Hi, this is Peter Winick, CEO of Thought Leadership Leverage. And today I wanted to take a moment to ask you a question that I think you should, you should ponder for a moment. And the question is, are you being resilient or are you being reactive? So resilient is the ability to continue to be flexible and to morph and to adjust and to build on the successes that you've had. And to adjust and tweak the direction that you're going based on some feedback that you've gotten or based on reaction in the market or based on macro events that are happening that will cause you to be a little bit fluid, a little bit flexible. Reactive is often confused with resilience, but actually it's not. Reactive is you responding after the fact and adjusting accordingly. And it's a slower process. It's almost forced down upon you. And it's not the same as being resilient. So I would ask yourself to take a look at what you're doing. Make sure you're being resilient enough to be fluid, to accommodate the changes that are going on in the marketplace. You need to be reactive, but if your primary motivator is one of reactive versus resilience, you're not going to differentiate yourself. And you need to differentiate yourself in this marketplace, and you need to do that as often as you can and as frequently as you can with all of your content. Thanks so much.
