Hattaiwat Pusanti (the "chief") delivers a Wednesday motivational message for Qnet/network marketers, urging viewers to adopt three paradigm shifts to survive and succeed: (1) build stamina and staying power to meet unpredictable, high-intensity demands; (2) treat network marketing as an entrepreneurial business with industry-specific challenges that must be expected and managed; and (3) accept personal responsibility—stop blaming others and commit fully. He uses anecdotes about his mentor (Dato Sri Vijay), his own sacrifice and 20-year journey, and practical warnings about market differences and regulatory challenges.

Greetings to my unbelievable, beautiful. All right, crazy V family all over the planet. This is once again your chief, your upline Patman Senati Raja sitting here still looking the same like last week. And I made the video last week about the tiger within you that I hope that you guys this week have matched your actions, your networking activity, but matched it with the level of intensity and passion both at 100% or 200% equally. And this week I've been spending a lot of time the past two days with Dato Sri Vijay, my mentor, my older brother, the most amazing upline you could ever have or ask for. And listening to him address the QI board of directors and handling a lot of our challenges and strategies whenever we meet. And today, this Wednesday, I want to talk to you about what you belong to. All right? Where has your decision led you to? Okay, now I know our industry is very big today. Qnet has grown to become one of the strongest network marketing companies in the world. And the industry is evolving, changing. And the good news is we are ahead of time because we are still running on the e commerce platform 100%. And the industry has been defined to you by many people, including myself. And I realize today that a lot of networkers get into network marketing, but their mindset has not aligned or the proper paradigm shifts have not happened to them to actually survive in network marketing. Because you think about it, you join network marketing whether you are one day, one week, one year, ten years, all right? Whether you're earning a little bit of money or you're maxing out every week, your journey is about survival. It's about success. And you can't achieve success if you don't survive in this new world of yours. And many of us before joining network marketing had a certain mindset, had a certain character, had a certain paradigm that is fixed in your mind. And then you join network marketing. And Datusree at VCON Malaysia spoke about change, like what's your name change? And I completely agree and buy into it because department 20 years ago when he crossed over into the world of network marketing, he had to change so many things in him, the way he lived, alright? That life is no longer normal when you become a networker. And you know this, your life is not balanced, that you work 18 hours a day. You're doing presentacion, presentacion, presentacion. You're rushing to a training, you're rushing to a welcome. You're rushing to do your systems, okay? You are coaching, training, prospecting, handling mental breakdowns, handling challenges, handling depression, pushing a guy to max out monitoring the tat of everyone in your organization. And this keeps you busy. And you will be surprised how many people don't survive in network marketing simply because they don't have the stamina, they don't have the work ethic, they don't have that energy to stay switched on for 12, 16 hours in a day that they actually get physically tired, alright? That they can't keep up with the demands of the network. So if you ask me what has network marketing done to me, it has increased my stamina that I can go on and on and on, whether it's VCon, whether it's ISB, whether it's a day in the office or somewhere I'm doing a training or event, or dealing with my amazing corporate family or the networking family. It requires an unbelievable amount of stamina. So bottom line, if you're lazy, if you need a lot of rest, if you need your 12 hours of sleep and you need to eat on time and follow a certain fixed routine every day, you cannot survive in network marketing. The network marketing is going to slap you, punch you and pull you out of your routine. Because there is no routine in network marketing. When I wake up, not in the morning, because I sleep at 6, so I get up at noon. When I wake up at noon, I don't know how my day is going to be. I don't know where it's going to go. And somebody said, you know, chief, you got to plan your time management. You know, these are the people who deserve a tight slap. You cannot manage your time. And you know this right? When you're dealing with a network because you plan your day, suddenly somebody calls you and says, I got this guy wants to sign up. 7000 BV, please come now, help me close Zoom. And then suddenly there is a negative article in the newspaper and there's one group of depressed people, Zoom. You run here to reawaken their passion and remind them of their