Foreign. Greetings to my unbelievable, amazing, beautiful V family all over our planet Earth. This is once again your chief. The one and only apartments in Athiraja with a T shirt. You have to take time to understand. If you look at the T shirt, you're going to think it's a cool design. No, it is actually Bugs Bunny on the T shirt. Take your time, figure it out. Look. Tada. You got it. All right, so I love Bugs Bunny and this T shirt is a representation of me never letting go of the child within me. Which is a mantra I think the whole world should practice. Then there won't be war and there won't be all these screwed up things happening around the planet today. Well, guys, I just landed last night after a amazing trip around Europe. Starting from Venice, getting on a cruise, going to Croatia, ending up in Barcelona for the Cunet Champions Diamonds platinum recognition program that we had in Barcelona. We all went to watch Barcelona win against a match with Sevilla in the Barcelona stadium. Unbelievable experience. Stayed in this most amazing hotel called the Majestic Hotel downtown Barcelona. Everyone shopped till they dropped, okay? And we had a great time spending time together practicing one of the biggest mantras of network marketing called power of association. I had time to meet all your uplines, all the leaders. We sat down and spoke about what's going to happen the remainder of 2017. We spoke about Dato Sri Vijay and Japa's vision of 2018, that every year we go into the year with big plans, big strategies to give everyone a crystal clear direction, crystal clear strategy that they have to apply to make sure that your organization and you personally grow. Because I believe from the first year you join the business, every single year, you stay in the business, every single year, you remain loyal to us. Your growth is fundamentally important. Your growth is a necessity. Your growth is mandatory. That what I cannot tolerate is people who are stagnant. That from 2015 to 2016, 2017 and now going into 2018, your checks are not growing, your organization is not growing, then there's fundamentally something wrong and you need to make the corrective, you know, actions. You got to take the corrective actions. You got to take the corrective steps to make sure that everything is ready for 2018. Now guys, I realize one thing, if you really look at network marketing, the fundamental aspect of our journey is one thing that is to take this great idea, this concept called qnet, this concept of free enterprise, this concept of having a dream of financial freedom and sharing it with people, alright? And doing the presentation and signing up people and bringing Them into your organization as your downlines, as part of your team. Now a lot of people feel that that is the end of the journey, that that is their responsibility, that they are supposed to sign people up and sign people up and sign people up and bring in the bv, bring in the bv, bring in this concept of direct referrals. And it's true to a certain extent that our key responsibility is not sit at home, meditate Singh Kumbaya. Our key responsibility of a networker is to take this business concept, this opportunity provided by Dato Sri, by Japa, the great ones, our uplines, and share it with the world and be proud of taking that piece of paper and the pen and going out there and doing presentation after presentation after presentation to anyone and everyone, starting with your circle of influence. Now that's what we do. This is our duty, it's our core activity in our business. But I realize today that a lot of networkers are doing this to perfection. They're out there. They are network marketing machines. They're signing up people left, right, crossing borders, rocking it, 3,000 BV, 5,000 BV, 7,000 BV. And the BVs are basically coming in and building somebody's check, increasing somebody's commission, taking somebody from zero to hero and making it possible for people to achieve max out with qnap. But I realized today that a lot of people stop at that point. They feel that their responsibility, their accountability is just to sign up. People sign up, sign up, sign up, sign up, sign up, keep signing up, but they don't follow through. They fail to take the next step and cross the line. That everyone you sign up, you have a responsibility towards that person, regardless whether they are your hot zone, warm zone or from the cold zone, doesn't matter. The minute you sign up somebody, it is your responsibility to hold that person's hand, guide that person with one ultimate goal. That is to get that person to earn, to make their checks, to earn weekly checks, to achieve their dreams, making their dreams into a reality for them to benefit from this great opportunity. So when you see prospects, your vision cannot stop at just the immediate bv he is purchasing and bringing into the organization. Your vision cannot stop there. You cannot look at every prospect just as an immediate reward mechanism that every prospect you sign up has the potential of, of becoming the next Sati, the next Arun, the next Atli, the next David or Dave Joel, Dave Advani. Every person you sign up is just starting their journey. So their start of their journey cannot be the end of your relationship with them. So I realized today, I realized today that many uplines who are aggressive and building like maniacs and I love it, but they sign people up and they stop. They end that relationship too fast, too soon. Maybe that person is not too switched on, maybe this new sign up is not as excited and a believer of network marketing or qnet, alright, or financial freedom. But you cannot give up on somebody so soon. The challenge people make, they sign people up and, and they give up on that person too fast, too soon. Dato Sri Vijay instilled one DNA in me. Never give up on anyone, even if they give up on themselves. You keep pushing, you keep guiding. Because you have to understand that as an upline, as a member of the V family, you have one accountability that everyone who signs up is our responsibility. It's our responsibility now to take them to earn their first cheque, their second