Peter Winick walks through three questions every content creator should ask: What specific change do you want in your audience? Who values this most? And what impact does it have at the individual, team, and organizational level? Clarity on these points helps you target your work where it actually lands.

A few questions to ask yourself when you're thinking about what to do with your content. A couple things to think about is, as a result of someone being exposed to your content, be that in the form of a keynote, be that in the form of a book, a workshop, an assessment tool, a training video, any means, any medium, what is it that you believe that they will think behave, believe, act, or do differently as a result of that intervention, that exposure to your work? That's one thing to think about. That's gonna give you a little bit of clarity in terms of what the value is. The other piece is who values that most? What are the populations that connect most deeply with your content and value it and really understand it? The third piece is what is the impact that that content has? And when we think about the impact of content, we can think about that on 3 dimensions. There's typically an individual impact. How does it change the way I think, believe, behave, do, act differently? There's a team level of impact. So how does that impact my team? What is the team doing differently? And ultimately, in many cases, there could be an organizational impact. So again, a couple questions to think about, a couple things to ponder as you're thinking about the application of your content and where to where it's most valued. I hope you enjoyed it and have a good day.
