A motivational YouTube speech by Hattaiwat Pusanti at VCon 2019 urging network-marketers to make three ‘big decisions’: (1) treat the business as a way of life, (2) be willing to do whatever it takes (max out), and (3) accept responsibility for one’s downlines. The speaker emphasizes 100% daily commitment, recounts early-career lessons from his upline Dato Sri Vijay, and closes by promising that consistent full effort leads to stage success in 2–3 years.

Greetings my V family all over the planet. I am sitting here right Now, Spice Arena, 3 o' clock in the morning. We just sent back over 12,000 of our warriors back from the most successful, Most unbelievable day one of VCon 2019. And the reason why I'm sitting here, for those of you at home, right behind me is where the great ones, Dato Sri Vijay Jaapadas Bismarck will be sitting every day for the next four days. And I am excited. Zero sleep. Alright. Almost losing my voice which makes it sexier as you can sense by tomorrow morning. I hope. I was amazed today at the participants who rocked. Everyone who went on stage. The V partners, Datusree Japa. We rocked the opening show. The in service unbelievable group of. I would say special. All right. Limitless human beings. But I realized one thing today. I realized that one of the biggest challenges facing anyone, including myself. Alright guys, and don't get me wrong, I think I work very hard. I'm a very focused individual. I am your upline. I am your chief. I love you guys.
I push myself every day for the.
Past 21 years thanks to Datu Sri Vijay.
But I also know that there are.
Days, there are moments where I don't give 100%. There are days and moments where I don't push myself hard enough. But ever since I came to Penang to start putting VCON together and especially today, day one, day two. I realize that I'm not only giving.
100%, but I'm giving 110. And the funny thing is the 110% doesn't hurt that much.
It is not that painful. It is not that impossible.
All it required was that decision that I am not going to feel tired.
I am not going to feel sleepy. I have a duty towards these 12,000 over people. I have a duty to the in service and a responsibility and accountability to Dato Sri Vijay and Japan Bismarck.
And that is the moment I was.
Sitting here today and talking to the in service, talking to the call in service and. And I realize it's all here, it's.
All in our mind.
That we fail to make decisions, we avoid it. We remain in status quo.
We avoid making decisions thinking that the.
Outcome of our decisions may not be beautiful enough or the price required to pay after that decision is tough.
But all that I realized today and.
I'm so excited when I realized this.
Because people used to constantly ask me, chief, what's your secret?
How can you be like this all the time?
Switched on. Unbelievable. The answer is nothing special. The answer is I made a Decision. This is how I choose to live. This is how I choose to build. This is how I choose to work. This is my level of commitment. That I choose to live a life of no excuses. That I shut up, listen and do to the instructions of one upline Dato.
Srivijay for 21 years.
Now the challenge with you and most.
People including me in the early days is that we refuse to make these big decisions.
We select convenient decisions on an everyday basis.
Like okay, I'll do a presentation.
That's a convenient decision. It's one item, one day, that's it. I made a decision to attend training. I made a decision to watch Chief's Wednesday message. These are all small decisions. Now what happens is your life cannot consist of a large number of small decisions. Then nothing big is going to happen. Nothing unbelievable is going to happen. Nothing supernova is going to happen.
You understand the new word I learned? All right. But you need to make the big decisions.
So let me ask you right now.
You'Re watching this video. One day, all in the business, not in the business. Yet one month in the business, 10 years in the business, doesn't matter. Let me ask you this question. What were the big decisions you made when you joined this business? Now signing up is not a big decision. Let me assure you any moron on.
The planet can go onto QNET.net and sign up.
The big decision is whether this is what you want to do. That networking will be part of you but you will not be part of networking. That networking becomes a way of life.
That qnet is not just a company.
But is your vehicle. That your dream is latched on, your family is latched on and you will protect and fight for this vehicle at all costs. Have you made that decision that this is what you want to do?
Because until the moment you make this decision, everything you do in network marketing.
Are small decisions which will only lead to frustration. Because no great results come from small decisions. So the first big decision you need to make even if you're five years in the business, it may also mean you have not made that big decision. That this is what you want to do. This is not a hobby.
This is not something you're trying. This is not some pastime. This is not something you are obliged and cannot escape. Because your father signed you up, your wife signed you up, your mother signed you up, your brother sign you up. All right? And it cannot be something you're hoping.
Naturally Arun George will fall on your.
Left, Sati will fall on your right and you will max out automatically tomorrow. It doesn't work that way.
You got to make the decision that this is what you want to do.
