Building a real estate business takes 3 to 10 years. Recruiting is brutal math: five prospects become one or two licensed agents. You need coachability, persistence, and the willingness to double down every month just to keep the pipeline full.
At some point you got to always understand, you know, coachability is the key. You can't come to the household and fight everybody. At some point you have to always understand that it's a numbers game. You're gonna recruit 5 people. In most cases, 2 will quit right away. 3 will go to class. You'll probably get 1 or 2. Maybe next month you have to double this to get at least 1 or 2 licensed agents. But the reality is you got to always understand this is a 3 to 10 years game plan.
