Padman Senathirajah (the Chief) records a personal Wednesday message from Bangkok reflecting on his birthday (attended the IFA Awards) and the mentorship of Dato Sri Vijay. He urges viewers—especially QNET/IFA network marketers—to "live the truth" by regularly auditing their finances, relationships, motives, and leadership effectiveness; emphasizes service to others over personal recognition and frames truthfulness as essential for sustainable success and becoming a true "max out" leader.

Greetings my amazing Bollywood IFA V family all over the world. This is your chief in my favorite city, Bangkok, Thailand at the QNET office here in Bangkok. Just spent the whole day with the amazing corporate staff from the V&QNET and my very, very dear friend JR Maya. And we are here in Bangkok because the last weekend, my birthday weekend, I spent the whole weekend at the IFA Awards which is the Indian Film award ceremony, which is one of the biggest award ceremony for Bollywood in the world. It so happened to fall on my birthday, the award ceremony. I want to thank all of you guys for the wishes, for the love that you guys have showered onto me throughout my whole birthday celebration. I miss my mom a lot because my birthday only meant something when I was with her and growing up. I think as kids we take our birthdays very seriously. And then as we grow older, our birthdays are just an excuse to drink and party. I don't drink, I party occasionally. And this birthday I was with close friends, Kuna and Sati, most importantly were there, my brothers, very close friends. JR was there and then we had a cake and I was thinking of my mum because every birthday I celebrated was with her, because of her. But she likes his birthday celebration. And you guys compensated so much with your love, with the things you guys wrote on social media. About me. I'm very humble, all right. That I want to remind you that I'm here in service to you, in service to the founders Tatosi, Vijay and Japa. Sometimes when you guys say these great things about me, it humbles me a lot. I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. So thanks on the birthday, birthday, birthday wishes. And this Wednesday message is about something I was thinking about during my birthday. Because of the fact that this birthday was quite quiet, calm and collected, I managed to have some time alone and with the people I love the most and to think about the journey of life. So I am 8 years old, old enough and life has been exciting, adventure and sometimes I believe that we go through life so fast, so extremely fast that we don't stop to evaluate, to ask questions, to face the truth, to not over analyze, but to face life and understand where we are. And I think this is a form of escapism that we all live in some form of denial. You, me, everyone. And I remember many years ago when I was sitting with Dato Sree Vijay, our upline, the most amazing upline, my mentor, alright. And he told me that Padman, there's one philosophy you have to live through life is to embrace the truth that the world lies to us. We lie to the world. That every single moment of our day, we say white lies. We look in the mirror and we say we are not overweight. We look at the scale. We eat what we want. We pray to God with selfish requests. We have never reached a point of truly being in service. And Datu Sri Vijay says that we are so accustomed to living a lie that we rationalize everything we do as it's okay. We rationalize our existence that it's okay. So if you're broke, you say, oh, this is my life. This is where I belong. I'm broke. If you are rich, you take credit for it yourself and say, this is all my effort. And if something bad happens, you blame everyone around you. You blame the environment, you blame this, you blame that. For every failure, you got 200 reasons for every success. It's only you who made it possible. So when Datta Sri Vijay told me that living life is about living the truth, I asked myself for my birthday that how much of my journey from zero to today have I truly embraced the truth and lived by it? Because we all have secrets, alright? We all have past. We all keep things in the closet. Some of our closets are overcrowded. We go and rent a warehouse. You understand? Okay? And I made a decision that living life based on the truth is how we should live, how we should strive to live. And to each one of you watching this video right now, I need you to face one truth today, alright? Of where you are, of who you are. Because sometimes we talk so much about the future. We talk about max out. We talk about dreams, we talk about achieving so much that we fail to first admit where we are. That many of you watching this video right now, you literally hate where you are right now financially. From a form of relationship, from a form of success, from the form of relevance recognition of where you are, you hate it. You hate your life, you hate your job. You're stuck in a relationship that you hate. All right? You surround yourself with people who don't really care about you and you don't care about them. You're stuck in a situation where you're struggling to wake up every morning because your sense of purpose is gone. And if you do not recognize that fact, if you do not face the truth of where you are right now, then there's no way you're going to take that leap and move forward. And even if you're already in the network and you are building and you're earning money doesn't mean Life is perfect. Doesn't mean you're doing the right thing. Doesn't mean that you are who you think you are. The king of the network, the upline. No, you're not. You have to face the truth. You have to evaluate and ask yourself whether your downlines really, really respect you and follow you. What do they say when you're not around? Are you an effective upline? Or are you self centered and focused on your own dreams and not worried and care about other people's dreams? That I believe that every day we have to stop and audit our lives. That we have to do a stock check of how truthful are we living life? Are you actually working hard or are you giving the