And the distraction comes in many forms, many shapes, many sizes. It could be our family, it could be Qnet itself, it could be your Own downlines, your own uplines or challenges you are facing, like I mentioned in my last Wednesday message. But what is magical about the great ones, what differentiates the men from the boys and the girls from the women? All right, from the average networkers to the great leaders, is the ability to stay focused and remember why you're doing this. Now, this requires you to walk down memory lane. Reprogram yourself, remember, remind yourself of why you started this journey. Alright? And I need you to recognize this, that many years ago, many months ago, few days ago, few weeks ago, you signed up. And whether you like it to admit it or not, you signed up because you wanted to. You were looking for something that I believe that the majority of the human race goes through their journey of life from birth to death with a lot of emptiness. That they lack purpose, that they merely survive and their sole purpose is to pay the bills and live a mediocre or average life. I don't think that this is what God or the universe intended. I believe that each one of us make choices. We choose and we end up in a certain cycle of life. Now we blame the world, we blame our parents, we blame our schooling system, we blame the government, we blame President Trump. But bottom line is your choices led you to where you are today. It is nobody's fault. It is your own decision making process. Now coming into qnet, starting this journey with us is a decision you made. I don't care how great the presentation was, I don't care how great my videos are. I don't care how amazing your upline was when he convinced you to sign up in qnet. Bottom line, you decided to join QNET with your own free will. Now after joining, a lot of people don't succeed in our business. A lot of people don't become, you know, max out kings and queens. A lot of people don't become Blue Diamonds or V partners or AVPs or VCs. And they turn around and they blame the system, they blame the industry, they blame the negative articles in Google, they blame a lousy upline or lazy downlines. But bottom line, I realize that after they made the decision to come into qnet, after they made the decision to become an entrepreneur and to start this journey with us with Datosvi, Vijay and Japa, our great ones, and they thought that was enough. They thought that decision alone was enough. But you're watching this video right now and if you are a new kid in our family, let me tell you as your upline in chief, it's not enough just to make the decision. The decision needs to sit on a foundation which is far more greater, far more emotional, far more meaningful to you and your journey of life. And that comes the purpose. That comes the dream. And the funny thing is, today, being 18 years with Datu Sri Vijay, making the money I've made thanks to Datu Sri Vijay, my mother. All right. You tend to forget why you started this journey. It's easy to forget that dreams, those dreams that make you smile on day one. The dreams that you achieved. It's easy today to buy a Ferrari, but you cannot forget the first car you bought with your income from qnet. Maybe you are living in your dream house today, which means nothing to you. But the first time you upgraded from a small apartment to a bigger apartment because of QNET, it was the most amazing magical experience ever. So one week before VCon I want to remind all of you that you started this journey with us with a dream. You started the journey with us because you wanted something more than what you had. So I know friends of mine, I know family members of mine who go through life with no purpose, with no dream, with no higher achievement that will define them, that they allow the world to define them, that go to work and come back home has become an acceptable normality in their life. And these are the people who we need to reach, because you and I were once there. But we made a decision. We found a purpose. We found a dream. Now, if you're watching this Wednesday message and you're looking at me, please let me tell you that you need to remember your dream. That you need to redefine your purpose. Because without that purpose, without that dream, the distractions of life, the distractions in Cunet, the distractions of the journey to financial freedom, will switch you off, will make you into a negative, bitter, uninspiring moron. That if you want to stay true to who you are, if you want to be the most effective upline, the most unbelievable networker, then you only can be driven by this raw essence of purpose that you must find, that nobody can find for you except yourself. And you must be driven by this dream that you're willing to fight for, that you're willing to die for. And that's the reason you became powerful. You did not become powerful because of your checks. You did not become powerful because we gave you titles, whether QNET or the V. You became a powerful networker because you were driven by something so pure that was relatable to every single downline of yours and your core leadership, the thousands of you listen to me every Wednesday, not because I'm giving you academic, technical knowledge, because I'm reminding you that this business is powerful. If you have a purpose and a dream, that wherever you are right now, watching this video, whether you're Africa, Middle East, India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, other parts of Asia, Europe, Central Asia, Turkey, Russia, America, it doesn't matter that this business did not judge you by nationality, background, religion, alright? But this business is only for those who believe, who have found their purpose, who have defined their dreams and are willing to kill, die, alright, for that abnormal, extraordinary existence of life. That the only prayer I do every night before I sleep for all of you is you don't have an ordinary life, that you don't live like 95% of the world, that after joining us, after joining this great organization of Datu Sri Vijay, you change, you evolve, you live life to the fullest. And this can only be possible if you know your purpose and you know your dream. So this week, spend some time, find that dream again. Find your purpose again. Redefine who you are as a networker. Go back to being a powerful upline and a powerful networker. And the only thing you need to do is stay focused on that purpose and dream. Then the rest of the distractions will not turn you into a negative person. The rest of distractions will not change you into a complete moron. Because the only way I have remained effective to you as your upline and a great downline to Datu Sri Vijay is because I never took my eyes and my heart away from my purpose and my dreams. And each one of you today, if you are struggling, if you are pissed off, if you are angry, if you are negative, find the root cause. And I promise you the root cause will be you have forgotten your purpose and you have lost your dream. Find these two things back and I promise you, you get back on track and and become the most powerful, most unbelievable networker ever.