cheque, to sit down with them, understand their dreams, understand the magnitude of money they want to make and what sacrifices they have to make to make that money. Understand what commitment is required from you as their working upline to guide them, hold their hand and make sure that they earn that commission consistently and that commission grows every week. So look at everyone you have signed up, look at everyone you have brought in, whether it's your hot zone, warm zone, cold zone, and ask yourself, how many of these people have switched off? How many of these people have quit network marketing, quit from qnap, quit from your organization and ask yourself, did you give up too fast on them? Did you stop calling them? Did you stop sitting down with them to understand why they are not performing to your expectation? Did you do basic building block number seven, allow them to counsel with you or you counsel with your upline to be able to guide these people because everyone gives up. This is human nature. When the going gets tough, the people who are weak, who don't have a dream that's big enough, they give up. But my question to you is, are you giving up too soon on your people? Are you giving up because you're too lazy to pay the price, to guide them every single step of the way? Because every V partner you see on stage and you're looking at your chief, your upline, sitting here in front of this camera. Not because I paid the price, because Dato Sri Vijay never gave up on me. He paid a bigger price. Because the easiest thing to do in network marketing is to quit on people who are not as switched on as you, who don't meet your criteria of a potential leader, who don't meet the right Attitude, the right mojo to fit into your organization. All right? Your power, your energy of your organization. But let me tell you this. Every great leader I know today from the V partners, the AVPs, the VCs, the max out kings and queens all over the world, at some point, they were the worst downlines. At some point, they were unsure whether they wanted to do this business. At some point, they doubted this concept, the business, the products, the company. But the reason why they are today giants in the industry, the reason why today they are the kings and queens of the V is because their uplines never gave up on them. Their uplines took that responsibility as a working upline dead seriously. And they held their hand and they kept walking every step of the way from first commission to max out. You never let go. You never give up on whoever you have brought in. Now, if the person smacks you and says, leave me alone, I don't want networking in my life. I hate this company. If I hear your name or the company's name, I'm going to take a gun and shoot myself. Okay, guys, if there's a prospect like that, maybe we let go a little bit, all right? Because we don't want to be responsible for, you know, people shooting themselves. But nobody is like that. People just say, it's not my cup of tea. I'm tired, it's not working out. I haven't earned enough money. Now. If somebody is not earning a check in your downline, it's your fault. If you are not earning a check every week watching this video right now, I have failed you. Alright? Maybe my message is not getting to you. Maybe I'm not making enough videos. As Dato Sri Vijay always said, Raghman, the only way somebody can fail in network marketing is number one, they quit, they walk away. Number two, if their uplines give up on them. So I realized today that we are bringing so many people into the V, so many signups. And I'm proud of you guys for going out there and focusing on the mantra of presentacion, presentacion, presentacion. But it doesn't stop there. That is just the beginning of your relationship with that person. To take and guide that person every step of the way. And prospects will be a pain in the ass. Prospects are not going to open their arms and say, please guide me, great one. Please hold my hand. I'm ready to sacrifice anything to be your most amazing leader. And downline. Guys, they're going to be a pain in the ass. They're not going to listen to you. Their cups are going to Be full. They're going to skip trainings. They're not going to do presentation. They're not going to take their tat seriously. All right? They're going to escape from power of association. They're going to avoid you like the plague because they know you're going to push them every time you meet them. But doesn't mean we give up on them. Because the day you give up on them, then you lose a potential. Sati, Arun, Atli, David. You lose a potential unbelievable downline who could get you to max out. So this week, pick up the phone and call everyone you assume who have quit. Call everyone who's 50, 50. Call everyone you have given up on because they were too difficult to manage, too negative, too much of a pain. Call them. Reactivate their mojo. Bring them back. If they tell you to fly a kite, call the next one. Call the next one. Call the next one. Because among all these people who supposedly gave up and quit, they are V partners, AVPs, VCs. All right? In them is limitless potential. In them is what we are looking for. All right? That I am here today sitting in front of you as chief as your upline. Because Datu Sri Vijay never gave up on me. So remember this, signing somebody up is just the beginning of a tough but beautiful journey of a relationship between an upline and a downline. And your duty, duty is to hold that person's hand and guide that person every step of the way for them to achieve their goals that they have laid out when you first met them. For them to achieve the commissions weekly and rise, all right? In the rank advancement rise in the size of the commission so that they do become maxed out kings and queens. And that is your ultimate responsibility. So this Wednesday I'm here to give you a wake up call that never ever give up on people. Never. No matter how difficult, how painful, how unreasonably tough it is to manage somebody. It is our duty never to give up on anyone. Because the reason why we are here, because somebody never gave up on us. I love you guys.
