This is a short motivational video by Hattaiwat Pusanti (recorded in his living room) addressing the challenge of sustaining "optimum" performance as a leader and networker. He contrasts brief performance "spikes" with damaging "rallies" of low output, stresses a decision to reach maximum potential quickly (0→100 in 15–45 days), and argues that doing so requires conscious sacrifice, constant focus, and accountability to one’s downline; he cites his 21-year mentorship with Dato Sri Vijay as an example to emulate.

Greetings my V family all over the planet.
This is your chief with the brightest red T shirt in the history of T shirts recording your Wednesday message in my living room on my favorite most comfortable chair with my curtains at the back. Alright guys, and I was thinking a lot about what to write or what to say on this Wednesday message and I realized one thing fundamentally, the greatest battle any or one of us face and I've been facing this for 21 years. And I'm sure that Datu Sri Vijay Japadas, Bismarck, our great ones, our uplines also face this. Whether it's Arunatli, Sati, David, Dave Wadwani, Dave, Joel, you know, Kuna, my best friend jr, you know they all must be facing this battle. And today I was trying to communicate this challenge to you because I seriously feel you are facing this challenge yourself. And how do we help each other understand what needs to be done? Now I believe that your natural human tendency, this is my philosophy, whether you subscribe or agree with it. Honestly, I don't care. Alright, I'm here to share a little bit of what I know. I love you guys, but if it doesn't relate to you enough, then switch off the video and watch something else. But more importantly, I realized that not many people can perform at the optimum, highest level for long periods of time. And I've observed this with everyone in corporate world and in the network I've observed this that people have what we call spikes. Spikes means going up performance wise and then rally. Rally means zero performance. It's very similar to what I always say in the early days, switch on, switch off. But this is not about switch on, switch off. Because these people don't switch off, they just slow down.
They become lazy without behaving lazy.
You know what I mean?
That means they're doing everything they're supposed to do.
But you know, mentally they have switched off.
Mentally they are tired, not physically. Mentally they have reached a point where.
They say like, oh man, do I have to keep being on this switch.
On mode all the time?
Because I'm a leader, I'm an upline. My upline is forcing me. I got tat to achieve. I got new markets to open, I.
Got crisis market performing, market growing, market dying, market, you understand?
And I realized and I asked myself, is it humanly possible to perform at the highest level of performance of your potential all the time, consistently. And now I'm telling you I took this very seriously many, many years ago by watching Dato Sri Vijay, alright? Because I've been by this man's side for 21 years. And I'm very sure in my mind that I've never seen him ever go to a valley. Alright?
He's always performing in a different format, but always at his optimum highest level.
Of focus, dedication, intellectual engagement, the ability.
To light things up into fire, immediately kill fires, raise fires, raise momentum, motivation, attitude, like that.
And I watch my upline and mentor and I ask myself, what does it take? What does it take?
And I have come to a little.
Bit of a conclusion. Now this applies once again to the old cats and camels who are building this business 15 years. The Kings and queens maxed out long time. And the new kittens and baby camels who are just starting your journey. First check, first direct referral. I'm proud of you guys, by the way. And wherever you're starting your journey now, first it starts with the decision.
Now, I'm not talking about the decision.
To do networking, a decision to sign.
Up somebody, a decision to max out.
All that you already do before you even start networking. Eight basic building blocks by this gorgeous Malaysian. I'm talking about the first decision is to reach your optimum potential asap. Now, a lot of people assume that when you get a downline, to get him from 0 to 100, like a sports car, 0 to 100 miles, you need 6 months, 12 months, 18 months.
Oh my God, the stupidest thought process on the planet. You can take a leader from zero to hundred in 30 days, in 15 days, in 45 days. Because that potential exists in that person. But he looks at you.
That's a doorbell, by the way.
He looks at you and he says, what a lazy, not so switched on, not optimum level. Up line. Manki si monkey do as Datoshi Vijay always says. So I realized first you got to decide that you want to reach your optimum performance asap. What is the definition of optimum performance? It's not only you running around like.
Somebody who took steroids or drank 10 cups of coffee.
That's not optimum performance. Optimum performance covers your leadership qualities, how well you support your downlines, how well you do direct referrals, what's your check this week? How consistent are you hitting your tat?
All right.
Whether you are practicing service above self, whether you attend the right trainings and not just buzz around and do nothing, and whether your way of life, like my last Wednesday message, are you leading by example?
Alright. And that's the first decision that I.
Want to be performing at my optimum level ASAP.
Now here's the challenge for you to.
Go from 0 to 100 in 15.
Days, in 30 days, in 45 days. And we've all done requires great sacrifice. And here comes the hurdle number one. Why you're not performing at your optimum level. Because you're not willing to make the sacrifice that you morons, and I'm saying this with love, are sitting there saying.
I want to perform at optimum level, but I also want to sing Kumbaya.
With my mother in law.
