YouTube monologue by Padman Senhatiraja (recorded in Dubai) presenting a single, central claim: consistency is the ultimate secret to success in network marketing. Padman draws on 24 years as a networker, outlines actionable activities (learn, build name lists, present, follow your upline), and uses the "pushing a car" metaphor to explain how consistent effort produces momentum. He warns against stop/start behaviour (distractions, negativity, media) and closes with a motivational call to remain switched on.

Foreign My YouTube family all over the world. This is once again the one and only apartments in Athiraja. All right? Trying my best to keep up with the need to upload videos on my YouTube channel. All right, so keeping aligned with my goal to make my YouTube channel an open source platform of my experiences as a network marketing entrepreneur. Sharing the lessons I've learned from my mentors and the great ones, people I look up to over the 24 year journey as a networker. And today I was so passionate, so excited because I'm in Dubai, the greatest city in the world, meeting a lot of my business partners all over freaking Dubai, having a blast of a time, and I was remembering a key message that I think is so fundamentally important in network marketing. So simple, so basic, but yet a lot of people take it for granted. I'm sure as a young kid, wherever you are, all right, growing up, you've heard this word called consistency. And everyone knows consistency is the key to success. Consistency is this. Be consistent now in the journey of an entrepreneur in network marketing, this simple, basic rule of success, this simple, basic common sense, all right, Concept or ingredient of success plays the most vital role compared to any other business concept in the world. Now, what is consistency? Consistency, in a simple way is when you start something, you don't stop. You keep doing what you're supposed to be doing. And whenever you stop, all right, you are called inconsistent or you lack consistency. As simple as that. So today, let me share how I look at consistency. So you start your journey as an entrepreneur in this great industry called network marketing. And it requires a lot of things that you're supposed to do, okay? So firstly, you're supposed to learn and, and absorb new knowledge, new information to prepare you for this journey of network marketing. And then you're supposed to put a list together, all right, of all the people that you potentially believe could be your prospects or your partners on your journey of network marketing. Never prejudge. Put everyone on the list. As I explained, divide the list to hot, which are people very close to you, all right? Warm people. Okay, okay. Close to you and Cole, People you meet for the first time, or people you don't know at all, but you still want them to see the great opportunity you are about to present. Okay? And then you got the name list. Then you start picking up the phone, calling them, setting appointments, doing something I say in French. Presentation, presentation, presentation. Then you got to basically stay in the zone of your working upline. So you constantly have that flow of energy that keeps you switched on because Network marketing requires you to be switched on consistently. All right? So you are switch on, and you have switch off. Simple as that. What is switch on? You're doing everything you're supposed to do consistently. What is switch off? Where you stop for one day, one minute, one hour, one week from doing what you're supposed to do. That's where you lose consistency. Now, I describe consistency in a simple way. All right? Let's say you start your network marketing business, and we equate it for simplistic reasons, guys, to pushing a car, all right? Now, why do we push cars? Sometimes the battery dies. I know the younger people will never understand this, but people from my generation understand this, all right? Your battery dies, something goes wrong with the engine, you, and you start pushing it. Now, the hardest part of pushing a car is the beginning, guys, all right? Because you're pushing the full weight of the car, and you go like. You feel like you look like you're going to the toilet. Okay, guys, I'm serious. So you push the car the full weight, and if the road is flat, as you keep pushing this heavy car, you suddenly start to realize that the car actually feels lighter, and you start pushing, and you're pushing and you're pushing. And believe me, and you can try this, the younger generation, all right, eventually you can actually push the car with one hand, because your consistent effort of pushing that car turns the tires, and it creates something called momentum. So whenever you're consistent with your network marketing business, as long as you're consistently doing presentacion, presentacion, presentacion, staying in the system, following the system, listening to your upline, staying in the zone, power of association of your people. The wheels start turning, you start seeing results. Some will sign up, some won't. Doesn't matter. The wheels are turning, your business is moving, and you keep pushing it and pushing it and pushing it, and eventually, trust me, I've done this with a car. You will be pushing the car with one finger, and your business or your car will keep moving. That's the ultimate goal