Chief’s Wednesday Message Video 300

Foreign. To my unbelievable V family all over the world it is here, I simply cannot believe it that this is Wednesday message number 300. That means your chief, the one and only, alright, Homer Simpson devotee, okay, has basically recorded a message for 300 freaking weeks. Which means if you do at 250 weeks, 52 weeks a year, we are almost at six years, alright, of recording this message, if I'm not wrong. And out of that 300 weeks, I've only cheated like twice or four times where I was traveling on a flight I forgot my team couldn't coordinate and we used a video from Vcon or pre recorded video. But the rest of the time, by hook or crook, guys, I did it 300 weeks. I don't know how I did it. I don't know how I found topics to talk about for 300 times. I don't know how I managed to record my videos flying around the world, being a student and in service to Dato Sri Vijay, every single day, smuggling time, hiding here. And as you know, this location, my dining room and the office has become like these two main locations. So we are here at 300 Wednesday Message, like Spartan 300 and my message this week. And I just want you to listen very carefully, okay? I want to share with you this week what I learned, what I realized going through making these 300 videos of the Wednesday message series which has been launched five, six years ago. And the first word which came into my mind, the first word that rings in my mind and heart every single day is the word commitment. And I realize today that making the 300 videos or Wednesday message required a high, high level of commitment. I'm talking a new level of commitment. I'm talking commitment truly as an upline. And I asked myself today, why did I give this commitment? Why did I pay the price for 300 weeks of running around, adapt, adjust, accommodate my personal life, sacrificing so much to make sure this video goes out on time every Wednesday. Why did I give this commitment? And the answer is very simple. Firstly, I take, not took, I take my duty as upline very seriously. I realized that the minute you commit to thousands or millions or hundreds of people, that you are the upline, that you are there for them, that they can count on you and come to you whenever you need them, then that commitment is a big commitment. Now the people around you, your husband, your wife, your family, your kids, no freaking person on the planet will understand this. Nobody can understand a commitment required to be an effective upline. And the reason why I made that Decision. All right. Many, many years ago, okay, 15 years ago, 10 years ago. Many, many years ago. Why I made the decision because I watched Dato Sri Vijay. There is no greater upline, there is no greater commitment, alright? Displayed by somebody in the industry of network marketing besides Datusree Vijay. And I looked at that and I wanted to duplicate that and I struggled to duplicate it. And Today, after making 300 videos of Wednesday message, I understand the meaning of the word commitment. And I am pre warning you that commitment as upline never stops, never reduces, never slows down. That I cannot say I want to change it to once a month video. I cannot say it has to be a once a month Wednesday message and not a weekly Wednesday message. Because I believe, and I may be wrong or right that people are waiting for this video. So once you stand up and say I am here for you, once you stand up and say I am here for you, as your upline, that's a commitment for life. And the only way you can walk away from that commitment is say, guys, I retire. I'm going to a beach to sing Kumbaya with my friends and relatives. But until that day comes, your commitment as an upline does not reduce, it increases. Because every moron comes and tells me that, Chief, as your organization grows bigger, your work, networking and life, personal life balance becomes better. That means you focus on your network less and you focus on your personal life more because you have made more money. This is total and utter bullshuga. It is wrong. As long as you are committed as an upline, your work just keeps growing because your organization grows bigger, your leadership base grows bigger, people's faith in you increases exponentially. It never stops. So if you look at basic building block number two, all right, which is commitment, commitment, it requires a deeper understanding of this word. So let me ask you a question, all of you watching this Wednesday message, the old warriors and the new kids who signed up yesterday and the day before, and you watched the eight basic building blocks where I spoke about commitment. That commitment is something very serious. That the only time we ever use the word commitment is between husband and wife or a mother's commitment to the child. It is one of the most serious promises you, you could ever make. And if you want to build a network marketing organization that is going to grow, that you want to be a max out king and queen. If you want to be a V partner one day, the answer is commitment. And today I understand commitment. That if I had to make my Wednesday message, I cancel everything in my personal life. I don't care the price I have to pay. Because my commitment to you is more important than anything else in my journey at this point of my life. So the first thing I learned is commitment. Commitment, commitment, commitment. There is no secret to success. There is no book you can read and be a Max out king tomorrow. If such a book exists, please send it to me. That every Max out king and queen, every person who has proven that network marketing works, there's one thing, serious commitment. Commitment. 100% commitment. Like Datosvi, Vijay and Chapa for the past 20 years. Like my commitment to you for the last 300 weeks of the Wednesday message. This is commitment. Guys, if you want to build this business to last, you commit. And your commitment must be felt by others, must be seen by others, must be heard by others. It cannot be you in your toilet sitting and saying I am committed to be a Max health king. Bullshit. The whole world must know that you are committed. Commitment is what I realized the last 300 weeks. And today when my boys told me that chief, it's 300 weeks. I cannot believe how I did is one of the most hardest things I've ever done in my career of network marketing. That give you my 100% for 300 Wednesday messages. Alright, Second, there must be love. See, I'm the only moron who talks about this love and I'm not talking about that kind of love that you proceed on your free time, which you don't have now because you have to focus on presentation and max out, you understand? But I'm talking about love. You know, love is the most powerful force on the planet. If you have understood, if you have read online, if you have watched videos, mothers can lift up cars, you know, all right, fathers have beaten away 10 people to protect their children. You know, all right, people who would have died for love, you know, And I'm not talking Romeo and Juliet. I'm talking about real circumstances where people have given up their own life to protect who they love. Now, I know that love is something hard for you to understand, coming from various, various cultures, conservative concepts, whatever your problem is. But it's love. I do this firstly because I love what we do. I love network marketing so much in my heart that this is the most powerful, most unbelievable concept of entrepreneurship the world has ever seen. And all our enemies who are trying to knock us down cannot knock us down because of this power of love. It's not because our strategies are perfect. It's not because we belong to an industry which is protected bone sugar. We have survived every Attack on us simply because of love. So first you must learn to figure out how you're gonna love what you do. Because if you don't love what you do, it's a job. And nobody enjoys a job. And network marketing without love is a job. First minute there is a bit of pain, you give up. First negative article in Google, you give. But if you love what you do, if you love it that you believe in it, that we are changing lives like mine, like so many people on this video right now watching, like everyone I know in my life, we were nobodies, man. And thanks for Datto Sri Vijay's love for network marketing, his love for us. He never gave up on us. Our love for this business, our love for our founders Datto Srivija and Japa and their vision. We survived great battles and we are still here. I don't care what people say, guys. We are still here because of the power of love. And then guys, I realized something. I don't know you.
