Competence Creates Confidence Period

That's what's gonna lead to growth. You gotta get your people super confident. No, first you gotta get people super competent so that they become very super confident. That, that's the key. The, the more competent your people are, the more confident they're gonna be. And the, the likelihood of them staying in the business and building something is gonna grow up exponentially. So make sure you're getting people super competent and super confident. Super focus on training, developing people like crazy. Be relentless about having every motivated person be trained to be pros, and you'll build a big base and you'll build a super hierarchy. That's, that's all I did. That's all I've taught over the years of the people within my organization, and I've helped a lot of people that aren't in my organization just with that focus as well.
