I'm sitting here in my office, very excited because we are into week number five now. You know, I know that four weeks has passed since we started a brand new year, 2018. And I've spoken to many of your uplines and leaders at ICE. I'm catching up on my WhatsApp on TAT. So if I haven't read your tat, I'll be reading it this week. Keep sending it, all right? I've been spending a lot of exciting time with qnet, the V Q lifestyle. All right? To prepare for built to last 2018, Dato Sri Vijay, our grand upline and mentor one was in world Economic Forum Davos representing all of us. It's the highest platform of the creme de la creme of businessmen, politicians, ministers, prime ministers, people who make history attending this great gathering of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. And Datu Sri was there. Datu Sri spoke there. Alright, guys. And these past few days I've been interacting with a lot of people after ISB and after a lot of talking to them, I realized that a lot of people today, even you watching this video, signed up in qnet and are still confused about who we are, what we stand for. What is your expectation from your journey in qnet and the V? And what is network marketing? What is being an entrepreneur? So sometimes we take for granted that when we do the presentation on paper that the prospect truly understands it. Now, I live my life very simply, alright? I need to understand things before I can give 100%. I need to understand, accept, embrace the concept. Now, each one of you watching this video right now, you signed up five days ago, five minutes ago, all right? Five years ago, 10 years ago, all right? And you have gone through so many experiences of qnet. Firstly, you have been bombarded with a lot of new knowledge, a lot of new information, Network marketing, online purchasing, Quest account, E cards, products that until now, some of you don't understand. 3,000 BV on the left, 3,000 BV on the right. Then you earn money, okay? Building a local market, going global, okay? Dealing with people who listen to you. And some people don't listen to you. All right? You have struggled, you have got rejected. You had good weeks and bad weeks. Some of you, your checks went up. And then it collapsed, all right? Some of you built strong organizations where there was a crisis in your market and many people abandoned you and ran away and all that kind of stuff. Your family still doesn't have faith that you're going to max out. You may not have absolute faith that you're going to max out, all right? And a lot of things that's happening in your mind and in that process, most probably you have an upline who's just pushing and pushing and pushing and pushing, all right? Asking you to focus on presentation, presentation, presentation, and may not have time to sit down and explain to you and prepare you for this journey and prepare you emotionally, mentally, all right, spiritually for this journey that you're about to take to reach financial freedom. Now, somewhere along your journey, there's one thing that is guaranteed. You are looking for something. That's why you joined us. And you were looking for something that you call your dreams, your reasons, your goals. And these things are important to you. And you have been thinking about it since the day you were 16, 15 years old, who you wanted to be, what you wanted to own, how you wanted to live. And along your journey of life, the world slapped you and said it's not possible. And then somebody came and did a simple presentation on paper and reignited your belief that it is possible with this concept called qnet, with this great upline called the V, with the industry called network marketing. And many of you along your journey, trust me, even me, you have moments of doubt, moments of confusion, moments of fear, all right? Especially when you quit your job and become full time. Especially when your whole family is looking at you and saying, where's the money? Where's the max out? Where's the 10,000 US? Where's the 15,000 US? And then you come to Vicon and you see all these unbelievable people go on stage and present their story like it was a walk in the park to max out. And I need you to understand one thing. First rule I have about network marketing is that you are the deciding factor of your success. You can have a great upline and still not succeed in network marketing. You can have great downlines and maybe all of them are on one side and you cannot max out, alright? Qnet is the best company in the planet. Doesn't mean you're going to max out, that all the surrounding factors are just supporting factors. But ultimate decision maker, ultimate factor that decides whether you max out consistently and become financially free is you. Alright? And it's not about your work ethic, it's not about your system of training or your presentation. I can do a presentation in two minutes and sign up somebody. I can do a presentation for four hours and the person won't sign up. Alright? It all depends. It's not about your circle of influence because Hot Zone, you will always get signups. It's about you. And until you have clarity in your mind, alright, this business will not work for you. And to get clarity, you must stop once in a while. Take some time away from this. Busy, busy, busy. Run here, run there. Support training, VCon ISB systems own events in your group. Okay? Presentation, max out. Wednesday message. Keep watching the Wednesday message and many other things happening around