So, you know, one of the things as we were listening to the school and today, I was taking so many notes. And one of the things is you got to have— you got to be determined. You got to have such determination to go make this work for you and your family, not allow the adversity to knock you down, not allow things to set you back and stop you. You got to figure out what's your bounce back. How fast are you willing to bounce back to a positive mindset to get after this thing like you never got after anything before and realizing that where you're at right now doesn't mean that's the position that you're going to remain in. And over time, as you keep on moving and recruiting and building and hiring new people, you're going to find new talent. And that's what we're in the business is finding new talent.
