A motivational YouTube message by Hattaiwat Pusanti addressed to his QNET/V network urging members to remain focused on mid-year goals (references to six months remaining in 2019) while celebrating Eid and other festivities. The speaker emphasizes that change is constant, warns against frustration and negative contagion through uplines, and advises adaptability, detachment, resilient leadership, and responsibility toward downlines. He references his 21-year mentorship under Dato Sri Vijay, upcoming trainings (Zone, advanced ISB), and a personal birthday mention (24th of June) to situate the talk.

Greetings to my unbelievable V family all over the world. This is your gorgeous chief still working on enhancing his muscles. It's coming on slowly but surely. Consistency is the key to success. Firstly, to all my Muslim brothers and sisters, Eid Mubarak O Salamat Hari Raya Salamat Hari Lebaran as they say in Indonesia. To all of you around the world, I hope you have a great week of celebration, love, blessings, forgiveness, eat a lot of food and then drink cafe to lose the weight. You understand? All right? And most importantly, stay focused on your goal this week. Communicate with others all your downlines more intensely because sometimes they get distracted with celebration. And don't forget that you can celebrate presentation. You know, spend time with your family presentation, eat a lot of food, go out presentacion. It's possible to balance business and celebration. I believe in this strongly and I'm sitting here in the QI Tower, very excited because the month of June is an extremely special month. Not because my birthday is on the 24th, but just thought I'll mention to you guys 24th of June, alright? Many, many years ago I was born. We also have the Zone which is an exclusive inner circle training with Dato Sri Vijay Ishwaran. And then as you come into the month of July, we have advanced ISB where we take your uplines and simply raise the bar higher. It is going to be a fun filled, exciting month of June, guys. And I need you all to stay focused on the bonanza. Even though early bird just finished. And don't forget that the year is coming to the middle of the year. June represents month number six. That means you got six more months or six and a half months to achieve your goals for 2019, which you and I agreed upon. Alright? On the first day of 2019, then the minute you lose focus on your goals, everything crumbles. So every once in a while you need to regroup your thoughts and refocus and pull out that tat sheet of 52 weeks and put it in front of you. And be honest with yourself whether you have achieved it, not achieved it, why? What you need to change is it you, your organization, the attitude, the lack of focus on system or generally monkey see monkey do. You slow down, your network slows down. This is human nature. All right? But this Wednesday message, I want to talk about something which I believe applies to the new kid who's watching this and to the guys who've been in the business for the past 10 or 15 years. It doesn't matter. I realize that throughout my journey of 21 years being a downline of Dato Sri Vijay and Japadas Bismarck, the great ones, and building an organization across the world and sitting here today as your upline, as your chief, I realize that one of the things that nobody wants to talk about that all uplines tend to ignore or avoid talking about this topic is the word change, all right? Because we live in a very. We want to live in a very predictable world, you know, we want our journey to go as we planned it. This is again, human nature that you decide. This is how I want to live, all right? Okay? I want to max out by June 24th on Chief's birthday. You understand? All right? I want to be financially free in three to five years. But then I see you after seven years and you are frustrated, struggling, okay? And angry that things did not go as your plan, alright? And I realized in 21 years that is a complete waste of time and the height of moronism to get angry, frustrated, dejected, depressed when things don't go as you planned it, all right? Because I realize that you have a lot of control over how you think. You have a lot of control of what you can do, but you have very little or zero control on the changes that will inevitably happen on your journey. Whether you like it or not, that change doesn't seek your permission before happening, all right? Your environment, or whatever that happens to you in life does not seek your permission before it happens to you, all right? That I've always told you, and I will always tell you that you have your plan, but there's something called the master plan, all right? And the master plan will supersede your plan every single time. And the mistake that you are making or you are going to make is when something happens, right? That you don't like. You did not anticipate, you don't plan, all right? And it happens. It's not part of your plan. You basically crumble, you know, you understand. You reach a point of frustration, anger. Your ego comes out like a humongous monster, all right? And attacks you. You say stupid things, you do stupid things. You transfer that frustration and anger into your personal life, your wife, husband, children, parents. You transfer that frustration into ineffective uplineship to your downlines. Because they look at you and say, oh my God, what happened to my upline, alright? The guy is just angry and not the same, you understand? See, when you see your upline not the same as you expect him or her to be, that simply means that your upline is a moron who couldn't handle Something that happened to him or her out of his or her plan, alright? And that is how people collapse in this business. That is the only reason why people switch off. This is the only reason why people get frustrated to a point. They no longer are effective as an upline or a networker, all right? Or just a person. That you need to understand that change is constant. Change will always happen. And we are one being or creature, okay? Created by God that has the ability to evolve, to adapt, adjust, accommodate, all right? To look at something and not freak out. You understand? I give you a perfect example. If an animal hears a gunshot, even the gun they use in the Olympic race. So if you have a dog standing or cat next to the guy holding the Olympic gun and he shoots, your animal will freak out and run and hide under the staircase, shivering and crying. But you were just like, oh, you watch the race, but that's a gunshot. No, you understand, not in a different situation. That your mind and your system has the ability to decode whether it's good, bad, safe, not safe. How to adapt, Adjust, accommodate. And the mistake you will make in this journey to max out is frustration will slow you down. Your inability to embrace change will destroy you and your network. Your inability to adapt, adjust, accommodate. No matter what happens, good, bad, ugly, doesn't matter, newspaper, headlines, scam, you can still adapt, adjust, accommodate and max out in that exact environment. And one more person would have reached the point of frustration, depression, quit the business, become broke and die one day. Two people in the same environment, alright? It's a choice you have to make. And let me guarantee all the new kids on the block watching this, alright? As Datusvi Vijay told me 21 years ago, Padman, your journey to max out is going to be unpredictable. You will sign up somebody who you think is a moron and no hope. And you think, why waste time with this guy? And that guy could be your max out king. And then you signed up another guy who meets all your criteria of a perfect networker. And that guy will jump ship after two months, all right? You will pick a perfect market and say, I will get 1000 UVs from this market. And then you will get 0. And the market you neglected, all right, boom, could be the number one market in the world built by somebody else and not you. All right? So you have to understand that whatever QNET says, whatever the V says, whatever rules change, alright, anything can change around you. You have a choice to make. Remain frustrated. Sing kumbaya with other frustrated people, which is like pouring fuel into the frustration Fire. You understand? Or you can stand up. Alright. Spend two minutes on the issue. Do your best to adapt, adjust, accommodate. And then move on. Because when you are frustrated, when. When you are angry, you know what happens? You start to screw up other people's lives. Because your downlines are running with you. That means you are running. Is this a good running thing? Yeah, you are running. You understand? You are running.