I also want to have Sunday family day. I want to cook and serve my children. That's why now they got grab food Food Panda online shopping for food. So the sacrifice required for you to go from zero to hundred.
Optimum performance is great at the beginning. And you got to just make the decision. I want to do this. Let the site people talk, complain, you are invisible parent, absentee, landlord, useless moron.
Whatever, ignore, ignore and proceed full on that you are here to reach your optimum performance level.
Because as Datos3 Vijay says, All right, Single blade of grass cannot move without his will. You don't know where you're going to be here for one year, man.
So you better max out, earn as.
Much money so that when you die you don't have to worry whether your family is all looked after or not. You have created something that can look after them. First is that decision. Second is to maintain that optimum performance.
During the most difficult times and the most enjoyable times.
This is something I want to teach you. Something new now.
Difficult time.
A lot of people shy away from optimum performance. They give excuses, difficult market media, Google.
Like children crying.
Or like your wife.
Or mother in law or husband nagging. You understand that sound?
You know it irritates the shit out of me. You understand?
Where they complain and give excuses after excuses about why they cannot perform excuse at an optimum level during a challenging moment. That's a lie. The only reason they are not performing the optimal level, too lazy, too scared, complete coward, no dream. Alright? And just a useless good for nothing moron.
You understand? Because I have seen great ones perform at optimum level during the most challenging times. All right? And this is what I practice. I even get better during challenging times.
During challenging times it's easier for me.
To not get distracted, to stay switched on. Alright? And that's the first thing. The second thing, why they cannot remain consistently optimum performance is because of the enjoyable time where people who are chasing.
The dream, people who are going after max out, people who are willing to do or die for their dreams suddenly.
Want a Balanced life. Suddenly one normality, you know? First they start like optimum performance.
I will do or die. I don't need life. I will max out. I will max out king or queen. I don't care about anything or anyone. I'm going moving forward after three years, two years.
I think I need a balanced life. I need to spend more time with this, that dude deed dude, you understand? Now stop.
Because if you're not performing at your optimum level, the results will be very different, you know?
Alright.
And it's a domino effect. You stop performing at your highest level.
And you drop through a rally, as I mentioned earlier. Immediately you become ineffective leader.
Immediately you become monkey see, monkey do.
Your whole network switches off mentally, gets.
Lazy, slows down, BBS will drop, guaranteed. Everyone's checks drop.
You understand? Alright.
Power of association doesn't work anymore.
You understand?
Mood bad, small crisis. Everyone quits, run away, escape, burn, die. And it all can trail back to you. Just for a balanced, enjoyable life. Switches off from your optimum performance level.
Alright? So if you are watching this Wednesday message, you got to ask yourself whether.
You are willing to perform at the highest level as a supreme athlete, like.
A machine with a heart, all the.
Way until you have taken enough people to that attitude, to that level of commitment, of optimum level performance, of maximum.
Level performance, of not normality, but craziness. You understand? But sustaining it is the key to success. First, make that decision, alright? Second, don't get distracted. Don't get distracted by anything or anyone. Third, constantly put yourself in a position.
Where you understand the number of people.
That depend on you, the level of.
Accountability that you need to carry on your shoulders, that you cannot afford to switch off, you cannot afford to perform lower than your highest, most optimum potential max out king or queen behavior, activity.
All right?
And when you see these people recognize the fact that their success is 100% dependent on.
On how you perform for yourself, how you perform as an individual, not the ideas and strategies, the one we can buy anywhere. All right? And I realize today that this is the greatest battle we face, including me.
Whether I can give the same I have given for the next 21 years.
That I've given these past 21 years.
Whether I can have the same attitude, the same energy, the same passion that.
I had for the past 21 years.
And my answer is yes today. Because I understand that if I slow down for 1 millimeter, thousand lives are impacted negatively. I slow down 1 centimeter, 100,000 lives impacted negatively. I slow down for 1 meter.
All right?
The Whole network vanishes.
And that accountability, that responsibility is in my veins, not here intellectually, it's here in my blood, instilled by me watching the great one, Dato Sri Vijay Ishwar. So if you are now watching this Wednesday message, ask yourself, are you performing at your optimum level? Are you seriously doing what it takes to be a responsible upline and networker?
Are you seriously paying that price to take your downline from 0 to 100?
Alright. In 15, 30, 45 days and most importantly, how many times have you fallen in the valley and not being able to get up again? How many times?
Nothing wrong.
You're doing all the activity but here, no longer. No longer crazy, you understand? As they say in the Hindi movie, you understand you're not there anymore and you become ineffective and nobody's going to follow you and max out. May happen occasionally, but it's never going to happen consistently. And your ability to influence others will vanish after some time. So I'm telling you guys, win this battle. Be switched on. Be a crazy maniac. Be your optimum maximum crazy psycho self consistently. Until you're ready to climb that private jet, go to your island and sit down and drink mango juice for rest of your life. Until you are willing to do that, don't mess around with the lives that depend on you. Are you guys with me? All right. I love you guys. Whoop.
