And I want you to listen very carefully.
You came into networking with self imposed limitations. This is not limitations of qnap. This is not limitations of the V that QNET allows anyone to max out. QNET allows anyone to become financially free. The V allows anyone to become a leader, avp, a V partner, a V Council. That door is always open. That journey is clear if you choose to take it.
The challenge is everyone who signs up.

Or my Wednesday message. And you are now switched on and you want to do something.
What?
You fail to understand that at the back of your mind, inside of you there is limitations. There are limitations, self imposed limitations that were created because of what you experienced throughout your journey. And you don't think they exist. You don't know they exist, alright? And they suddenly, boom, appear in front of you and suddenly you lack that belief anymore. That when you face a challenge you realize, oh, maybe I can't do this. Maybe I'm not built to be a max out king or max out queen. Maybe financial freedom is not possible. Maybe I've done this too long, I need to look at other options. Maybe this is not my cup of tea. Now these are things that come up in the mind of a prospect of somebody who looks at qnet from the outside. Alright, maybe your father in law, mother in law, your parents, your family who doesn't support you. But what people fail to understand this same mindset, the same limitations, the same limiting powers exist for people in networking, in the business. I know morons who have been in this business for 10 years and suddenly I see behavior of an amateur. I see limitation in their mind, I see belief vanishing. And these are the same people who used to beat their chest and say I am a warrior. And suddenly now it's like, oh my.
God, I don't know whether I can do this. I think it's too challenging, it's too difficult.
How do I answer my downlines?
What do I do?
Can I afford to pay my bills? My checks have dropped, My organization may collapse. Oh my God. Too much negativity and they freak out. And suddenly this monster of limitations come out and stop them from becoming the max out king or queen they could have been without these limitations. So I realized today, sitting down in the boardroom listening to Dato Sri Vijay speak about what's holding people back. And I realized that the reason why I am successful, the reason why I am a max out king for the longest time and why I sit here as your upline in chief is because Datto Sri Vijay, throughout my journey destroyed that limitation monster. Destroyed that monster that sucks out your belief, alright? Even through the most challenging time that he. I don't know how to say this, but he sort of went inside my head and literally took out all the limiting beliefs, all the limitation monsters and threw them out. To unleash the real Padman. To unleash the Padman. I am today as you're applying and I realize today that many of you sign up and you are rushing to financial freedom, which is not a bad thing. You want to max out as soon as possible, which is a damn good thing. But you no longer allow your upline to come in and remove those limitations, to destroy those monsters inside your mind and heart that exists even in people.
20 years in this business, it suddenly comes out, it lays dormant, it hides. And then after 20 years, it comes out like that.
I'm serious. And I see great warriors become whims. I see max out kings and queens starting to doubt whether it's possible to sustain max out for 20 years. I see people who can go on stage and inspire 10,000 people and suddenly scared to talk to two, three people. You know why that limitation monster come out, alright? That stupidity of immaturity of you know before networking suddenly burst out of you. And if you don't allow your upline, your mentor to reach inside of you and throw away all this bull, sugar and nonsense at the early stage of networking, then this monster will come out someday.
I hope you understand what I'm talking about.
And you will see this in your downlines. You will see this in your uplines. And I was blessed because from day one I surrendered and emptied my cup and told Datosree Vijay my upline. Please come in, my door is open. I give you full trespass. Come in and throw out all the monsters. Throw out the tv, throw out the comfort zone sofa, throw out everything. Just make me the best patman I, I can and should be. And he did that. But today I see uplines, downlines. You rush to give information to your downline and then tell him go max out. And after nine months, 10 months, he may produce a great organization, a great network, maybe big checks. But at some point, maybe a challenge.
Maybe a switch off moment, maybe a negative media or, or maybe just a mental breakdown. I have seen great warriors fall, not the fault of the environment. It's because the negative monster, the limitation monster, the lack of belief monster suddenly appears. Because at the early stage they did not allow their uplines into their homes to throw out these monsters. Alright? And this is what you need to do.
The purpose of the upline is to.
Clear you of this Negativity, these limiting beliefs, alright? This failure mentality, fear mentality, take all of that and throw away. But the only way they can actually help you is by you going to them and saying please help me.
And then open your door and let.
Them in to clear the inside of you, your house, your property, whatever, alright?
And that's the only way you can move forward.
That's the only way you, you can.
Become a max out king or queen. And I have that relationship with Datu Sri Vijay. And to all of you watching who are uplines, your downlines are not robots.
They are not machines.
They are not buffaloes for you to whip, to pull the cart, all right? They are not monkeys or morons.
They are people, all right?
Who have limitless potential. And it's your job from the day they sign up to remove whatever limiting factors, things that can slow them down, stop them, remove all of that. So until you can see this unbelievable, limitless shine of power and light that.
Is the limitless potential of your downlines.
But today, your downlines with the bright light covered with all this negativity, these monsters are all covering it.
And it's your job as appliance to pull those monsters away, to unleash that light, all right? Because Datta Sri Vijay, God bless him, because he believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. And he removed all my limiting factors. He helped me get rid of my biggest fears. He made me resilient to any challenges that I could fall million times today, but I'll never give up.
All right?
Anything can come. And you'll never create fear in me. Because he has removed those monsters from me and made me into a true.
Warrior, made me into a powerful upline.
Made me into a limitless human being. All right?
A max out king. And you as uplines have to do.
This is not only about giving information and pushing them to produce results.
It's about going into them constantly and cleaning up so that bright light will shine. And that bright light will guarantee that.
That person will reach max out and last and survive any challenges or any negativity. Internally, externally, no more. That person will be powerful, unbelievable, magical, beautiful, full of love and power of a networker. You need to listen carefully. Whatever you brought into qnet, you brought some good things and you brought some bad things. And before you seriously start your journey, get rid of the bad things, get rid of that lack of belief, fear, limitation, you understand all those monsters, get.
Them out.
And be the real person you are meant to be. And I promise you, if you do it. At the early part of your journey, max out will happen just like that. Like me and many others. So remember, when you start your journey, when you're ready to seriously start your journey, make sure that bright light inside is not covered by dirty monsters. Throw away all that monster so that bright light shines. Your uplines will help you. Datusree Vijay will help you. Jaipa will help you. I will help you. Vcon will help you. ISB will help you. And when that shines, nothing and nobody can ever, ever stop you. Just remember this. Your potential is truly, truly, truly limitless. Love you guys.
