This is a motivational Wednesday video by Hattaiwat Pusanti (who identifies as Patman Senathiraja) aimed at his V network, expressing excitement for the upcoming VCON event and teaching a central leadership/communication principle he calls 'trespass' — the need to secure permission/trust before delivering hard truths so the message can be received. He emphasizes re-establishing trespass in all relationships (upline/downline, family, spouses), credits his mentor Dato Sri Vijay as a model, and ends with a rallying call to act, believe, and attend VCON Malaysia.

Greetings to my unbelievable V family. Change, rise, conquer all over the world. This is your chief dressed up in a suit and a shirt, looking sharp, looking sexy. Just for you at midnight, alright, in my office. Guys, I'm so excited. I don't know why. I feel like a kid in a candy store. You know the feeling or like, you know, when you're going on a family holiday and you see your mom, you know, starting to pack the bags and you know, the weekend you're gonna go to the beach, I am that excited like a little kid because VCON is coming. I can already, you know, feel every day happening in my head for meeting the coin service, the alliance, the HODs, the in service. Then Dato Sri arrives and Japa. And then we go on the stage and we see the stage being built. The lights, the sound, the screens, the music. The first time Milin plays the music for me and everything else, guys, this is for me a. A pilgrimage. A part of my journey of becoming the chief I am today or Patman, where I grew up. Watching Dato Sri Vijay on that stage mesmerize thousands of people in our first VCON was like 200 people. And today we are 16, 17, 18,000 people for five days, four nights to change lives and to practice rhythm and to rock it, rock it like we never rocked before. So I'm excited, okay? And today I was talking to so many networkers over the past few days, everyone on WhatsApp, right? Talking to the business development team from the V, the rockstars, my brothers and sisters, all right, today with David, Dave, Joel, Devraj Sati in Malaysia, chatting, met all the directors, spent time with the one and only Dato Srivijay and Japadas Bismarck. And I observed, you know, I looked around in every meeting I attended, in every conversation I had, I realized that your effectiveness, all right, as a person in any relationship, maybe two people or you and a group of people, it's completely dependent on that golden rule that those three Vijay top like the first rule he taught me many, many years ago about trespass, about the rule of establishing an effective level of trespass. Belief, trust, alright? Effective communication and the ability to reach the other person, to make your message get across and cross. That resistance, that wall, that door that people lock. And I'm telling you, it makes life so much easier. It makes you a far more effective upline, all right? A far more effective father, mother, brother, sister, a downline, a leader. If you truly understand the importance, the power and the need for you to establish the best Ever trespass you can. And the problem is we take this for granted. We take this for granted every single day that we assume because of our position as an upline AVP V partner that trespass is automatic. Trespass is a form of power that comes with your title or authority that you have even as mother and father. But you will learn very fast that it's not true that even your children will stop listening to you even if you are mom and dad. Then your downlines will start resisting you just because you think they are forced to listen to you because of your position of power and authority as upline, as AVP VC v partner, it doesn't mean anything. Alright? The key to trespass is for you to be able to convince that person that everything you are about to say, everything you are about to convince that person to do every effort of yours to communicate, reach, change, evolve, rise or raise that person is for that person's good. And the master of trespass is my upline, my mentor, Dato Sri Vijay Ishwaran. Because until today, after 20 years, whenever he needs to communicate something to me, and he's my brother, my upline, my mentor, he can just smack me and say shut up and listen. He doesn't do that. He will take the time, the effort, even though we are so close like brothers, all right? He will take the time to establish trespass with me, ask my permission, seek me to open the door and let him in for him to effectively be able to communicate a lesson, a message, an action he wants me to do. And that is the power of a great upline. But today each one of you, you are taking shortcuts, all right? You are using other methods, new methods, alright? Like I'm a max out king. Shut up and listen to me. I'm a max out queen. Shut up and listen to me. I am your applause. Listen to me. Oh die, whatever. Don't. Trespass is old school. Trespass comes back to the fundamental rule of you care enough to help somebody that you care enough to help change them, that you are patient enough to sit with them and listen to what they really have to say and not cut them off and only want them to listen to what you have to say. Trespass is gaining that trust that you do care. And you can be aggressive, you can be passionate, you can be loud, you can be firm. But you want the other person or that group of people to still ultimately accept and understand what you're trying to say. And that can only happen with effective establishing trespass. Trespass is that permission Trespass is the ability that bridge, that key to open the door and let you in into their lives. And many people today no longer establish