dreams. So it's about the ability to stay switched on even if your body is tired, even if you haven't slept for days. Like me right now, even though you haven't eaten three meals in the past three days, you only have three meals. You survive that one paradigm shift that you need to survive in this industry is the ability to push yourself physically, mentally, emotionally and sustain that level of power in you. Because I am doing this Wednesday message, guys, and I've been having meetings non stop for the past 72 hours, all right? And I just came from a corporate training like the corporate isb for the three days before that and I haven't slept. I don't know when I had my last meal, but I'm here. I need the stamina to do this Wednesday message. And you need stamina, staying power, consistency, consistent focus and strength to stay in this industry, to stay in this business. You need that paradigm shift that it's going to push you from every aspect of mind, body and soul. And if you don't have the ability to survive what is coming your way, and for those of you who are new, it hasn't come your way. One presentation a day, two presentations a day is nothing. Look at your uplines. They all look like they came from a mental asylum. That's where you're going to be. But that is what is required to achieve success. Especially in the early years. Now I got a bit more control of my time because I'm financially free. But the first five years of my networking career, my life was surrendered to network marketing. I surrendered everything in my life to max out. Okay? I told my friends, I have no time for you. I told my family, call me in emergency. And I told my mother, you're not going to see me. But I'm doing this for you, Amma, and one day you'll appreciate it. And she does and she did. God bless her soul. Alright? So you need to embrace the fact that until you're willing to surrender completely and give this complete commitment to network marketing, don't complain that your checks are not high. Don't complain that you're not maxing out consistently. Don't complain because when you don't give 100%, max out is not going to drop from the sky. Alright? So recognize the fact you need to surrender. You need the stamina, you need to pay the price and push yourself. Secondly, the second paradigm shift you need is basically you're an entrepreneur in business and the business model is network marketing. I want to say this very clearly, so listen carefully to your upline in chief. I remember every time I went to Dato Sri and complained about a challenge in network marketing and there's one thing guaranteed network marketing will give you. Guaranteed besides max out and income and your life is beautiful and you grow as a person and you make new friends and build a family like the V is challenges. So every time I went to Datu Sri and told him a challenge I'm facing, he said, were you not expecting this? This comes with the territory of network marketing. Next challenge. This comes with the territory, Apu. Next challenge. This comes with a territory. Then I understood that Every business you go in, you go into a territory. Whether it's the restaurant business. I just had a great idea for restaurant earlier. I was telling Rejoy, Irish and Mike, but I'll tell you my next Wednesday message. Or whether you go into the pet shop business, whether you go into the IT business, whether you go into the creative business. Every business on the planet has a fixed set of challenges that should not surprise you. So you chose this industry. You chose this industry. You said yes. I didn't come there and twist your hand and put a gun to your head and say sign up and join this industry. You said yes. I want financial freedom. Qnet looks good. I said yes and I signed up. Alright? And this industry comes with its own challenges, it's territory. So whatever you're going through right now, in regulated markets, less challenges. In unregulated markets, much more challenges. In competitive markets, much more challenges. In more corrupted markets, more challenges. This is part of the territory. I handle this every day. Depending on the market environment, third world country, advanced country, new challenges, alright? Like now Europe has a data protection law where technically in Europe you should not be able to see your downline's address, name or phone number or even name. We are trying to figure our way around it. Okay? So guys, your paradigm shift or the preparation to survive in network marketing is don't be surprised, don't panic when the challenges come because these challenges are part of the network marketing direct sales territory and everyone faces it. Whether you are in this company, that company, this company, that company, this company, everyone faces it. You don't know about it because you don't know people in that company. I bet you there's a chief there, there's a Datosri there. Not the Datosri, like a Datosri there, alright? Handling their downlines with all the challenges. But you see, if you allow these challenges to