This is the Million Dollar Answer PART 1

I've been running around so much the past few days and then today at 4 in the morning I realized I haven't done my YouTube episode. And here I am guys at 4 o' clock in the morning recording episode 67 of my YouTube channel, Patman Senatiraja. Make sure you subscribe. Click the notification bell. Yes, that's what you're supposed to do. And follow. I hope the last six episodes have given you some kind of indication where I'm heading with my channel. It'll get more exciting. Some people recommended that, you know, they follow me for a day. I don't know whether you can keep up with my life in a normal day. As an entrepreneur it's not easy. So the last episode I spoke about the debt of traditional businesses and it's dying. Whatever's here and done, it's going to be monopolized. All businesses of a certain type is going to be bought over by a bigger business and then they'll become a monopoly like the game Monopoly. All right, you monopolize. It's already happening with the giant mobile phone companies like Apple, Samsung, Huawei. It's happening with the big IT companies like Google, Facebook or technology driven companies or Microsoft. It's happening guys, whether you like it or not. That's how the world is. But now coming back to this million dollar question, all right, if you are been following me on my channel, I'm talking about my life journey as a nobody to a somebody. All right, okay. And my 23 year old journey as an entrepreneurship and the business I chose. Now choosing the type of business you are going to get into is a multi million dollar question. A multi million dollar answer. It's literally a multi million dollar. It's going to decide your future. All right? As an entrepreneur. Now a lot of people get confused, all right, of entrepreneurship and investment. A lot of people think they can make money by buying properties and flipping it. There's a lot of YouTubers talking about how they became millionaires selling houses. But that again is not a business. Alright? You are not duplicating yourself. You can leverage. It's only you, a number of houses and every real estate agent, right? One property today will have 30 real estate agents trying to sell it and it's a shark eat shark world I guess, all right, but it's not a business you don't sell for six months. The question is, can you survive. If the property market drops and nobody's buying, you are. You are controlled by so many environmental factors that you do not control. All right? And whatever happens, whether it's the pandemic, whatever, real estate businesses drop, then there are people talking about the stock market. Fair enough. Again, it's a form of investment. You put money in low and you sell when it's high, and then you buy again low. Then sell high, buy low, sell high, all right? Until the market collapse. And it depends how much money you put in and whether you lose everything. And it's proven. If you heard the nightmares on Wall street, they always project the positive side of investing in stocks. It requires a high level of focus, commitment, monitoring it daily. And you need money. There's no use entering the stock market with thousand dollars. You're not going to become a millionaire over the next 10 years, guys, alright? Even if you bought Apple stocks or whatever, stocks just doesn't make sense. It's a dying concept of investment today. Then this whole talk about cryptocurrency and NFT and Metaverse, unproven. And again, it's a kind of a quick buck. Buy low, sell high, buy low again, sell high, leverage it out, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. It's a complicated day in, day out, up, down, unpredictable. And again, you are not leveraging yourself. The concept of entrepreneurship is to build a business that eventually does not require you anymore and you still get paid. That's a business, all right? You have a choice at some point whether you want to remain involved or walk away to the sunset, literally, all right? And every week, every month, still get paid based on a foundation that you have built, all right? The most powerful concept that has proven this is the franchise business. You have heard about the Success story of McDonald's, Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Chipotle or whatever, everything around the US which have created some of the greatest franchise stories, which today there are thousands of restaurants running on autopilot and the big bosses or the owners keep making millions of what we call residual income or passive income. So a true entrepreneur, a true, true businessman is going to build a business. All right? Listen to this. You have to build a business that will eventually give you passive income. What is passive income? You sleep, you make money. Now somebody told me, oh, that's like buying stocks. No, you could sleep and tomorrow morning wake up and lose all your money, all right? Because you are risking it all. Stock market, crypto, everything is a form of gambling, however you look at it, all right? Because you're putting in money Hoping that. But you don't control anything, guys, all right? One virus can get somebody from millionaire to bankrupt if they are in the wrong kind of investment. And I've seen this with my own two eyes the last two years. Close friends of mine have lost millions of dollars because they relied on investments. I'm talking about building a business that for many, many years, if you choose the right partner company or you choose the right partners for many, many years, will reach a point where it gives you residual income. So here's the most ideal concept in my opinion. Again, this is my opinion. Don't shoot me. Because in 23 years of building, I understood the power of the business that I chose. Alright? The first thing, you need a business that is not aggressively affected by environmental factors. That means the global economic collapse. You should choose a business that will actually grow during a global economic collapse. You should choose a business