Greetings to my unbelievable V family all over the planet. I literally just walked into my house from the Kuala Lumpur International airport after a 14, 15, 16, 17 hour journey from London back to Kuala Lumpur. All right. Was surprised in the first class section with Emirates crew by name of George. Thank you for looking after so well, George. Appreciate it. Who is now going to be a max out king. All right. Of qnet. And guys, this video this Wednesday is so exciting because I just came back after celebrating the birthday of the one and only Dato Sri Vijay Ishwaran. So we all flew to London to surprise Dato Sri had the most unbelievable birthday party for him to help him usher in his new year of his birthday and without mentioning his age. And I wanted to make a special video this Wednesday to pay tribute to to Datu Sriviji because I believe that over the years that many of you have seen him in an iconic level, that many of you have just heard him in the videos or seen him from a distance on stage at VCon that you actually don't know the man. Now I've had the privilege and honour of knowing Datu Sri Vijay ever since I was born because many of you don't know this, but my mom, God bless her soul, and my dad, God bless her soul, were both school teachers of Dato Sri Vijay. They taught him English and maths. So if he's a great speaker today on stage and a great communicator and he runs a successful business financially, it's thanks to my mom and dad and of course to his mom and dad. And I've known Datos RBJ my whole life and I've seen this man from a nobody become who he is today. As we lovingly call Datosthi Vijay Ishwaran O Vijay Ishwaran. Alright. And guys, there are many people who started their journey of entrepreneurship and there are many people who founded a network marketing organization. But Datusree and Japa, our founders decided not to start this. It was the master plan. They were put into a situation in 1998, September 8, where they had no choice but to honour and promise they made to their existing downlines to create this organization called QNET Today to make sure that their downlines can continue to earn and become financially free through this beautiful thing called network marketing. And the first time Data stre started in 1998, he built the organization on philosophies, on concepts, all right? From the complaint to the products to the leadership development which was unheard of in the whole industry of network marketing. And everyone told Us, we wouldn't last more than two years. We wouldn't last more than six months. Your company is going to disappear. And we proved them wrong that this is our 20th anniversary. And on Dattosree's birthday week I want to remind all of you or at least share with you what I took back from him, the lessons I learned from him. That is today something I practice subconsciously building the organization globally for Datu Sri Vijay in Japa. All right. The first thing I want to share with you today is that we go through our journey of life like you, like me complaining a lot. And I used to complain full time to Datusri. Complain about my downlines, complain about the government, complain about negative media, complain about competition of network marketing, complain that how everyone is not meeting my expectation. And the lesson he left me with quoting Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi or Gandhiji is that he said, patman, stop trying to change people. Stop trying to change the world if you truly want to change people and change the world if you want any kind of change in your environment. Datto Sri instilled this value system in me. Be the change you want to see around you. Be that change, walk that talk, live up to what you say, keep your promises. If you don't want to hurt people, you shouldn't hurt people. The only way you can change people, the only way you can change your environment is to be the benchmark, is to lead by example, is to walk the talk like Gandhiji, like Datu Srivijay, like Japa, like so many people throughout history who didn't have to do much except be the change that they wanted to see. And this lesson that I learned from Datusree means so much to me especially in our industry that you don't tell people to do presentation. You start doing presentation. You don't talk about max out, you max out and the word will reach everyone and people will believe. So be the change you want to see around you. All right, next. There can only be one love as Dattu Sri Vijay taught me. I used to sit down with him and argue about a man, woman, love, you know, mother, child, love and all that. And Datu Sri says love itself is neutral. The chemistry of the relationship, the dynamics of the relationship is very different according to husband, wife, brother, sister, mother, son or daughter, father or best friends. But the concept of love can only be unconditional. That you actually don't need to say unconditional love as Datu Sri taught me. He taught me that love itself can only be unconditional. That if you truly learn something, I took a long time to learn listening to him, listening to my mother, is to love is to give more than you want. To receive that, to care until it hurts and then care some more. It's because you have no idea what the power of the love you give to someone else and how much they want it. So love can only be unconditional. The minute you attach conditions to any form of love, it is no longer love. As Datu Sri Vijay taught me. And then he taught me a valuable lesson that when you are building your organization, when you apply systems to, when you're looking at certain strategies, zigzag up, down, left, right, you know, 5,000 BV, 3,000 BV, whatever strategy. Don't build your organizations based on some mathematical formula. Don't build your organization based on a formula on a piece of paper. He taught me one golden rule. If you want to be a max out king and a max out queen, you. If you want to