a tracking center. You have a tracking center. You are leading people who could earn more than you one day. And that doesn't matter. They can still choose to follow you if they see who you are and they start to believe in you. That becoming a leader requires you to align your attitude and the first rule of becoming a leader, to lead people, to take them to financial freedom, to max out people, to max out yourself, is for you to have a DNA in your attitude. That there's no room for negativity. There's no room for a bad day, bad hour or bad moment, regardless what happens around you. That being positive and having a smile on your face is the fundamental aspect of becoming a leader. That your core value, your core belief system, that your DNA and your attitude, not your acting but your true attitude, have to emit energy out to people that gives them belief and positivity. Therefore, a leader cannot waste time on stupid things. That a leader or upline cannot waste time and talk for 10 hours about something negative. That a leader, an upline has to stay focused on others and their lives and their dreams. That ultimately a leader's duty is to inspire. If you ask me why Dato, Sri Vijay and Japa still keep me around after 18 years, I am growing older. You can see my beard and mush getting a bit white now. They keep me around contrary to popular belief, not because I'm gorgeous and sexy. They keep me around because they know I can inspire people. Because they have built me in such a way. There's not a moment I don't love what I do. There's not a moment in the past 18 years where I regret my decision. There's not a moment in the past 18 years where I give up or give in or be preoccupied with negativity. That they know that if they send me into a market, send me into your organization, you will be inspired. The same with Arun, Atli, Sati, David, all the V partners, what do they have that you don't? They have the attitude that makes them a great leader. So sometimes you look for answers outside yourself. You sing Kumbaya, you go and meet Deepak Chopra, Anthony Robbins, you read 300 books to gain knowledge. But knowledge cannot change your attitude. You have to change your attitude. Your uplines, your mentors will change your attitude. That becoming a leader, the main duty is to inspire others. And you cannot inspire others if you are not inspired. It's an oxymoronic situation that you go on stage and you try all these flamboyant speeches and you read in some book, eye contact, raise your voice, all this will never last. That you may be a great speaker but no one will follow you. Leadership is not about speaking, is about inspiring people. That today your organization, you know, needs a lot of fuel to keep running. That you need to pump it with petrol, pump it with passion, pump it with energy, pump it with belief, pump it with dreams, pump it with love. And all this comes from you. So a leader has to give and give and give and inspire. Tough markets, groups that are dying, people who have given up, markets where there's challenges, that you have to constantly inspire them. And then you got to recharge yourself with your dream, with your purpose. With the voices of Datu Srivijay and Japadas Bismarck with this Wednesday video. That there's no room for not inspiring people. That I inspire people all the time. Because if what I say can put a smile on somebody's face and get them to do a presentation, get them to continue networking, get them to achieve their weekly goals, then that is my duty as appliance, that is my duty as a leader. That leader is not a position of power, it's a position of service. That a leader has to learn to work with others and make others work among themselves. That a leader is never political. That a leader is driven by a purpose bigger than him or herself. That a leader and upline must only focus on the dreams of others and your dreams will automatically come true. That a leader works from this, not this. That a leader has dreams and is driven by financial success but will not compromise on integrity just to make money. That a leader carries a value system that can build countries, not only networks. That the leader is a great father, is a great mother. That a leader is a great son, a great daughter, a great brother, a great sister. That a leader cannot separate networking from his life. That I am like this, whether I am alone in this room or I am with my family, my kids, the puppies, it doesn't matter. This is what the wisdom I learned from Dato Sri Vijay in Japadas Bismarck because I look at them and they built this organization called qnet. They built this family called The V For the past 18 years with love from their heart. And when you build something with love, when you build something because you care, when you build something for the benefit of others, nobody and nothing can bring you down or stop you. So if you're watching this Wednesday video, ask yourself, what kind of leader or upline are you? Negative, inspiring. Are you building with love? Are you focused on their checks or yours? Are you selfish or selfless? Are you a servant, leader or a dictator? Are you here to make a difference or are you here to serve yourself? The Datosri Vijay in Japa built this organization for one purpose, Rhythm. Raise yourself to help mankind. That today you must understand that you sit in a position somewhere in your organization that requires you to build from your heart. That requires you to make sacrifices beyond what you can comprehend. So I don't care if you're tired. I don't care if you haven't slept. I don't care that if you've been rejected thousand times, you need to decide now whether you are willing to make bigger sacrifices for what you love, for who you love. That I always tell myself that love is not about holding hands and singing Kumbaya. That love is not about walking down the park. My mother, God bless her soul, told me that love is ultimately only about sacrifice. So if one day, if a bunny and a bumblebee fall in love, it is about sacrifice for that love. And I need you to understand this, that whatever sacrifice you are making right now, and you think it's big, trust me. As your organization grows bigger, as your checks grow bigger, as you cross borders and go into different countries, your sacrifices of will get bigger, but the pain will get less. Because I haven't slept for three days. I've been talking to people. I've been on the phone making videos. I don't feel any pain. I feel joy. I feel love. Because I know for the first time in my life, through my journey of life, I know why I am here. I know what kind of leader I'm supposed to be. I understand the sacrifices I make are worth it because it changes lives around the world. Common men and common women with the uncommon dream. The same what our founders have done, Datus Sri Vijay and Jayapadas Bismarck for the past 18 years. So whoever you are, wherever you are, listen to this voice. Look into these eyes. Be the right kind of leader. Be the best kind of upline that you are today. Put in a position by him to make a difference in other people's lives, Put others first and you will always remain first. Remember that. So guys, I love you so much. Inspire everyone, be positive, make a difference, focus on others dreams. And your dreams will become a reality. That this year is about being Limitless. And on May 3rd to May 7th, I hope to see all of you face to face. So I can touch you. That you can touch me. That we can understand the power of QNET in the V. That you will be able to see Datos VJ JA Paras Bismarck live on stage at VCon Malaysia 2017. Do it now. And this year I promise you that I will be a limitless upline. That I made a promise to Datu, Sri and Japa that I will be a limitless chief. That this year we will be limitless.