perception? You're working hard but deep down inside you're lazy. Have you reached a comfort zone? And you know that if tomorrow everything stops, you'll go back home and sleep as a lazy moron. Do you have enough dreams that are worth fighting for, worth dying for? Are you truly an effective upline or valuable downline? Do you believe in the concept of Datu Sri Vijay? Of changing lives and making a difference or raising yourself to help mankind today? Ask yourself, face the truth. Are you truly a good father? A good mother, A good husband, good wife? Are you a good son or daughter? Did you call your parents yesterday or have you visited them the last one month? Do you take time off to listen to the kids speak or ask them for their opinions? Do you as husband and wife, do you talk now? Or is your relationship empty and you're staying together simply because culture demands you stay together or your children are the reason you stay together? When's the last time you gave your husband or wife a kiss and say I love you? Are you truly in this business for the right reasons? You got to ask yourself these questions. That facing the truth about our lives where we are right now is the only way that we can propel ourselves forward. That sometimes it's difficult that each one of you. You all have dreams. Each one of you. When you came to vcod, you meet me, you come to isb. Alright? You all have dreams. The question is how important is the dream for you? Did you write down the dream list just to satisfy your upline? Or did you write down the dream list because this is something really you want to achieve, right? Are you today paying the price? Or are you the kind of guy or girl who just exists in network marketing? Because it's a great social platform to fill up another truth of emptiness in your life or insignificance of living in society, are you pushing yourself hard enough to be a max out king and a max out queen? Or is that maxed out dream just an excuse for you to stay relevant? Yes, it's going to happen. Yes, it's coming. Yes, I'm pushing myself. So based on this philosophy of truth that Datu Sri Vijay shared with me many years ago, I still find it difficult today to sit down and face the truth of who I am, where I am. Am I failing you as an upline? Am I truly being the best Padmin Sinatiraja can be? Is my life reaching its limitless potential? But I demand that I ask myself these questions. I demand facing the truth every single day. As uncomfortable, as painful as it is. Because that's the only way we move forward in life. Or not. Like many people you know and many people like you and me before we live a lie. And when you live a lie long enough, it becomes the truth to you that you embrace it. This is who I am. This is how I do things. The refusal to change will destroy you. That you need to understand that in our business it's not about you. It's not about your cheque. It's not about your income. It's about whether you are truly an inspirational leader to others. That you are not only here to focus on your check but you're also here to focus on building people. And you cannot build people if you are not changing, evolving and growing up constantly. And that can only happen even with a great mentor like Dato Srivijay. You still have to face your truth. You still have to face the truth every day. You still have to push yourself constantly out of your comfort zone. No matter how painful it is that this is your life, your journey. And to reach Maxcel, to become a truly powerful network marketing leader. To become a V partner, to become a personality that the world respects. Like Datu Srivijay and Japa, our founders. There's only one secret. Live the truth. Face the truth. Speak the truth. Embrace the truth. First with yourself, then the rest of the world. That I believe the biggest disease in network marketing is everyone wants to be a preacher. Everyone wants to share their wisdom with the world. Everyone wants to take everything they have learned and boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, shoot everyone with knowledge. You understand because that makes you feel relevant. That you are now a trainer, uplight, visionary, mentor to your downlines. But you won't be effective and you will not last long unless you face your truth every day. Ask yourself the difficult questions. Find the answers. Push yourself out of the comfort zone before you have the audacity to push others. Alright, Ask yourself, are you a max out king or queen today? Before you tell others to max out that before you preach about in service, ask yourself, are you truly in service to your parents, to your husband or wife, to your children, to your team, to your downlines, to society not by action, but your life itself must be a philosophy of inservice. Do you truly care for the people who have given their dreams to you and for you to be responsible for making that a reality? Do you truly love? Do you have the ability to love? Are you truly building something that's built to last? And these questions must be constantly asking and I am asking you and I hope that you understand that this Wednesday message is about the truth. Are you truly proud of being part of qnet or are you trying to find ways to redefine and say oh yes, I'm part of an e commerce company out of Hong Kong without even mentioning QNET to friends and relatives who you are afraid will judge you, but you fail to understand that they're already judging you today. And that is the truth. That even your brother, sister, best friend, cousin, auntie, uncle who hug you and say they love you judge you every single day. And that's the truth. But are you living for them? Are you living for the people who truly matter? All right, the people who depend on you. The people who have given absolute faith to you without even knowing much about you. That's a big responsibility. So this Wednesday message spot the truth, face it, live up to it. Live every day trying your best to embrace it. And then you become a true max out king or queen. So I love you guys and I will see you@vcon UAE. The only thing matters is living life on the truth.
