Hattaiwat Pusanti (the Chief) delivers a motivational address to the V family focused on clarifying purpose and restoring intensity in QNET network-marketing activities. He contrasts inspirational gatherings (VCon) and mentorship with the current problem of mixed messaging and information overload, argues that network marketing requires delayed gratification and disciplined, measurable weekly targets (checks, BV, presentations, Rule 3), and issues a direct call-to-action for leaders and members to re-establish weekly goals and accountability.

Greetings to my unbelievable V family all over the world. This is your chief, alright, here to refocus you on important topics. Okay? Now guys, it's been an exciting year. 2018 VCon. All right, two VCons, VCon Malaysia, VCon UAE. Unbelievable. All right, I don't know what you guys think of Vcon, but to me it's the most life changing, not event, but gathering, revolution, self realization, awakening the dream, finding your sense of purpose and belonging to a family, finally of warriors, of people who don't give up, who don't switch off. And I was looking through YouTube and looking at all our old VCON videos and a lot of old videos and I've been thinking so much about thousands of videos or hundreds, at least thousands. Yeah. Of my videos out there, which you guys have been promoting. And now thank God we got VTube plus, it's all there now. Wherever you are, around the world, I realize that your journey started some time ago. And for those who are brand new, bear with me, this video has a very powerful point which will benefit you. Your journey has been a roller coaster of knowledge, of ups and downs, I would say of good times, bad times, okay? A lot of fun new relationships which are established because you belong to qnet and the V. And you started your journey of entrepreneurship. You burnt a lot of relationships because not everyone is going to hold your hand and say I support network marketing or I support you doing this thing called qnet. Alright? Because our reputation is free, fantastically good and sometimes bad. Nowadays Google is not very friendly to us, but doesn't matter. The truth will prevail. You belong to a great company with great people who have been around for over 20 years. What else do you want? All right? And I realized that over your 20 years or five years or one year or two weeks or three weeks, there's mixed messaging, all right? Because you're listening to your upline, your direct referral, who brought you into the business. You, you're following a system of your group, like weekly system, videos, whatever. And then you plug into the V where you attend nss, vlc, all right, or your own leadership camps, and then you come to VCon and then your uplines push you to ISB. A lot of things happen to you that you get a lot of this knowledge. And believe it or not, I think too much is not a good thing, all right? Too little is sometimes safer than too much. There's too much things going in and you reach a point which some of the new kids you're already sensing today that there's so much. Who do I listen to? Who's right, who's wrong, all right? And I'm telling you guys, all right? I had one upline, Datu Sri Vijay. Okay? The most amazing upline. I was blessed, I am blessed to have him as my upline until today. All right? And I shut up, listen and do. Okay? And I listened, I applied, I duplicated. I didn't overanalyze, I didn't poke and check whether it's right or wrong. I didn't go to this world wide web of the Internet and try to look for answers or shortcuts from other experts who are not part of qnet. So whatever an expert applies in networking outside there in the real world, all right, okay. Does not apply to qnet because qnet is very unique. We are the only E commerce, borderless, direct selling, interactive distribution, form of entrepreneurship and financial freedom. There's nothing even close to being like qnet. We are the biggest in the world of E commerce, indirect sales. There's nobody, there's nobody, nobody as big and powerful. So you belong to the right company, but what do you do? Who do you listen to? And I never had this confusion because I had data sri. I had direct contact with data sri. There was not many videos. There was no technology, There was no confusion. There was no Internet, all right? You couldn't go and learn from anyone else. Of course there were books which I don't like to read, okay? So I just love listening to Datusree Vijay. And I took all his knowledge. I didn't do it, you know, Vijay Eshwaran style. I did it Patman style. It happened to work. People like listening to me for some reason. Alright? I hope this never stops that you like listening to me. And then it duplicated. And somewhere along the line, eight basic building blocks which I learned from some of the great networkers of the world. And then empty your cup. All these lessons I learned from Datu Sri trickle down. But what happens? I realize that somewhere along the journey there is confusion, there is doubt whether the teaching is right, whether the system is right, whether you are doing it right. Because sometimes results takes time. Because one lesson I learned in network marketing, Network marketing is all about delayed gratification. It's not immediate gratification, alright? And a lot of people don't like this concept because the world out there is all about immediate gratification. Do A, get money, Do B get money, Do C get money, alright? And there are scams and schemes out there in the Internet which is screwing our Markets, okay? By highlighting this immediate instant gratification. But if you really understand network marketing is about delayed gratification. Now I'm not talking 10 years to make your first check. I'm talking building a strong foundation. I'm talking about built to last. I'm talking about bringing people in, training them properly, all right? Giving them the right amount of knowledge and the right amount of direction. But very important, giving them the right goals, okay? Because we are not just a university. We are just not about learning and acquiring knowledge. We are about achieving some level of success. Now you know, I know that everyone, including you, all right, and your mother in law sitting next to you, all right, you joined qnet, all right, you signed up, you bought a product, you got your tracking center qualified, activated, all right? Simply because you want to make money, okay? And this you cannot lose focus on, all right? Now the question of delayed gratification is that if you learn enough, you got the knowledge, you duplicate enough, you've plugged into the system, all right? Gratification will come, whether it's 250, 500, 750, 1,000, 2,000, 5,000 U.S. which is more money than you ever dreamed of ever making in your life. A week or a month, all right? Or max out, which can be anywhere from 12, 500 to 20,000 US dollars, depending on your rank. Okay? Move rank, go higher. Okay, Blue diamond, that's the place to hang out. But you need to understand that you cannot lose focus. So a lot of people, I believe, get distracted. They enjoy certain aspects of