surprise you, then it stops you from networking, it stops you from surviving, it stops you from progressing, it stops you from pushing yourself and your downlines forward. So when I got into networking, I came from college, from law school, I didn't know the territory of network marketing. Everything surprised me. Not anymore. I'm a veteran now. I understand this industry, I understand what comes with the industry. And we have to adapt, adjust, accommodate, fight. Okay, okay. Find solutions, inshallah. And manage our downlines now. Why your downlines are all freaking out whenever there's any kind of challenge or I didn't make money fast enough. Oh, the networking is so stuff. People, people are saying, no, media is saying this Blah, blah, blah, blah. They are surprised because you didn't prepare them for the territory. So wake up and smell the coffee. You are now an entrepreneur who is aiming for financial freedom. Something your father didn't have, your grandfather didn't have, your great grandfather didn't have that. Some of you watching this video right now have earned more money last week than you have earned in any job in a month. Some of you earn in one week what you wouldn't earn in 10 years in a job. So wake up and smell the coffee. This is the most rewarding concept of entrepreneurship. If you survive, then you can reach for max out. And most people who don't reach max out simply because they don't survive, they're just not ready for this. You didn't prepare them, or maybe I didn't prepare you, I don't know. Okay, but if you're not prepared for this journey of survival in network marketing, because survival is staying in the business. Max out is achievement. So if you don't survive, you don't stay in the business. How are you going to achieve max out? So you need the stamina to survive physically, mentally adapt. Adjust, complete. Go here, go there, fly here, fly there. Prospecting, meeting, presentation, training system. Welcome, whatever VCon ISB. Do it and you become better at it. It's like a survival. The first day I throw you in the jungle, what happens? You go to a corner and you say, I'm all alone. You hear one sound in the darkness, you freak out. But if I leave you in the jungle for three years, you would have built a house. Alright, Open a restaurant for yourself because there's nobody else in the jungle. Okay. All right. You will know how to catch fish. You will know how to swing from three to three. Like Tarzan. You adapt, adjust, and it becomes a place where you can strive and survive. Like network marketing and the final and third paradigm shift that you have to recognize that before network marketing, you had so many people to blame. I blame the world 22 years of my life. I blame my mother. I blame my small town. I blame the girl who said no to me when I wanted her to be my girlfriend. I blame the education system when I failed an exam. I blame, blame, blame, blame, blame, blame, blame, blame, blame, blame, blame, blame, blame. Because I was dependent on these people. They owed me. Now today you have become an entrepreneur. That tracking center money you don't share with me. And I don't need your BB because I max out automatically just by going to the bathroom and coming back. Are you guys with me? We are big today. So your tracking center income is yours. You don't distribute it to everyone. When you max out, you take the money and say yes, it's mine and you spend it so it's you. There is nobody to blame. Yes, things are not perfect, but welcome to life. Alright, my life is not perfect. But I choose not to blame my life. I survive. And survival is hard enough. And if you can survive, then you become stronger every single day. You become more resilient. You shouldn't become weaker. So you need to understand that your success is in your hands. Your max out is yours. Alright? I know you edify your uplines everyone. You thank me, you thank Datosree, Vijay and Japa, our founders. But you know you paid the price to max out. That money is yours. If you want to give it to me, I'm more than happy to take it. I'll build schools around the world so there's nobody to blame. Ultimately it's your journey. I am here for you. Your uplines are here for you. Dato and Japa are here for you. But ultimately success is only yours. Right? Failure is yours. There's no need to blame anyone anymore. Just stay focused and survive. If you survive long enough, the sun will rise, the helicopter will come and rescue you from the jungle to the world of Max out that you need to survive. And that is how I am here today. That yes, I maxed out. I made a lot of money. All this. But the biggest, biggest achievement is that I survived for 20 years. I didn't have breakdowns. I didn't quit, alright. I didn't run away, I didn't hide, I stayed, I fought, I got knocked down, I got up again, I changed. Whenever necessary, I adapt. I just accommodate. So you need to survive this journey and then max out belongs to you. So be a survivor first and then be a max out king or queen of this organization. Love you guys.