trespass. Many people today want junk food or fast food, you understand? Nothing beats a man making a DOSA or a hummus from scratch and serving you. Today, everyone wants fast food. You know, instant. And everyone thinks that trespass is instant, is automatic, doesn't exist even between husband and wife. All right? You may be madly in love with each other, all right, married, promised to better or worse. But you still need to establish trespass every single day of that relationship. You should never take trespass for granted. You should never assume that if trespass is established on day one, it will last automatically for the next 50 years. No trespass needs to be re established every single time. And this is the biggest mistake made by networkers. They never take the effort to re establish trespass. I make the Wednesday message every week. But if you observe every week when I make this Wednesday message, I re establish trespass with you. I need you to know that I care about you, that I believe in you, that I do love you sincerely, even though I have never met or seen you and I don't know where you are watching this video from now. I need you to duplicate this behavior. I need you to duplicate and re establish this week on this Wednesday message, Thursday, Friday, while you do presentation, while you max out for me, max out for your family, max out for your dreams. I also want you to go and re establish trespass with everyone. Downline, upline, sideline, mother in law, mother, father, wife, husband, brother, sister, son, daughter, every relationship. I need you to go back and re establish trespass. All right? And you need to start by saying, I'm saying this because I care about you. I'm saying this because you matter to me. I'm saying this because I want to see you become the best Padman you can be. And Datu Sri says that to me every time he sits down and talk to me. So I don't misunderstand his passion. I don't misunderstand his aggression. Because today when your upline talks to you with so much passion because we are the we of our church was conqueror, you misunderstand this and you freak out, right? And the message doesn't come. You're like, what the. You know what's going on. But Datu Sri can hammer me. But he starts with Padman, I care about you and my only goal is to make you the best Padman you can be. After that, whatever he says, however aggressive it is. It reaches here. It reaches here because of the trespass established. So I realize today, and I hope you realize that every relationship we have means nothing. To measure the effectiveness of a relationship is not to measure how much you love each other. Love is there. I love people I watch on tv. Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Angelina Jolie. All my ex girlfriends. I love them all. But it doesn't mean anything. The true measurement of how strong your relationship is is how effective you are at telling that person the truth without that person closing the door, locking and running away. The ability for you to reach that person with the truth, with the message for that person's benefit and not for your own selfish gain. And this is what trespass is. The foundation of talking to somebody must be to improve that person, change that person's life. Help that person rise. Help that person change, conquer. And then when that person believes that what you are saying is genuine, when that person believes that your care is real, whether it's your downline, whether it's your upline, whether it's your family, then you have unbelievable strong trespass. Now without trespass, you can talk until the cows come home and give you milk, curd and butter and cheese doesn't matter. Your message will never reach them. They will never change. They will never rise. They will never conquer that. You are just saying it. You are just talking. You are not reaching them. Because without trespass, everything you say is just noise. With trespass, you can say far less and it will change somebody's lives. So let me say this to you. Whoever you are, wherever you are in the world right now, my name is Patman Senathiraja. I am your chief. I am your upline. I represent two great men. Datu Sri Vijay and Japadas Bismarck. And I want you to know that I care about you. I may not know you. I don't know where you're from. I don't know who you are. Watching this video right now, I cannot see you. But you can see me. And I want you to know that I care about you. I believe in your dreams. I believe in you. And I've always believed that the human potential is limitless. Now whoever you are, wherever you're building, whatever challenge you are facing, wake up. Smell the coffee. Remember your dream. Remember why you started this journey. Stop being a wimp and be a warrior. Stand up for your dreams, your family, your children. Believe in yourself. And don't allow the morons out there to steal your dreams so easily and stop you and knock you down and you lay down there and cry like a little child. I want you to rise and stand up. Believe in yourself as much as I believe in you. That ultimately this is your life, your journey. You chose the greatest company with the greatest uplines and max out is your destiny. Now, I hope I have trespassed when I said that for you, said that to you. And this is exactly how I want to talk to you after 20 years. Trespass is the most important thing in a relationship and communication effectively. And trespass needs to be established and re established every day if necessary, and never take it for granted. Powerful relationships build powerful networks and helps people max out. I love you guys and I'm excited I'm going to see you at VCon Malaysia.