you that you don't take time to stop and ask yourself, am I here still for the right reason? Am I here still because I have a dream that many people have forgotten? They have a dream, they have forgotten their dream. That network marketing has turned into a machine, that you have become a robot. That you're no longer doing it from your heart, that you're doing it from your mind, alright? You're just complying almost out of fear not to disappoint your uplines or not to be an outcast from your organization or team. And I've seen this in many people. And the worst time is when you are down, alright? And your upline hammers you even more, not stopping and asking what's wrong? How can I help? What's going on in your mind? Now the key factor is not what you do, it's how resilient you are, how tolerant you are, how focused you are on what you want. Is this really, really, really what you want to do? And on the fifth week of 2018, this answer must be crystal clear in your mind and heart that you are here. This is what you want to do. That network marketing with all the strengths and all the weaknesses of qnet and all the challenges you are going to face and you are facing right now, this is still what you want to do. That your mind has shut off all other options and opportunity that will always be there and the world is full of opportunity to help you become rich one day. But you chose this journey. Now when you are in this journey, the challenge is that you are not here 100%. That many of you, even after a few years have still not reached a point where you have 100% that this is what I want to do. Do or die. Alright? Good weeks, bad weeks, challenging weeks. Stupid downlines, stupid uplines, doesn't matter. Product not delivered. Alright, okay. Doesn't matter. I'M still gonna do it no matter what it takes. Now, that mindset, that paradigm must happen to you right now. And just because you've been around for five years, I am convinced that you're not 100%. That I have met people 10 years in the business who are 99.99%. That means not 100%. That means you have not allowed this to become you. That I am qnet. I am the V. I have nothing else that this business has given me more than anything ever in my life. It has helped me grow as an individual. It has given me a lot of money. Alright, it wasn't easy, but it was worth it. That you need that clarity. Somebody asked me once, chief, can I fail in network marketing? Can I fail in QNET? My answer is 100%. Cannot. Impossible. As long as you don't quit. As long as you don't quit and walk away, you can never fail. The only question is the time it takes. How long does it take for you to max out? How long before you reach financial freedom? How long before you stand up on stage at Vcon and share your story? And how long depends only on one thing. Whether every day you are giving 100%. Whether every day this is who you are, this is what you want to do. Now you are looking at me and say, Chief, I gave 100% yesterday. I did presentation, I attended my system, I spoke to my upline, I motivated my downline. I focus on my tat. It still doesn't mean hundred percent. That many people count the years they are in network marketing. Somebody came and told me, chief, I've been doing it for five years. I'm still not maxed out. Cannot. You cannot count the time. Count the days you gave hundred percent. Count the days where there was no doubt, even one ounce of doubt didn't exist in your mind. Count the days when everything collapsed around you and you still stood there and said, yes, I want to do this. This is what I'm going to do for the rest of my life. I'm never ever going to quit until I max out. I don't care what happens. I don't care who quits. I don't care how tough the journey becomes. I will never quit. Count the days when you gave 100% and put those days total together. Anyone watching the Wednesday message right now, it will not be more than one year. Even if you have been networking for 15 years, right, you haven't given more than one year of complete 100% do or die. This is what I want to do. This is my life. This is my only chance to change who I am and where I will end up in the next three to four years. Now if you're watching this Wednesday message from today, if you just wake up every morning and give 100% to everything you do, whether it's inviting, presentation, training, all right, follow through, whatever counseling with your upline, give 100% and be dedicated. It'll take one year to max out. Less than one year that everyone who's a max out king and max out queen today in the V&QNET. If I count the days they gave 100%. If I count the days they had no excuses. When I count the days where they became more powerful after a challenge that they were resilient, they were tolerant to pain beyond belief. As Dato Sri Vijay taught me. Everyone, one year. It took them one year of hundred percent days. One year where you gave everything, every day, 365 days. Give me that and you will be a consistent max out king and max out queen. And 2018, we have finished four weeks. The other 49 weeks including week five. Guys, give 100%. Erase everything in your life, erase it. They're not going to miss you for one year. Nobody's going to forget you for one year, alright? You're not going to miss out anything. Just stay focused. Dedicate every second to your own financial freedom. Give 100% every day and in one year, I promise you, you will be a max out king and a max out queen. I love you guys. Welcome to 2018. Built to.
