A motivational Wednesday-message monologue by the speaker known as “Chief,” recorded in London. He uses a football anecdote and interactions with his mentor to argue that network marketing has evolved into a major global opportunity (he cites a $200 billion industry) and that Qnet leads by merging network marketing with e-commerce. He emphasizes that success requires "paying the price" — long-term perseverance, repeated presentations, and tolerance of setbacks — and contrasts entrepreneurship with a conventional job. He references Qnet’s ~20-year history, roughly 20 million people involved, startup investment ranges (~$700 to $10,000 USD), and invites viewers to VCon Malaysia (24–28 April).

Greetings to my beautiful Vcon V family all over planet V, that's our planet. This is your chief, alright? Sitting down here in my favorite hotel in London, the Mayfair Hotel, okay? While it's warm and cozy in the room, it's freezing cold, wet, raining, drizzling outside. So I realize now why the UK is not number one in the world for qnet. And I found the solution. They just need more sunshine, alright? Bottom line is that they need more of Chief, okay? And everything will be okay. So guys, I've been in London, watched a match where I learned a great lesson in don't get cocky too fast or don't get arrogant too fast. Where we were leading 20 in the first half of the match against Man United. And then the second half, first seven minutes, boom, two goals by Man United and then a third goal by Man United. By this time I've removed my jacket. I alright, jr, Mai and Kuna had to restrain me from going onto the pitch to beat the crap out of the referee easily. Two penalties and I'm telling you as a professional, that means could have been four, three. So congratulations, Man United and Man City. It's okay, we're still gonna carry the cup. Alright? So guys, I'm here in London and I've been sitting down and communicating with practically everyone around the world. And this Wednesday I want to talk to you about something fundamentally important that I realize today more than any time before is that our industry, network marketing, has evolved. Now many of you watching this video, you signed up, somebody showed you the presentation and you may not be hundred percent clear with the knowledge or the experience of understanding our industry because network marketing is huge. It has grown into a 200 billion dollar industry and predominantly the companies come from the United States into other parts of the world. But the past few days I've been sitting with our mentor, Dato Srivijay, watching him engage and interact with professionals and really, you know, a class people from various industries and fields and they were all chatting and he was a speaker at some great events here in London. And I realized one thing, that the direction of the world today, the direction of our children, our grandchildren, all right, the next generation, they're no longer interested in going through the mill like us. Go to college, get a degree, get a job and work there for the next 40, 50 years. Nothing wrong. Our dads did it, our moms did it. But the world is changing that everyone today is hungry for something different. They are hungry for something that is not only going to give them financial freedom but take them away from that rut, that routine, that go to work, come back home, go to work, come back home, go to work, come back home, go to work, come back home, go to work, come back home, life. They want to change it and they are looking for opportunity. And today, more than ever before, you have the largest number of opportunities available out there. You turn to the left, there's an opportunity. Turn to the right, there's an opportunity. I'm not talking about traditional opportunities. I'm not talking about opening a restaurant or starting a clothing line. I'm talking about, you know, referral programs, online programs, schemes, all right, that have been growing all over the planet. But at the core crux of it, the most powerful concept of entrepreneurship for the common man and the common woman with the uncommon dream is network marketing. It's inevitable. There's no other better business than the concept of network marketing. And qnet today is the leader. And I'm not saying this because I love qnet. I'm saying this purely from practical logic. Qnet today is the leader in the forefront simply because we are the first and only company on the planet that has taken network marketing and merged it with E commerce and made it work. So we are celebrating our 20th anniversary. We have close to 20 million people around the world who have come into our family using E commerce, using the modality of direct sales and network marketing. And we have created. Alright, millionaires. Now let's wake up and smell the coffee. Not everyone is a millionaire. And I'm the first one to tell you this. The reason why everyone is not a millionaire, because I don't think everyone is built the same way. I don't think everyone is willing to embrace paradigm shifts, alright? Wholeheartedly, completely, and move on with it. Because when you look at network marketing, from the day you sign up to the day you max out, to the day you reach financial freedom, only one thing happens. There's constant realization. There's constant paradigm shifts. There's constant moments of tolerance, alright? Understanding, almost giving up, not giving up, staying focused, keep fighting. Having the ability to keep your dream alive when everyone around you is trying to steal it. So when you look at the day you sign up, till the day you max out, alright, the timeline could be 10 years, the timeline could be 15 years, I don't know. All I know is from the time you decide as a big decision that this is what you want to do, that you have understood it, now you're embracing it, the paradigm shifts have happened, that no matter what happens, we are the Most attractive business entrepreneurship model on this freaking planet that can cross borders, allow somebody to start their own business with as little as 700 US all the way to 7,000 or 10,000 US doesn't matter. Alright? The best support system the world can ever have, all right? The best mentors and icons like Dato Sri Vijay and Japadas Bismarck who are there as living proof after 20 years, alright? The VCon