Effective digital learning requires interactivity: small chunks of knowledge followed immediately by real-world application with clients or employees. This compressed cycle between learning and using it creates quick wins that reinforce the material and drive engagement.

Interactivity means we give people a little bit, we give them a little bit of knowledge and say, go do something. We say, okay, take this little bit of content, process that, answer these questions. Tomorrow when you're talking with a client, try this little thing. And if we can shorten the time, compress the time between when we throw a little bit of information in someone's head digitally and have them apply it in the real world, in a real-life customer setting, employee setting, leadership setting, management setting, sales setting, wow. They get a little bit of success, it reinforces. Then they do a little bit more. That only happens through interactivity. The days of one-way learning are over.