network marketing and they avoid what I would say on this video. The painful part of network marketing, and what is the painful part of network marketing is results. Is that gratification, is that after you build the foundation, don't just keep building and building and building the foundation. And you avoid this topic of goals. Targets, what's your check next week? What's your check this Friday? How many bv, what's your cash out? How many doctors, how many presentation did you do? Are you doing rule three? Now these questions all seem so painful, you know, it's like, oh my God. And I was the first guy in my organization in the early days in 1998, 1999 to ask this question because Mormons were celebrating every check they got. Small check, big check, no planning, no goals, no targets. Now I'm a firm believer that the human mind will play, will run, will go everywhere without crystal clear targets. Now don't get me wrong, when I speak about targets, I get so passionate, okay? Because I believe in this That I cannot be who I am today. I cannot be your upline. I cannot be chief if I did not take my target seriously. My goals. Yes, I had the big dreams, okay? Which is all now coming through. My dream houses, my flying first class, my dream cars. I'm losing interest in cars a little bit. But I still have a lot of cars. Alright. My watches, whatever. My mom was my biggest dream. Giving her the best life. You know, Amma was everything to me. She's still my driving force today. To help mankind to be in service to the vision of Dato Sri Vijay. And I realized that a lot of people today, still today, avoid goals, avoid this topic of what's your check next week? So let me ask you a question. So look carefully to me on this Wednesday message. All right? Number one, what's your check next week? What's your check going to be next week? Alright, you need to know this now if you are thinking, oh my God, I just signed up. I don't even know what a check is. Don't worry. The guy who signed you up better explain to you that the reason you're here is to achieve your first step. 3,000 bv, 3,000 bb. Second step, third step, first cycle. Second cycle. All right. What's your check next week? You need to know then you need to know how you're going to get it. All right, Is it your focus on your cash out leg? If your cash out leg is dying or dead, are you going to get a new doctor, a direct referral and place there and start the guy from fresh? All right, are you focusing on making sure the BV's are coming consistently on your power leg and then focus on your cash out leg which is left. Right. For your information. All right. How many presentations are you going to do? All right, this is fundamentally important because you cannot teach what you don't practice. You cannot preach what you don't practice. We are not a motivational seminar group. We are about monkey see, monkey do. So if you are talking about presentation then you better be seen doing presentation. Because if you don't do presentation, you lose that power. You lose that trespass with your downlines. You cannot talk to them. I'm making this Wednesday message because until today, even though I don't need to, I love doing presentation. I love talking about qnet, sharing, telling people to buy the Biodis or the Bio Silver Gel, my favorite products or whatever. You understand? Because I believe in this. And if you believe in something and you have the cure for cancer, never stop talking about it. I Have the cure. Thanks to Datu Sri Vijay for financial cancer. That's what we have. So how many presentations are you doing this week? How many presentations are you doing next week? All right? How many presentations are your top leaders doing? How many presentations total is your whole organization doing? Are they complying with Rule 3? 15 prospects to be contacted every month, all right? Are you plugged into your system? Okay, Are you attending every single training you're supposed to attend diligently, all right? Is your cup empty? Are you learning? Are you evolving? Is the money too much or too little? Are you in a comfort zone? All right? Have you forgotten your dreams? Now, who's asking you these questions? I know it sounds weird that I'm asking you on camera, but somebody has to. So let me be your upline. I am your upline. So I'm asking you these questions, all right? Because you see, if you don't have measurable goals, if you don't have crystal clear targets by numbers and all that every week, then what happens is you don't know what to do. Because this is human nature. Because if I don't know what I'm going to do, if I don't know my target, I don't know what to do. I can stay at home, sing Kumbaya with my mother in law the whole day. Am I a good networker? A great networker? Am I hardworking? Am I lazy? Am I switched on? Am I switched off? How to know if you don't have a target you're willing to really fight for and die for? So these weekly targets, this mindset of being result focused is fundamentally important because it decides the intensity of your activity for seven days. It decides what you're supposed to do, that you just don't hang around and watch videos and sing Kumbaya and think, I am switched on. Now you need to counsel your upline. Some of you haven't spoken to your uplines for days or weeks or months. All right? Now, fair enough. Not all your uplines are rock stars, superstar networkers who can guide you, but look for somebody and you can't find somebody, eventually come to me every Wednesday. All right? So I'm still partially your working upline. But please, guys, all right, if there's one thing you do this week is instill back the DNA, instill back the mantra, instill back the value system of goals and results and targets every week, not every month, not every quarter, not every year, it has to come back down to seven days so that the intensity can be maintained in that seven days that you did not sign up just to, you know, be part of network marketing or just buy the product. That means you wouldn't be watching this video. You signed up because you wanted to change your financial standing. You signed up because you wanted to evolve and grow into a serious entrepreneur. You signed up because you believe in something. Yourself. The company, the industry. Alright? Or the ability for you to make money. And I believe in you also. But please, guys, refocus your group, refocus your leaders, push them, hammer them, whatever works. As long as they stress. Pass alright, back onto your weekly targets and goals. From presentation to your checks, to your BVs, to your doctors. And that's how, all right, you get a clear message. So I don't know how confused you are, I don't know how many messengers are happening, but my message is crystal clear to you. Your weekly targets will define how fast you reach that max out. Your weekly targets will define what kind of networker you are. Your weekly targets will define what kind of leader you are. Your. Your weekly targets will define whether you become a max out king and max out queen in QNET and the V. So guys, focus. No targets, no success. Simple rule. Love you guys.