VTube plus, alright, everything that we provide sort of keeps you on track. But there's one thing that you need to do that is you need to pay the price. Because I believe that after 20 years, I'm sitting here in London recording this Wednesday message and. And I'm financially wealthy thanks to Dato Sri Vijay and thanks to my mother. But I paid the price. And paying the price is not a science. It's not something I can train. It's not something I can go on stage and talk about. Paying the price is what you have to do. And for every individual, and you're watching this video for everyone, their price is different. That some people have to wait a long time before they see their first check. Some people get stuck at a certain commission but never grow. And some people's commission grows so fast, but then something happens and their whole network collapse and they go back to zero. And then some people just struggle every day to keep their downlines motivated, all right? Or even complying or listening to the uplines. And of course, everyone, including you, struggle to do the most important activity. Network marketing. Presentation. Presentation. Presentation. And the challenge with network marketing. The challenge with financial freedom. The challenge with living the life. Because people look at me now and say, chief, you're so lucky. Look at you, Chief, I want to be like you. Hey, wake up and smell the coffee. You were not there for the 10 years. For the 12 years when I busted my ass. When I didn't sleep a single day. When I gave up every aspect of my social fabric and social existence. Where I used to fall asleep and park my car next to the highway. Where I missed lunch, dinner and breakfast and completely forgot about it, or went on stage and did presentacion after presentacion after presentacion to the point that you lose your voice. That's the price we all paid. It wasn't a walk in the park. But at some point, paying the price pays off. And right now, my biggest challenge with the network, globally speaking, including you watching this, wherever you're from, however young or old you are in this business, you are not willing to pay the price. And paying the price simply means at some point, this journey becomes painful. At some point you become tired. At some point you feel like giving up. At some point you get hit by a train, even though you believe you did everything right. But if you pay the price and you can tolerate the pain, then things start to happen. Then max out is possible. Because like I said in a previous video of my Wednesday message, when you switch off, when you give up, it doesn't mean you physically give up. Doesn't mean you go to appliance and say, that's it, I quit. No, There are a lot of morons who are still in network marketing, still in qnet, the ve, following the system, following the upline. But here they have given up simply because they can't handle paying the price anymore. But here's my question to you guys. If you can't pay the price, what are your options? Now you started a journey of entrepreneurship. You have tasted the life or the mindset of an entrepreneur. I'm not talking financial freedom, mental freedom, that you know that one day you're going to make it. And that's a powerful thing, Trust me. And right now, a lot of you have to recognize the fact that paying the price is worth it. And if you just are willing to pay the price a bit more, tolerate the pain. Ignore the naysayers, ignore the morons who are laughing at you. Ignore the facts. Alright? This is important. Ignore the facts. Let's say I have not earned money for two years. Ignore that fact. Because in network marketing, as my mentor previously, Dexter Yeager said, if the dream is big enough, the facts don't count. Even the facts can be ignored. If your dream is big enough, if you are willing to pay the price. So this week, this year, 2018, I'm not asking you to perform a miracle. I'm not asking you to give up everything in life and become a lunatic sitting in a bus. Stop saying qnet. I have to do it. Oh my God. Presidentacion. I gotta make some. I don't need to be a psycho. You understand? The V can only have one cycle, you understand? But I need you to be willing to pay the price consistently. And the time when the click happens will happen. But my question is, what is your choice? If you give up right now, if you slow down, if you get frustrated, if you can take the beating, then where are you going to go? You're going to go back, apply for a job, dress up in the morning like a clown, go into a traffic jam or a train or something and go to an office you hate and sit down there and say, yes, sir, no, sir, right away, sir. Can you do it? I can't. If for some reason the whole company collapses and the world vanishes tomorrow, or the world of network marketing vanishes, I'll go back to some small village and plant carrots and other leafy vegetables, which can help calm the mind, you understand? Alright. And become a farmer. The fundamental aspect that your normal life, you never had to pay the price in network marketing, when you choose to be a dreamer, when you want financial freedom, you got to pay the price, whatever it may be. And the challenge is, when you come from that world to our world, you're not used to paying the price. So the slightest pain you can take, the slightest challenge you cannot tolerate. And this is why you're not maxing out. Nothing to do with the environment, nothing to do with the products, the complaint, the market, nothing. It is you. Your lack of ability to pay the price consistently without switching off mentally somewhere throughout the journey. And I'm here not because I'm the greatest networker. I'm here because I have the greatest network as my appliance, Datusli Vijay. But I'm here because I paid the price. No doubt, no thinking twice, no backing off. I just took whatever came and I kept going. And that's all you need to do. And I promise you, right, you will max out. And I'll see you max out. Queens and max out Kings at Vicon Malaysia. 24th to 28th of April and I'm flying back today, leaving this cold country, back to the tropical beauty of Malaysia. And guys, alright. And since I'm UK, let me give a tribute to all the UK networkers. 2018 UK. Okay, we're gonna raise the British flag, guys. Love you guys. All right, see you at VCon.
