Alright, And I'm sitting here and you can see we're doing something different with the Wednesday message. Because today I was in the studio recording videos. I recorded a video called Built to Last. Make sure you watch it on VTube Plus. It's about building an organization that will last forever. Alright guys, because this year is about Building to last. And we need to focus on the foundation that holds up our network globally. And I made a video for about 40 minutes and you can watch it on VTube Plus. I've been thinking a lot and the past two days I haven't been able to sleep. And I've been sitting down at home spending a lot of time and thinking about my journey of life. And I know this year is our 20th anniversary and everyone is rah rah celebrating. And Vcon is going to be unbelievable with the 20th anniversary launch. But for me, I look back at my journey and from 1998 when I was a young man, very young man and I met Datu Sri Vijay for the first time for networking. I've known him my whole life. And we spoke and I realized something. At the age of 22, I was a nobody. I was broke. My life saving was about 20, 30 US dollars in my bank in Malaysian ringgit, about 90 ringgit. I didn't own anything much at all. I was jobless and I was at the lowest point of my life. Yes, I enjoyed partying a little bit. We had circle of friends like many of us when we were 22. But I had no future. I had no direction. But somewhere inside of me I knew that I wanted to do something to change that situation. I had crystal clear dreams. My mother was my biggest motivational reason. Until today. Even after I lost her. And I realized a lot of things. And at that time, Datusree Vijay, at that time he was not Dato Sri. He was Vijay Ishwaran. He came into my life and he spent time alright. He dedicated time to make me realize my potential. He gave me hope that life is not going to be screwed up till I die. That there is light at the end of the tunnel. Forget end of the tunnel. I didn't even see the tunnel. He Showed me the tunnel and then he told me there was light at the end of the tunnel. And I listened to this great man, alright? And walked through this journey of 20 years by his side as a student, as a brother, as a best friend. And the past two days when I'm thinking about my life today and please try to understand and many of you can relate to this watching this video, even if you're earning 1,000 US a week or 250 a week or max out, okay, Our lives are drastically different. 20 years ago I couldn't afford a normal meal. I had to think twice to choose what I eat. I couldn't afford anything. I would go to a mall and only look at things. And today after 20 years being with Dattu Sri Japa and this great organization, I'm limitless to alright. Not only financially but my belief system, my dreams have become a reality. And today I travel on with this journey with them. And the reason I'm telling you a little bit about my story so that you can understand what we do. I know I talk about max out and I want you to max out and I know I talk about, you know, systems presentation, presentation, all this is important. But also you need to understand what you're doing today that the decision you made of signing up in qnet, that's an irrelevant decision. You bought a product, congratulations. But the decision you made after that, maybe at VCon, listening to me, Datu Sri Japa, maybe watching a video, maybe spending time with your uplines, you made a decision that this is what you want to do. And yes, your driving force is your dreams, is your journey. Alright? You want to buy things, you want to give back to your parents, your kids, have a good life and all that stuff. But I need you to understand that you're also part of a revolution. You're part of a group of people which you are very privileged to be with that our nature of business today is not about selling products, it's not about network marketing. These are technical areas of our business. Our business is truly about changing lives. And when you think about it, this is something you and I could never do. We can't even change our brother's life or sister's life. You know, you can't even change your next door neighbour's life. You don't have that belief, you don't have that ability, you don't have that knowledge and realization to do that. But I want you to understand this, that today as much as you are focused on your journey to rank advancement and max out along this journey, don't forget what you do that what we do every day. And why I love network marketing, why I love the V Datusree Japa Qnet is not because of everything they do. It's not because of Manchester City and QI Tower. These are all things to give you confidence to go out there and tell the morons to fly a kite when they say we are not a credible company. But it's about changing lives. That along my journey of 20 years, my proudest moment is the people I met, who I signed up, who I trained, who came into my circle of influence after they signed up. You know, my friends, my brothers, my sisters. Today, okay, they're closer to me than my real families. And it's the fact that they were nobodies when they signed up. And today when I go to Vcon, when I go to your countries, when I come to your events or see your lifestyle change from the house you buy, the car you buy, I recognize the fact that my greatest contribution the last 20 years was I was given a gift from God that to be into this organization, that to come into this organization and have the ability to change lives, to pick people up who have given up hope, who don't dream anymore, who have forgotten their purpose in life and pull them up and make them into magnificent human beings, make them turn them from nobodies into somebody's. And they continued and paid forward and they went to countries that you can't pronounce. And we changed lives in Africa, in Central Asia, in India, in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, the whole of gcc, Russia, Turkey, Europe, today Southeast Asia. We're going into Vietnam. Now. Can you imagine in these countries there are millions of people just like you and me before this great concept, this great organization, this great man, Datu Sri Vijay came into our lives. They are hopeless. They have given up that they are living day by day with no hope of ever fulfilling their dreams or living their life to the fullest. And we go into these countries and we start with a piece of paper and a pen and