Greetings, my amazing, unbelievable V family all over the world. This is your one and only gorgeous chief. All right. Sitting here in the beautiful city of Singapore. I just arrived yesterday after being in Bangkok in langkawi for the VPartners meeting. And now I'm finally in Singapore, one of my most favorite cities for shopping till you drop. And I'm here with none other than the QI directors, our founders, Dato Sri Vijay Japadas Bismarck V partner Dave Joel is here. And we've been having unbelievable discussions. And I realized one thing, that the year has crossed the middle of the year. We are right now officially in August. And in a few weeks, I'll be seeing all of you unbelievable warriors of mine at VCon UAE or VCon Dubai. And if you are right now in that state of mind where you're unsure, should I come, should I not come? My uplines haven't promoted it. I haven't made enough money. I need to make sacrifices to be there at VCon UA. Let me tell you from my heart to you make that decision. I guarantee you that it will be the best decision you ever made in your journey of life, that you will find your dream, you will find your purpose, you will finally understand who we are and you will get to listen to the great ones, Datu Sri Vijay Jaapadas Bismarck every single day. And it's not only about networking. It's about changing your life, realigning your journey, the direction, the purpose. Feeling empowered, feeling inspired, basically finally understanding that this business is not here, but it's here. And on this Wednesday message, I've been doing a lot of trainings for smaller groups of leaders and sending out so many videos to all of you around the world. And this Wednesday, I want to refocus everyone that my Wednesday messages are based on topics I feel. What I realized in my journey for that seven days from last Wednesday, my emotions, my feelings, what I realized, my growth, my learning on seven days. So basically I realized after 200 over Wednesday messages that you guys have truly understood the journey of Padman Siranthiraja, the journey of your chief, the journey of your upline. Okay? And this Wednesday, a very important message and I haven't spoken about this for some time, that ultimately, guys, let me make something crystal clear. If I have not made it clear. So look into my beautiful eyes and listen to my voice. You are here to make money. I know I speak about rhythm, about changing lives, about many other aspects and the beauty of network marketing, the beauty of qnet and the V and the leadership of Dato Sri Vijay. But you cannot allow all of those benefits to distract you from your main purpose. That is to make money. That you are here for financial freedom. That you want to buy expensive things, you want to live the life you deserve. And the minute you lose focus on making money and achieving your weekly goals, that you have made promises to your uplines, okay? You can never get it back. So I need all of you watching this video to recognize one fact, that you are here to make money. And I'm not saying money solves all problems, but I'm telling you, if you are financially free, almost 99.99% of your challenges in life vanish. And the 0.001%, that's your mother in law. Okay? And money cannot make her, you know, vanish. But you can send her on a long non stop trip around the world, but at least in first class. So I need you to remain focused on that goal. That you have an organization. You have your tracking center. You have the left, you have the right, you have, some of you are building a single tracking center, three tracking centers, seven tracking centers, doesn't matter. The point is your goal every week is to look at your BV counter and decide how much money you want to make this week. Whether it's US$2,000, 5,000, 10,000 max out or for the beginners watching this video, 250 or 2 to US$5. And the only way for you to achieve this is, is to understand that the activity in your organization, the BV coming in, is fundamentally important. So if you look at the logic of reversal, of management of your network, it comes back to that goal. It comes back to the goal that you are here to make money. That from the first day you signed up, I hope and pray that your upline sat with you, made you write down all your dreams. And if you look at your list of dreams, 80 to 90% of them cost money. You want to give your family a good life, that costs money. You want to buy your dream car, that costs money. You want to send your parents on a three week holiday, first class to Europe, that costs money. You want to be a better mother, better father, a full time mother, full time father to your kids, that's going to cost money. You want to be a man who looks after his woman like a princess, how she deserves to be. Because I believe that when you marry a woman, she doesn't have to work for money, she has to work because of passion for what she does. That every woman, I believe deserves to be treated like a princess. And A queen. And if you are a woman building this business, my respect for you is unbelievable. That you can be the provider for your family. That you can be the one who makes a difference in your family, regardless of your gender. And I believe today that many networkers lose focus on their core purpose of being in qnet, their core purpose of being a networker, their core purpose of being in the V family. That your core purpose is to get bigger checks every week. That your core purpose is to sustain those checks every week without an excuse and not allow that cheque to drop and, and go up and drop and drop and drop. Whatever the reason, however big the challenge you're facing in your market, in your personal life, I don't care that your focus is non negotiable. That the goal that you have laid out financially for that week must be achieved at all costs. Which means pushing yourself, pushing your team beyond their limits and become limitless. And right now, guys, if you lose focus on financial freedom, if you lose focus on your weekly financial goal, that is your check that comes back to US dollars or whatever currency and money, your organization will start losing focus. So if you study your organization right now, ask yourself, how many people are earning US$2,000? How many people are earning their weekly checks? How many people are earning US$5,000? How many people are maxing out? If you are maxing out how many diamonds, how many platinums, alright, how many sapphires, how many blue diamonds are you going to have? How many goals do you have in your organization by rank that ultimately, guys, if you deviate from the topic of making money, your organization will lose focus very fast. Then what happens to your organization? If everyone enjoys networking, how can you not enjoy network marketing? How can you not enjoy the power of association, the brotherhood, the sisterhood, alright, the fun, the laughter, the growth, the learning. But we are not a social club. We are not here as a university. We are not Deepak Chopra and Anthony Robbins. That your personal growth, your change, your evolution is a byproduct. But your key focus is to make money. And I'm saying this as your chief and upline that the life I have today, the ability that I can make a difference in people's lives around the world. The ability for me to be able to buy anything I want, not only for myself, I own everything I ever wanted, but the people I love for the kids. Alright, okay. It's only possible because I focused on making money. So don't lose that focus. That your weekly check is not only how much cash you receive, but It's a definition of how you behave. That seven weeks, what level of commitment you gave that seven days, not seven weeks, seven days. The sacrifice, the pain, the challenges you overcome for that seven days defines your check. So if your check is not what it's supposed to be, don't blame the world. Don't point fingers everywhere. Look at yourself and ask yourself, did you really give enough for that seven days? Did you push yourself out of your comfort zone? Did you truly believed and understood your limitless potential? So this week you're watching this on Wednesday this week you have goals to achieve. I have only one clear direction. Demand. Do whatever it takes but achieve your goals. Do whatever it takes and achieve your goals. If you have to go out there and get 10 direct referrals, do it. If you got to push everyone to get 10 direct referrals, do it. That this week your goal is non negotiable. When you send your tat to your uplines or to me this week you must achieve it. That you got two and a half days by the time you watch this video to push yourself to completely to your limitless potential. So I need to remind all of you once again from the day you signed up, you sat with your upline. You understood the potential of this industry, you understood the potential of network marketing and how much money there is to be made. That the concept of free enterprise is a God given right that you can go out there, push yourself and earn more than you could ever dream about. And right now don't waste this opportunity, don't fall into a comfort zone, don't waste seven days. Because every week you miss an income opportunity, you lose money.