And you are telling your downlines, come on, follow me.
And they are all like following you. Alright? Like this person calling me to follow me. So you are running and everyone is follow.
Calm, calm, calm. And everyone running, running, running.
And suddenly some change happens in your life. Something negative in your eyes, something unpredictable happens. And you stop running. You stop running and you say, oh my God, what is this?
I don't know how to adapt, adjust, accumulate.
Oh my God.
What's happening to my life, my journey? Will I max out? Oh my God, my dreams. I got to call somebody.
What do I do?
While you are standing there like a moron analysing the problem to death, you know what happens? Everyone behind you who has been running, following you, they also stop.
You know, they stop.
Monkey see, monkey do. But they don't know why you stop.
You know?
And then the smiling, loving, unbelievable upline.
Suddenly come back and say, guys, you know, focus on your plan, do presentation. But in your mind you are preoccupied with what change that you couldn't adapt, adjust, accommodate to. Then you mess with people's life. So if you are the kind of networker, whether you are just starting your journey with us or you have been in this journey for 15 years. If you cannot practice detachment, if you cannot adapt, adjust, accommodate smartly, wisely and fast. If you cannot embrace change, if you cannot sustain and be resilient even through challenging times, you are going to negatively impact. The guy who just signed up yesterday, that guy doesn't know anything. No. He saw everyone running. Suddenly everyone stopped and looking up at the sky. Have you seen this? They do like a TV comedy. You just stand on the road and you look up on the sky. Eventually one floor will join, another floor will join. Another flare will join, another flare will join, another floor will join. All looking and wondering what you're looking. Then you walk away. They are still looking. You know what the fool looking at that is the biggest problem in network marketing. So let me give you advice as your chief, as your upline. All right? And a student of Dato Sri Vijay Ishwaran. I have learned one thing in 21 years. All right? Change will happen. Not everything will go According to my plan, there are good times, there are bad times, all right, they are really bad times and then suddenly become good times again. They are ups, they are downs. The bottom line is my only duty is to adapt, adjust, accommodate. My only duty is to remain an effective upline. My only duty is to be the warrior my downlines expect me to be. My only duty is to remind myself of the decision I made 21 years ago. That I'm going to follow this man, Dato Sri Vijay, no matter how tough it gets. Alright? And as long as my belief system does not change, as long as I believe that this is the company I have chosen, these are the uplines I've chosen. If your belief is gone, then no matter what you do, you won't last in this business. Because without that absolute belief, alright, you cannot move on to max out. And I know people who have maxed out with changes, with the worst environments and they still became maxed out kings and queens, you know? And you need right now to make the decision that you will stick to your plan. You have a plan. One year, three years, five years. You have targets, you have markets you want to open. You got systems you want to run. You have a plan. And I am proud of you. And I believe that everyone must have their plan. But always recognize the fact there is a master plan beyond your control, never in your control. Learn how to embrace it, accept it, smile no matter what happens. And keep moving. Because it's no longer about you alone. So stop being selfish. It's about the one downline or 1,000 downlines or 100,000 downlines who are following you because you are following Datosri Vijay. Alright? Don't corrupt them. Don't distract them. Stay focused. Max out is the ultimate destination. Alright? Don't stop and look at the sky. Don't stop and analyze everything till the cows come home. Don't stop and sing Kumbaya with negative people. Don't pour fuel into the frustration fire in your organization. Stay focused on your goal, your dream, your max out. And remember that you are no longer walking alone. That you are running and thousands are following you. You slow down, they slow down. You speed up, they speed up. You cry, they cry. You get frustrated, they feel that frustration. So be a responsible upline and remember your plan is the perfect plan. But it must always surrender to the master plan. So I love you guys. Eat Mubarak. Embrace change. Rock and roll. 2019, I promise you, is going to be the greatest year for Qnet. And you know and I know your destiny is Max.
