Real estate is the only reason to work. That's right. It's a bold claim, but I truly believe, you know, most people spend their entire lives working for money. But what if I told you that you could spend the rest of your life having your money work for you? See, real estate is the most tried and true method for most people to achieve a life of financial freedom and time freedom, really. The goal is to get to the point to where you work because you love it, not because you have to. The only way that you can do that is by earning enough money so that you can get to choose what you want to do, when you want to do it, where you want to do it it, and with who you want to do it. And I believe that real estate is that path for most middle and upper class people. Why is that? Why is real estate the best vehicle? Real estate's the best vehicle because it pays you multiple ways. And it compounds over time in a manner that other investment vehicles just can't match. Okay. Between the cash flow and the appreciation, the ability to buy at a discount, the ability to add value to the property, the ability to depreciate your asset because the government wants you to do it, you can save on your taxes, which allows you to buy even more real estate. The ability to use leverage, it only takes about 30% down to buy a property. The bank finance, finances, 70%. All right, and then there's the ability to leverage other people as well. All of these ways that real estate pays money, it adds up. It compounds over time to be more than you realize, more than anybody else can normally make. So the only reason to work is to buy real estate. You buy real estate until you're kicking off enough money to where you get to choose what you want to do, when you want to do it, and with who you want to do it. But the reality, reality is it's hard work and it takes a lot of time to master the game. And there's a lot of lessons to be learned along the way. But you don't have to do it alone. You can partner with people. That's the beauty of real estate. You can bring something to the table and find somebody else to come in and help you pull it all together. So that's what I do. I partner with people, I leverage other people's money. And the people with money leverage my time, my knowledge, my expertise, my deal flow, my team. I do all the hard work, they provide the money, and it's a great partnership. You can do that as well. You can provide one or both. One piece of the pie.