of network marketing. You work very hard in the beginning, but you build your business consistently, and eventually you will be achieving success, but just with one finger, pushing the car, which has gathered tremendous momentum by bringing in new partners, more people, everyone joining you. Consistency, consistency, consistency. Now, the mistake most entrepreneurs make, and then they get confused why I'm not succeeding is because most entrepreneurs in network marketing get excited in the beginning and they push their car. Yes. I love this business. I'm an entrepreneur. Financial freedom, baby. And the tires start turning. And then at one point, just as the car is moving, they get distracted by their cousin's wedding. Whole week, no business, just dancing and singing Kumbaya with their relatives. They get distracted by negativity and laughter by people, and they stop to say, why are they laughing? Now, the minute you take your hands off the car and you stop pushing the car, you switch off, you stop the consistent effort, that car stops, your business stops. And why it stops is because you're just at the beginning. The car is not going to move anymore. It completely stops. And then after singing Kumbaya with your cousins at the wedding, listening to all the negativity and the naysayers or the laughter of people, and you said, you know what? I still want to do this business. Then you look back at the car or your business and you start pushing again. But again, it requires full effort because you're pushing a stationary car. All right? Okay. And then you push and it starts getting momentum. The tires start turning. Yes, yes, Presentation. I love this business. I can avoid all the negativity. I got blinkers. I'm focused on my dream. Oh, there's some negative news in the media about my industry, about my company. You stop. Oh, my God. Why is there negative news? But it's okay. Let me talk to my upline. Upline explains. It's okay, bro. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Okay, let's start pushing again. This is moronism at the highest level. So why most people do not succeed in network marketing because they are not consistent enough with their efforts, with their work, with their activity. They're not consistent enough to create enough momentum for their business to start moving. So it's switch on, switch off, switch on, switch off, switch on, switch off, switch on, switch off, push, stop, stop, push, stop, push, stop, push, stop. It becomes too tiring. You don't see the desired results. And that's why people quit. Majority of people who quit from network marketing don't quit because they don't know what to do. All right? Or they don't think this is the right business. They love the concept. They just quit because they don't see results. And the reason why they don't see results because they're not consistent with. With their efforts, activity, mindset. And without that consistency, network marketing is hard work. Push, stop, push, stop. Remember, the hardest part of network marketing is the beginning. But if you push your business consistently without being distracted by the cousin's wedding or the negativity or the media or whatever opinion people have out there, and everyone will have freaking Opinions about industry. But who cares? The industry has been around for 100 over years. It's a 300 billion dollar industry. Guys. Wake up and smell the coffee. All you need to do to all the entrepreneurs in network marketing watching my YouTube video is don't stop. Be consistent. Stay switched on. No matter what you do, don't ever stop. Focus on pushing your business presentation activity, pushing that car until the wheel starts gating momentum and then you're pushing with one finger guys. And then you can take one week and go to the Bahamas. Your car is still moving because you have created momentum. Without momentum there can be no results. Momentum can only be created by consistent focus and effort on the right activity of your network marketing business. So don't be one of those people who push, stop, push, stop, push, stop and then after a few months complain that the business doesn't work. The business works. It doesn't work because you switch off. If you want to be a success story in network marketing, if you want to be one of these people you see on the Internet who made it in this great industry, I'm telling you the answer is the most common sense answer is what our mom and dad told us, what our teachers told us in school. Be consistent. Because with consistency your business gathers momentum. And once your business gathers momentum you can just put one finger and keep pushing it with your leaders and everyone else and you can be in the Bahamas or Dubai chilling out with your family and friends and your business is still paying you commission every freaking week guys. That's the power of network marketing. That's the power of momentum and. And that's the power of being consistent. So if you're asking me Padman Senhatiraja, what is the true secret of success in network marketing is be consistent. Never, never, never, never, never switch off. I promise you, you will achieve success. This is Patman Sinhiraja saying I love you guys and I promise you I'll record the next episode as soon as I can. Alright? So remember, consistency is truly the key to success. Love you guys.