somebody says, no, it's okay. The next person says yes. And I've seen these people who say yes today. Unbelievable who they have become, what they have done, that these are the same men and women who are nobodies five years ago, 10 years ago, 15 years ago, and today they are giants in network marketing. They can go on stage and inspire 10,000 people. Twenty years ago, I couldn't hold a microphone in my life. Depending on it, I speak to five people. I freak out and thanks to this journey, thanks to the mentorship of Dattu Sri Vijay. Alright. And the power of association with such amazing human beings that today I can inspire people. That this Wednesday message 15 minutes inspires thousands of people around the world. I never thought the day would come that I could sit on a sofa in front of a camera and reach thousands of people around the world. As Patman Senati raja, who was 20 years ago a complete, utter, useless loser. That I didn't know what was the capital of half the countries I visit today. That I've never been on a plane until I started my journey on this business. That my belief level was at the lowest point. And the reason why I'm telling you all this is I want you to see beyond the business. I want you to see beyond 3000 bv. 3000 bv. I want you to see beyond that and understand that today your purpose is powerful. Your purpose is huge. That for some reason you were chosen, and I believe there are no mistakes in the master plan, that you were chosen to come to us, to start the journey with us. You were chosen to come to that one VCON where the click happened or that one coffee session where you met me, Dato Japa somewhere. You were chosen to have that click. And today you have that power. That power to change lives. And I'm making this Wednesday message for you to understand the power you have. And I don't want you to misuse that power. I don't want you to underuse that power. I want you to use that power to the max. That you have been put into a position today where you were nobody a few years ago. Today you are somebody. Somebody with the power to change life just with your words, just with your passion, just with your confidence. Can you imagine? Think back to the day you signed up. Think back to the first day you signed up. You didn't know anything about this industry. You didn't know anything about yourself. You've forgotten your dreams. And today your dreams are becoming a reality day after day. That today from a nobody, people want to take photos with you and take your autograph. That some of you have been invited up on VCON stage to speak to 16,000 people. And sometimes we forget this, that we are so focused on the practical journey of this journey that we miss the magic. We miss that love, we miss that power. We miss that belief, that feeling inside your heart that you have become somebody. And I want you to use this power to change lives. That when you sign up, somebody is not about the product. It's not about the complaint. It's about you reaching out to somebody to drag them out of their despair, their darkness and bring them to the light. Right? And for them to realize their true potential. And one day, inshaallah, they will go on stage and. And they will go to coffee shops around the world and inspire people and don't care. Don't be affected by what people think of you, what the world looks at us. It doesn't matter. People have called me a thief, a moron, many names I can't even say on this video. Because your kids watch this video. I don't care. I know why I was chosen for this journey. I know why I exist in this journey today. I know the power that I have today that I can use to change lives. So when somebody asks me, what is networking really about? Yes, it's about making money. It's about max out, buy your cars, buy your houses, buy your Rolexes. Please do. But I realize after 20 years that network marketing ultimately, right, the raw meaning is. The real meaning of network marketing is the ability to change lives. The ability to give hope. The ability to reignite a fire that has died inside somebody. And this is a beautiful thing. So wherever you are in the world today, just change your paradigm. When you do a presentation, when you go on stage without sleep, when you surf at VCon. Alright. Or you stay up until 4 in the morning for power of association. Or you push your people for their targets tat this week. Or you push yourself to do presentation, whatever. No matter how painful it becomes, no matter how frustrating it becomes, no matter how many times you feel like giving up, don't give up. Because you have a gift, right? You have a priceless, limitless gift today. Who you are. You can change lives. And this power doesn't lie with many people. Screw the politicians. Screw the people who talk on TV and news. We are the silent warriors, as Datu Sri Vijay will say. We are the silent warriors who go into people's homes, go into coffee shops, going to countries, go into villages where they can't afford electricity, go into corners of the world that the world doesn't have the guts to go. And we focus on one thing. To change lives. And this Wednesday message is my message to you. For you to realize it and don't forget it. That the fundamental purpose of our existence in this world of network marketing, beyond the money, beyond everything else, is to change lives. And you need to do this and never stop doing it. And with great power comes great responsibility. And if you bring somebody into your organization do whatever it takes to make them successful. Because we need more silent warriors out there. We need more powerful networkers who can change countries, change cities, revolutionize the world of entrepreneurship, as Datu Sri always says. And I realized this after 20 years. This has been the toughest, most painful, most beautiful. I've never laughed this much in my life. I made some best friends. It's about changing lives. And it's an unbelievable feeling. And I need you to remember this, this Wednesday, that our purpose is greater than ourselves. Our purpose is more powerful than the sun. Our purpose is truly, and I'm not bullshitting you in any way, our purpose is truly to change the world by changing one life at a time. So welcome to a new journey. That we were all nobodies. And I guarantee you one day you'll be somebody. And when you become somebody, take that benefit, take that power, take that gift and change the world. This is what I am here for.