be a limitless networker, if you want to be a freaking financially free millionaire, US dollars. All right, in this industry of network marketing, in this great company called qnet, just focus on one thing. Build people. Just focus on building people. And this is one thing. He is the grandmaster that he took me 20 years ago, a loser alcoholic, alright, and made me into your chief and your upline today. And I've seen him do it with hundreds of thousands of people. That Dato Sri Vijay's mantra in life is you don't build a company, you don't build your organization, you build people. And when you take people to a certain level, when you focus all your energy, your love, your passion into building that person, that person will simply become unbelievable and carry on your legacy for years to come. So build people. No matter what happens, build people. And then I always bring in all your challenges. Every challenge. And I remember I told him one VCon Datu Sri, the network is facing a lot of challenges and I know you guys are, and I'm not trying to push it aside and ignore the challenges you're facing. So Datu Sri Vijay did the legendary module called get up again. And this lesson I learned from him, this lesson applied to every aspect of my life, not only networking, that the world and life itself will knock you down. This is guaranteed. There's no human being on the planet who had a journey through life where they didn't get knocked down, where somebody didn't say something to hurt them or stop them from achieving their dreams or block them or destroy them when they were up or they fell down and fell down and fell down again. Everyone has been knocked down in life, alright? And Datu CVJ's message, three words that today resonates throughout the network, throughout the world is only one thing. Get up again. You have only two things to decide. You stay down or you get up again. And if you stay down, you become like 95% of the world who talk about their dreams, who cry about spilled milk, who said if only I did this, if only I did that. And then there's 5% of people who get knocked down most probably 200 times a day painfully, but they get up again. And if there's one lesson that Datto Sri Vijay instilled in me is this. Get up again. Get knocked down. Get up again. All right? Whatever happens to you, just remember these three words. Get up again. That's all you have to remember, guys. And that lesson is simply unbelievable. And then Dattu Srivijay taught me about teamwork, that all of you today belong to small teams, big teams, humongous teams. You are leaders. You are AVPs v councils, V. Partners. Partners. And managing relationship is a full time, full time job in building a team. And one rule he taught me today, I apply it every single day. All right? In networking, in my personal life with my brothers, my family, my loved ones. Confront before conflict. Don't sweep things under the carpet until it becomes a conflict and then the relationship breaks down. That if you have something in your heart, say it. Say it with trespass, say it with love, say it with the ultimate goal of something beautiful. So confront before conflict. All right? Is the master rule of relationship management which he applies because Datu Sri will confront you anytime. Not because he's angry, because he loves you. All right? And confront before conflict. Unbelievable message. And all right. Find a mentor that I'm making this video today to tell you that I have been blessed to find a mentor like Vijay Ishwaran. A mentor who puts you first, who never gives up on you no matter how badly you screw up. He will never abandon you, he will never give up on you. But throughout your journey in life you need to seek and find a mentor. It may not be Datusree in your life today because he is not as available as he used to be but he still can be your mentor through his videos, through vcon, through his messaging. But find a mentor. And Dattusvi told me this that throughout your journey of life you cannot reach your ultimate goal. You cannot become a maxed out king or queen if you don't embrace Receive. Surrender to a mentor. And I'm proud today making this Wednesday message to say I've been blessed to find the greatest mentor. Dattu Sri Vijay Iswrin. And finally number seven is the master plan that nothing happens without his will. And I have to tell you guys, at the age of 22, listening to Datu Sri talk about a single blade of grass cannot move without his will. Surrender to the master plan that everything happens, even this cup moving here and here. It's only possible because his will. And I thought, oh my God, this is crazy. And everyone's going CU ku. I cannot embrace this. But today I live by this philosophy that Surrender to the master plan. Embrace the master plan. There are no mistakes in your master plan. No matter what happens. Embrace your master plan. And your journey becomes a beautiful journey. Alright guys. Be the change you want to see around you. Okay? Unconditional love. Build people. Get up again. All right. Confront before conflict. Okay. Find a mentor. Embrace the master plan. I'm just putting seven of the most important lessons I learned from our visionary or on his birthday week. All right. My tribute to him. The one and only Dato Sri Vijay Ishwaran. Alright guys. And I'm closing this Wednesday message with a song called Music of my Heart. All right. Which is my tribute to Datu Srivijai. Because he taught me how to run. He taught me how to fly. He taught me how to become an effective upline in chief. He taught me everything I know today to make me a better man in your lives. So Ane Dr. Srivijai, if you're watching this, happy birthday. God bless you. I love you so much. Thank you for coming into my life. Thank you for coming into our lives and never, never ever giving up on us. Love you. Happy birthday. The one and only Datu Sri Vijay Ishwar.
My soul. Let me go. Sam. Where I live. Ra. Me. Sam sa.