that is not badly affected by the political climate of the world, all right? Whether this country is fighting with that country. You need a business that is diversified to many markets and not rely on one market. Because if you rely on one customer base in one geographical location, you. You are completely dependent on the political environment, the political mood, what's going to happen in the country, natural disaster, anything. There's so many factors. You need a business that allows you to have multiple markets of customers, so you spread your risk. One country has an issue. All your other countries are still beautiful. And you need. Now I realize you need a business that will actually grow during a pandemic. A medical, a virus, whatever, okay? And you need a business where you and your partners, all right, are in a situation which I mentioned previously, it's a win win situation. The more money they make, the more money you make, all right? Because the worst thing you can do in business is to partner with people who remain poor while you make money. They're not going to stay with you. They're not going to continue being your business partners, all right? You need a business that has embraced technology. That means don't be in any business that has not embraced the E commerce world. Your business must be 100% E commerce. Only morons are going to set up brick and mortar today. Restaurants, I told you, are removing tables or having a small kitchen and doing 100% delivery, all right? With things like grab and all that stuff and making money without high rentals, all right? And you need a business where your competition will not be able to crush you that easily. And I'm explaining this because I've seen a restaurant start and they're successful for two, three years and tomorrow another restaurant open next door with better food or cheaper food or different variety of food. And this restaurant can collapse overnight. Guys, you need a business where your competitors can still do business in the same environment, but they're not going to steal your people. Your business is unique enough. Your business provides products that others don't provide. Your business provides an opportunity to people that is not easily found in other entities or companies. You just need to find the right business. So you need a business that is not impacted by the environmental factors as much. It does, but it shouldn't. 5%, 10%, no problem. But you shouldn't have a business that is affected. Something happens in the country or the environment or pandemic and you lose your business completely. That's not wise. And I'm so grateful I chose a business that was pandemic proof, economic crisis proof, political crisis proof. Actually, the business I'm in actually grows during those times. I've realized over the past 23 years. You need a business that ultimately gives you passive income, all right? This is so important that you can make YouTube videos and still make money. You wake up in the morning, you make money. You take a shower, you make money, all right? This is called passive income, residual income, beach money, all right? That you could sit at a beach and drink mango juice and actually continue to make money. Business continues to grow whether you are involved or not. That is the ultimate goal. Now, factoring all of this and the years of me understanding other business concepts, all right? And today I see a trend towards crypto, nft, metaverse. It's again, sort of a quick fix, you understand? Put your money, hope that bitcoin goes up. Now Bitcoin comes down, everyone panics, right? And the problem is the more money you put in, you can potentially earn a lot of money, but the risk you will always face that you will lose all your money. And I know people personally who sold their house, you know, gave up their savings for crypto for nft. And then eventually, just one day, they could lose everything. And they don't have the staying power to keep the money there for it to go up again. So they pull out whatever they have to survive. You need a business where it is not you alone that you build a business with a team of people. Individuals never succeed, only teams succeed. And you need a business that is attractive enough for the common man and the common woman with the uncommon dream. You don't want a business where only qualified degree holders or business people can understand. You need A business that even a housewife, a homemaker can embrace. A a student just graduated can embrace, 75 year old can understand. You need something simple that can be educated to anyone at any time. You need a business that appeals to the common man and common woman with the uncommon dream. This is my mantra in life. Common man, common woman, the uncommon dream. Because this broadens your spectrum of available business partners to millions of people around the world. You need a business that is easy to explain, that crosses the boundaries of language and culture. You know that everyone, regardless of where they are in the world, can participate. All right? And you need a business that if people do not succeed in a big way making millions, they still walk away either with something. All right? That they feel okay about. All right? Because not everyone is going to be millionaires in every business that I can guarantee you. So this is what I found 23 years ago. A business that existed almost 120 years before I found him. And a business that has survived for 120 over years and growing at a rapid rate is simply unbelievable. So I will reveal to you this great beautiful industry that I partnered with for the last 23 years which has given me financial freedom, passive income, the most unbelievable life, which is pandemic proof, economic crisis proof, political issue proof, and allows you to do this business anywhere on the planet without you bearing the burden and cost of running a traditional business. And I'm not kidding, this is not clickbait nothing. It will be revealed on episode two of the Answer. I love you guys.