Which I made 20 years ago without any regret. I don't look back. As Datu Sri said, don't waste your time looking back, Paatman.
We are built to move forward.
He said it just a few hours.
Ago on this stage at VMalaysia. Have you made that big decision that this is what you want to do, that this is life?
This is no longer something apart from you.
This is you that I always tell.
You, I am not in qnet.
Qnet is in me, in my blood. And the second big decision you must make is that you are willing to do whatever it takes. Now, this is some controversial statement supposedly I make that I tell people, max.
Out at all costs. And I am telling you right now, on this Wednesday message, max out at all costs.
Because max out is the ultimate destination.
The ultimate goal, right? That is what is going to make your dreams into a reality. That is what's going to change your current state of affairs. That is what is going to empower your family to believe that you're an entrepreneur, that you're a dreamer, that you're not only talking bull sugar, that your dreams can become a reality, Right? So I'm telling you, are you willing to do whatever it takes? Have you made that decision? Because you haven't made that decision that you are willing to do and face whatever that comes to you, then this decision is like a start, stop, start, stop, start, stop. Because every time the challenge is too big, every time the solution is not available, every time there is an emotional turmoil, every time there is drama, you actually stop, you stop. Then you start all over again.
And I said this in my Wednesday.
Message, I think, sorry, in my eight basic building blocks. Long time ago, when your car engine.
Dies, battery dead, you push. As you push and push and push on a straight, level ground, your car starts to pick up momentum. It can move on its own.
Eventually, you can push one finger and your car will be moving very fast. What most people do in network marketing.
They push, they stop, they push, they stop, they push, they stop. Hundred meters, you'll be panting and dying, right? Because you haven't made the decision to do whatever it takes without slowing down.
Without stopping, without pausing, there is no time to think. If you're moving at 100 kilometers an.
Hour to your dream. As Datu Sri Vijay always told me.
There'S no time to stop, to analyze the past. When you got thousands of people relying on you every Day as their upline.
Mentor, visionary, whatever you want to call it, that's the second decision you have to make. All right? Do whatever it takes to max out, to make your dreams into a reality. All right? The third decision. The third decision I think is the hardest, toughest decision that I had to make.
Because I was young when I started networking, I was distracted by many things. You know, partying, this, that, the life.
Of a young person who started making money.
But my mother, God bless her soul.
Made me decide to be responsible for others. And this is the biggest paradigm shift decision that has to happen in you. If you really want to be a max out king or queen, if you.
Want to be a V partner and.
Sit on this chair and sit on this stage and be on that stage one day, the decision to be responsible.
Because there are many uplines who sign.
Up people and say, go, you're on your own. Follow the system, watch the video Ma, bring me BV's. No, Datu Sri Vijay did not bring me up that way. Dato Sri Vijay did not bring any of us up that way. He taught us to make that big decision that no matter who you are.
Whether you got one downline, two downline.
Or 20,000 downlines, are you responsible? Are you willing to take the decision that you are responsible over these people, their dreams, their life journey, their max out possibility, to stand by them through.
Your challenging time, to catch them, if they fall, to help them get up.
Again, as Dato Sri said last night, if they get knocked down, you need to make that third decision that you will be a responsible upline.
And I'm not talking responsible in action.
Of how you network, how you do the presentation.
I'm talking about being responsible for your downlines, for their dreams, for their journey, for their max out, that you have accountability.
As Datu Sri Vijay says, when you are really an effective upline, you will feel the weight on your shoulders. If you don't feel that weight falling down on your shoulders, then you haven't made the third decision that you will be responsible over your downlines to the best of your ability and push yourself all the way. And finally, before I end this Wednesday message, remember the three decisions. This is what you want to do, that qnet becomes part of you, that this journey of networking is something you take as serious as any other journey of your life. The willingness, the decision to do whatever.
It takes to survive whatever crisis, to overcome whatever challenge, do or die mentality.
And third, to be responsible for the people you have brought into your flock, the people you are brought into the network. The word responsible has to be in your DNA. When you speak, you must follow through. When you support, you must be by their side. When you tell them to be a warrior, you be a general. And then you will be known as a responsible upline. And finally guys, I realized one thing today. That you can do whatever you do in life but if you don't give 100%, it's like doing nothing. That 99.99% means nothing. In our world, in our industry, in our journey to max out, the only days that count are the days you give 100%. And I promise you, if you give 100% for 365 days, I will see you on the stage in two to three years like many others here. So guys, I'm super excited. I'm loving it. We Malaysia 2019 make the big decisions and make sure every day is a 100% day. Love you guys.
